Excelente servicio por parte de recepción. La habitación muy limpia, cómoda excelente ubicación si vas a hacer trámites al Consulado. Cerca a una plaza comercial. Hice una solicitud de si me pueden proporcionar una plancha. No tuve ningún problema con eso. Inclusive en la aplicación de mi reserva decía que la habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado. Pero es un error ya que si tenía la habitación. Mi habitación era de dos camas. Tienen servicio de guarda equipaje!

This hotel is very knowledgeable and helpful. They take you to get documents sorted like the Fiscalia, and it’s walkable distance to a lot of food places and Liverpool which is a very nice mall. They also have an iron to iron clothes and they provide you with water bottles. You can also wash your clothes, they only charge for the soap, they have printers you can use for a small charge. Everyone was very considerate and if you ask them anything they can tell you what you need and where to go. Thank you so much for a comforting stay.

部屋は広かったものの、清潔さは普通でした。毎晩、下水の強い臭いがしました。朝食は平均的なもので、選択肢も少なかったです。チェックインの2日前にエレベーターが故障し、階段を使わざるを得ませんでした。その後修理されましたが、上下の動きが非常に遅く、階に着くと激しく揺れ始めました。

Food at tge restaurant eas really good, great selecti on, reasonable prices and portions were bigger than standar serving size. For breakfast we tried Chilaquiles and eggs, came with beans too. For dinner we had the tacos sirloin, apeticers cant remember the nane but, the portion for 2 people were more t h an enough, so we share with a friend of us,.

Hotel is extremely nice and is well maintained. Room was nice and clean with the exception of the big window overlooking the city had hand and face prints on it for the entire week stay. It didn’t seem like the carpet was vacuumed either. Everything else was clean and cleaned daily.

The staff is nice and helpful . The room is clean . The location is far from consulate.Take about 10-15 minutes drive .The food there is good . Like the waffles . And the juice and fruit . For my trip purposes wasn’t good ideas. Cross street have some shop and market .

到着時にテレビに問題がありましたが、2分以内に問題が修正されました。また、鍵のロックが悪いため、部屋に入るのに問題がありましたが、再び非常に迅速に修正されました。清掃スタッフとメンテナンスは非常に丁寧でとても親切でした。強くお勧めします。

El servicio fue excelente, todos muy amables y eficientes. La ubicacion inmejorable, todo lo necesario estaba cerca, la embajada, varios restaurantes para desayunar o comer, y un mall en frente. las instalaciones super limpias y no les faltaba nada. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y si tuviera necesidad de ir de nuevo, me vuelvo a quedar ahi.

一個人住了雙人間，服務還可以，早餐是墨西哥餐食，沒有其他的。奇瓦瓦早晚風沙大。有英語服務員，大部分衹説西班牙語，附近是步行街可以嚐嚐特色飲食。
