マレーシアジョホール州の3つ星ホテル

We had a pleasant two-night stay, and overall, everything was great. We really liked the room layout, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the place. However, I would like to mention a couple of things for improvement. First, the main door lock was quite difficult to open and use. I would recommend having it checked and repaired properly. Secondly, there is an issue with the lock on the laundry room door. It cannot be locked from inside the house, but it can be locked from the outside. This could be a security concern, so I would recommend fixing or replacing the lock to ensure better safety and privacy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope these small issues can be improved for future guests.

ホテルの場所は良いです。 KSLかJBCCに行くと、JBCSは10リンギット以上かかります。この店がある通りは「イエローライト地区」（マッサージ通り）に属しており、客を呼ぶブースのアクセントは中国語のように聞こえます。一番重要なのは宿泊料金が有利で、JBCCのホリデイインホテルは約1,000です。 2 つのヒント: 1. 夜に JBCC からタクシーに乗るのは簡単ではありません。 2. ホテル近くの路上で食べられる焼きたてのピザはおいしいですが、値段はわずか 5 リンギットです。

2025年にオープンしたばかりのMiico Hotelに1泊しました。 ホテルからTrip.com経由で到着予定時刻の確認の連絡があり、とても親切な対応でした。 クイーンサイズのベッドがありましたが、部屋は一人でも快適に過ごせる広さで、基本的なアメニティも揃っていました。 設備はすべて新しく、状態も良好で、エアコンもよく効いていて涼しかったです。 周辺には飲食店やマッサージ店がたくさんあり、とても便利です。車でお越しの場合、ホテルの裏には広い駐車場があります。

全体的にとても清潔で、嫌な感じは全くありませんでした。スタッフもとても親切でした👍🏻 立地も最高に便利で、シンガポールからジョホールバルへのちょっとした滞在にはぴったりです👍🏻

Pros: The location is excellent, with plenty of halal dining options nearby and a small shopping mall just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel is conveniently located about 25 minutes from the Mini Zoo and only 10 minutes from Desaru Beach. The room rates are affordable, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a connecting room, which we greatly appreciated. The room was also clean and comfortable. Cons: One major inconvenience was that the refrigerator automatically switched off whenever we left the room. After spending a long, hot day outdoors, it was disappointing to return and find our drinks no longer cold. On our first night, we requested an extra towel and toothbrush set since there were three guests in the room. Unfortunately, the items were not delivered, even after we followed up at the front desk. There was also no floor mat provided. Thankfully, our experience improved the next day thanks to Zamre at the front desk. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure we received everything we needed. He also ensured our room was ready by 1 PM. Zamre’s excellent service truly stood out and made a positive difference to our stay. He is probably the main reason we would choose to return to Fives Desaru on our next visit. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, and with improvements in housekeeping responsiveness, the experience would be even better.

1. Trip.comでバスタブ付きの部屋を2部屋予約しましたが、ホテルにチェックインしたところ、事前に連絡もなくバスタブなしの部屋に変更されていました。各部屋につき5ドルの追加料金を支払っています。どうすればよいか教えてください。 2. 1部屋につき1枚ではなく、ルームカードを2枚用意していただけると助かります。

ミッドバレーサウスキーモザイクでのチェックインプロセスは簡単でスムーズで、到着体験は快適で手間がかからなくなりました。しかし、部屋は完璧ではなく、改善が必要ないくつかのエリアがありました。寝室のファンはオンになるとかなりうるさく、快適さに影響しました。提供されたタオルには汚れがあり、残念で清潔さの良い印象を与えませんでした。また、コーヒー/紅茶は提供されていなかったので、ゲストは自分の必需品を準備する必要があります。電子レンジも機能していなかったので、特に食べ物を温める予定の人に不便でした。全体的に、チェックイン体験は良かったが、部屋の設備とメンテナンスは全体的な快適さと滞在体験を改善するためにより良い注意を払う必要がある。

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

Overall, very clean and comfortable staying here for 1night. Location also strategic, but if calling any delivery rmb to double check for the address coz the default will set at the opposite building. The picture same as the physical. Self check in also convenient 🙂
