Good location, close proximity within few minutes walking distance to KSL and many eateries. Nicely decorated and clean unit, aircon is powerful and wifi is working well. Thanks to the host for helping us book the Karaoke room, my family had a great time singing. Unfortunately our stay is too short and we didn't get a chance to use the pool table when we realised the apartment also has one. Only shortcoming is the pungent smell especially in the common bathroom coming from the sewage, but I realised it is very common in most apartments in JB that I have stayed so far. Overall, a pleasant stay.

お尻の顔をしたサービス従業員インド人なので意思の疎通は大変ですが、部屋は綺麗なのでそれを差し引くと荷物を置いて欲しいと言うと腹が立ちます。アプリには荷物を預けることができると記載されていますが、非常に悪いです。 1 室あたり 50 リンギットのデポジットが必要です。部屋に戻ると戻ってきました。

レビューを読んで期待していなかったのですが、ホテルの質の高さに驚きました。ホテルはおしゃれでモダン、内装にはプラナカン風の英国植民地時代の雰囲気が漂っています。受付スタッフは感じが良く、スタッフは皆フレンドリーで温かい対応をしてくれました。3名で予約した部屋は広々としていて、とても清潔で整頓されていました。ケトル、コーヒー、冷蔵庫などのアメニティに加え、肌触りの良いタオルも用意されていました。通路の外にはウォーターサーバーがあり、水を汲むことができます。シティスクエアとコムタのすぐ近くです。階段を使ってホテルまで行くこともできます。ホテルの隣にある食料品店では、とてもお得な価格で飲み物を補充できます。周辺は少し古びているように見えますが、家族連れや旅行者にはぜひこのホテルをおすすめします。ホテル自体は素晴らしいです！ 埃一つ見当たりませんでした。trip.comの対応にも感謝しています。快適な滞在をさせてくれたホテルCIQに感謝します。また必ず戻ってきます！

Pros: The location is excellent, with plenty of halal dining options nearby and a small shopping mall just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel is conveniently located about 25 minutes from the Mini Zoo and only 10 minutes from Desaru Beach. The room rates are affordable, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a connecting room, which we greatly appreciated. The room was also clean and comfortable. Cons: One major inconvenience was that the refrigerator automatically switched off whenever we left the room. After spending a long, hot day outdoors, it was disappointing to return and find our drinks no longer cold. On our first night, we requested an extra towel and toothbrush set since there were three guests in the room. Unfortunately, the items were not delivered, even after we followed up at the front desk. There was also no floor mat provided. Thankfully, our experience improved the next day thanks to Zamre at the front desk. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure we received everything we needed. He also ensured our room was ready by 1 PM. Zamre’s excellent service truly stood out and made a positive difference to our stay. He is probably the main reason we would choose to return to Fives Desaru on our next visit. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, and with improvements in housekeeping responsiveness, the experience would be even better.

このホテルはバス停のすぐ前にあり、JB税関からT20番のバスに乗ることができます。 ホテルの右手側には両替所とミニマーケットがあり、裏手にはKSLショッピングモールがあります。他にも良いホテルがたくさんあるので、ショッピングが好きな方はここに泊まるといいでしょう。 ホテルの反対側には大きな魚頭の蒸気船があり、たくさんのお客さんで賑わっています。私は蒸気船が好きではないので、乗ったことはありません。良いのか悪いのか分かりませんが。 魚頭の蒸気船の向かい側には大きな食品センターがあり、値段は普通で、ビール1本が18リンギットでした。食べ物はまあまあで、雰囲気は良く、カウンターのスタッフはフレンドリーで、会計係のAumanさんは親切でフレンドリーでした。 部屋は広いですが、下のバスタブだけ水漏れしていて、床が濡れていることがあります。年配の方には不向きです。 平日に宿泊しましたが、値段は少し高いと思います。 それ以外は大丈夫だと思います。 5 点満点中 4 点と評価します。改善の余地がまだたくさんあります。

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)

清潔さはまあまあで、ベッドシーツ、タオル、毛布は香りのよい洗剤で洗われていました。目立つ小さなシミは見られましたが、ほとんどは経年によるものなので許容範囲でした。しかし、便器にはシミがあり、かなり不快でした 😅 場所は良く、多くの食料品店やコーヒーショップの近くにありました。 駐車場はたくさんあったので大丈夫でした（車で来るシンガポール人向け）。ただし、料金がかかる駐車場には駐車しないように注意してください。 チェックイン時に対応してくれたスタッフは親切でした。名前はわかりませんでしたが、レビューをたくさん見ました。親切でないスタッフもいましたが、私はそうしなくてよかったです 😅 全体的に、ホテルは1泊の料金に見合う価値がありました！ 税関から少し遠いです 🫤 赤ちゃん連れのママには、近くに子供用の買い物ができるお店があります！

私にとってはホテルというよりブティックホテルのようです。部屋は清潔です。タオルとベッドシーツは毎日ハウスキーピングで交換されます。基本的なアメニティ（歯ブラシや歯磨き粉など）は揃っています。 このホテルでは基本的にどこでもグラブを使わなければなりませんが、グラブはJBでは非常に手頃で簡単に利用できるので、私たちにとってはそれほど大きな問題ではありません。 このホテルの欠点は、多くの人がレビューしているように、壁と部屋の防音です。ホテルの部屋は2階建てです。私たちの部屋はたまたま多階建ての駐車場とガレージエリアに面していましたが、夜中にゴミ収集車がゴミを収集しに来たので、その音が大きすぎてその晩は眠りを妨げられました。近くにはクラブもあり、夜は部屋からクラブの音が聞こえました。ドアを開け閉めする人や廊下を走る子供たちの音も聞こえますが、これらの音はすぐに出たり消えたりするので、私たちにとっては大きな問題ではありません。ゴミ収集車にイライラしたのは一晩だけで、他の晩はぐっすり眠れました。 バスルームのシャワーエリアも仕切られていません（写真からわかるとおり）。シャワーの後はトイレ全体が濡れます。私にとっては大した問題ではありませんが、パートナーは嫌がります。トイレは換気機能があるためすぐに乾きます。 全体的には、滞在はそれでもかなり快適でした。

The room is non-smoking and quite spacious, featuring 2 king beds. The breakfast buffet spread is limited. No swimming pool. Located about 15 km from JB city. Aeon Kebrau Mall, Toppen Mall, and Ikea are about 3 km away. Housekeeping is good. Receptionists on duty were stone-cold. You pay for 3-star service, and you get 3-star service. No complaint.
