マレーシアジョホール州の3つ星ホテル

飲食店がたくさんある、とても良い立地です。KSL モールまで徒歩圏内です。駐車場からホテルの部屋までのエレベーターは安全とは思えません。部屋の防音性はかなり悪く、常に水が流れる音と子供が飛び跳ねる音が聞こえます。朝食はビュッフェで、料理は悪くありません。*料理の調理場の女性シェフは、マスクをせずに同僚と雑談しながら料理をしています。ホテルは衛生管理をもっと厳しくすべきだと思います。朝食後、服が臭くなります。

ホテル自体は悪くありませんが、もちろん国内のホテルのロビーと比較してはいけません。英国式のコンセント変換プラグを忘れずに持参してください。部屋には中国式のプラグに合うコンセントが1つしかありません。窓からはシンガポールが見えます。ホテルを出るとすぐにジョホールバル中心部の始まりです。実際、ここはインド系住民の集まる場所です。

Stayed at Miico Hotel Mount Austin previously and recently tried Miico Hotel Permas Jaya. The Permas Jaya branch is relatively new, so everything feels fresh and clean, which is a plus. The corridor ambience is calming with subtle decor and classical music, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. However, soundproofing is limited—I could hear conversations from the corridor and adjacent rooms. The room door was slightly stiff to open fully, and there was a mild unusual smell in the toilet. Occasional loud noises at night were also noticeable, likely from outside the hotel. Overall, a decent short stay with a pleasant atmosphere, but improvements in soundproofing and minor maintenance would enhance the experience.

ホテルを選ぶ上で最も重要な二つの要素であるシャワーと睡眠が、どちらも満たされませんでした。お湯はぬるく、外は騒がしく、階下のバーが深夜1時まで歌っていました。ホテルのエレベーターも本当にひどくて、上がったら自分が何階にいるのか分からなくなってしまいます。他にも細かい不満点として、部屋が狭く、枕がデコボコでどうやって寝ればいいのか分かりませんでした。窓も壊れていました。全体的な体験は最悪でした👎 ジョホールバルで100シンガポールドルは決して安くありません。

Once again, further extended my stay by three more nights! It's a very civilised hotel property with a superior, civilised type of fellow guest(s). Great location for exploring Kampung (village) life, superb food options on your doorstep and a 20 minutes walk from the beach ⛱️ 🏖️ at Country Garden. I can strongly recommend Potpourri Boutique Hotel and a big warm thank 🙏🏼 you to all the staff for a truly lovely stay and gracious hospitality.

The hotel is quite clean and comfort to stay, just a thing not good enough, that is the sound insulation very bad. We can heard the next room group of Malay girl chit chat and laughing even at midnight 12 something and also at the next day earlier morning around 7.30. This is quite annoying as disturb our resting. Others should be quite ok.

ホテルはJBセントラル駅と幹線道路に近く、交通の便が良い好立地です。市内のショッピングモールにも近いので、遠出にも便利です。客室は清潔で、無料の飲料水（温水と冷水）をご用意しております。

レビューを読んで期待していなかったのですが、ホテルの質の高さに驚きました。ホテルはおしゃれでモダン、内装にはプラナカン風の英国植民地時代の雰囲気が漂っています。受付スタッフは感じが良く、スタッフは皆フレンドリーで温かい対応をしてくれました。3名で予約した部屋は広々としていて、とても清潔で整頓されていました。ケトル、コーヒー、冷蔵庫などのアメニティに加え、肌触りの良いタオルも用意されていました。通路の外にはウォーターサーバーがあり、水を汲むことができます。シティスクエアとコムタのすぐ近くです。階段を使ってホテルまで行くこともできます。ホテルの隣にある食料品店では、とてもお得な価格で飲み物を補充できます。周辺は少し古びているように見えますが、家族連れや旅行者にはぜひこのホテルをおすすめします。ホテル自体は素晴らしいです！ 埃一つ見当たりませんでした。trip.comの対応にも感謝しています。快適な滞在をさせてくれたホテルCIQに感謝します。また必ず戻ってきます！

Lovely staff with warm welcome 🤗 I so surprised that they have complimentary breakfast ( simple : bread , cup noodle , coffee , tea , egg ) . Nearby KSL mall , R&F mall . Will come to stay again .

Hotel well located. Easily find, walking distance to shopping area. Is at the Centre of 3 shopping area. Lotus, TF mart and Aeon. Food area are all over the surrounding. Lovely places to hang about.Hotel facility, Have fridge, kettle, toilet shampoo n bath gel. All well equipped.
