ホテルは立地が良く、移動にとても便利です。レストランやショッピングセンターも近くにあります。部屋は清潔で整頓されており、寝具も快適で防音もしっかりしていたので、ぐっすり眠ることができました。フロントのスタッフはフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルで、チェックインとチェックアウトも非常にスムーズでした。全体的に期待以上の体験でした。価格に見合った価値があり、次回もぜひこのホテルを選びます。強くお勧めします。

Bit of a maze to get to the room. The shower rail is detached from the wall on the lower holder. The bathroom basically floods when you have a shower to the point the water started running out into the bedroom. There is no handle to the sliding door of the bathroom door and it easily comes off the track. The state of the cups and facilities in the room is pretty dirty. I didnt use any of the cups as I found it had a layer of grease inside the cups. Overall not as pleasant as I had hoped it woulb be. But the location was awesome, right in the middle of town.

Well situated,staff are polite and helpful. Comfy beds with a T.V to watch toilets and showers very clean......... highly recommend.

We needed a place to stay in Wellington for a couple of nights and selected Trinity in a random selection online. Criteria were, reasonably easy to get to by car, reasonable proximity to Te Papa and reasonable price. Trinity covered those bases. Online booking was simple as was check-in. Car parking was in a Wilsons building just across the street, arranged by the hotel. The facilities were up to our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were all you could wish for. We were away from the hotel all day, so didn't need anything else. We had one evening meal in the restaurant and that was quite adequate in terms of preparation, flavors and portion size. Check-out was straightforward and we were offered storage for our luggage for the day although we didn't need that service. We are well into our 70's but walking to attractions was not an issue. We were more than happy with our stay and in similar circumstances would stay there again.

I have enjoyed my stay in Richmond Hotel. The staff is very accomodating. I have arrived past the check-in period and still managed to check-in through the help of Dinah😊, even left some fresh milk in the fridge. I really appreciate it coz I was so hungry and tired after a long bus journey😊. I also loved the bed, it aids with my sore body after a 12hr bus journey.

ウォータールーユースホステルの良い点は、ロケーションが素晴らしいことです。ウェリントン駅とフェリーターミナルのすぐそばに位置し、インターコンチネンタルホテル（写真1）の近くにはスーパーがあり、ケーブルカー駅もインターコンチネンタルホテルの少し先にありました。 私が宿泊したバスルームなしのシングルルームは、実際には他の部屋と洗面所を共用するタイプでした。2部屋の間にはカードキー式のドアがあり、思っていたよりも便利でした。 残念な点としては、設備がやや古めなこと。寝室の壁紙が剥がれている箇所もありましたが、価格を考えれば妥当だと感じました。

フェリーに乗る前に安くて快適な場所を探していました。ここは値段の割に快適で、価値がありました。受付の方も親切で感じが良かったです。 部屋自体は古くて古びていて、通りの騒音も聞こえました。でも、十分な機能があり、料金も安く、この地域では安全な場所だと感じました。

The staff were great location was excellent but the state of the apartment was extremely poor. Dishes hadn’t been cleaned, the toilet was leaking from the base, the kitchen was dirty and there was a cockroach on the wall in the kitchen.

いつもここでの滞在を満喫してください。非常に便利で、CourtenayPlaceの中心部からすぐです。駐車場は便利で簡単にアクセスできます。客室には、食器洗い機/クックトップ/冷蔵庫などを備えた簡易キッチンが完備されています。とても快適なベッドと素敵な小さなバルコニーが付いています。本当に素敵なオープンプランのバスルーム/ウェットルームと照明は、人形を飾るのに最適です！街で夜を過ごすのに最適なスポットです。イベントのためにセントラルウェリントンで夜を過ごす必要があるときのために、常にここで予約します。カウンターにいるクリスチャンHは、とても親切で親切な同僚です。

ホテルのロケーションはとても良く、ウェリントンの中心部にあり、駐車場は上階にあり、急な坂道があり、駐車料金は1日15ニュージーランドドルです。インテリアは少しアンティークで歴史的です。欠点は、クリスマスイブの午後にホテルに到着し、フロントデスクが閉鎖されていることです(夕方7時まで)、私にメールを送ったと言われていますが、実際には見つかりませんでした。まだ掃除をしている男が、連絡を取り、鍵箱を開けて鍵を手に入れました。
