That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

地點偏遠，不過飯店是有 當地叫tuktuk 車(其實就是Tricyle) $400，有大型行李也可以飯店派旅行車接送費用另計$1700，飯店有提供機車租賃或是包車行程服務喔，因為我是租車自駕所以其它費用可以詢問飯店，有免費停車但超過10點飯店人員會關門請他們開或是自行打開都可，好處因為偏遠所以安靜，當天入住都是歐洲旅客還好沒開趴所以沒感覺到吵，吐嘈那個門鎖真的很爛每次出去要鎖轉半天鎖不上..建議換一個鎖頭..，建議真的要放鞋架外面沒鞋架不知擺哪...，因為去年底才新開的所以設施都很新，房間沒有蚊蟲螞蟻除非你沒馬上關門，床不軟也不硬非常好睡，冷氣是大金空調非常安靜夠冷很好，這家除了牙膏牙刷其它需自備，完全沒有附，冰箱飲料除了水其它全都要付費喔！，淋浴排水不良容易堵住，熱水我看外面屬於太陽能熱水器所以熱水供應比較慢大約開2-3分鐘後水溫才變熱，房間衣架非常少只有附2個，插頭很多非常適合充行動電源跟手機的我們，有簡易酒吧，泳池水都很乾淨，服務生定期都會清掃，不過感覺到留守人員沒幾個白天2個晚上固定1位，早餐不錯都是當天早上做選擇不多但至少有飯後水果， 餐點味道非常棒，不管西式菲式都很可以，這價位住到這種環境物超所值

2025年、年末の30日31日に宿泊しました。 成田〜セブマクタン空港　ユナイテッドで到着だっため、遅いチェックでしたが、空港ですぐにグラブを呼べたのでスムーズでした。 この便よりあとだとかなり混むようです。 空港で両替しかしてこなかったのでお腹が空いていて、フロントで近くのコンビニ（セブンイレブン）を聞いて夜食を購入。大きな道をまたいですぐです。治安はよいほうだと思います。ショッピングモールもすぐですし、何でもあります。困ることはないです。有名なハウスオブレチョンも近くです。 ただし、31日は18時とか19時にはお店は閉まるため、夕飯難民になりかけましたが、ホテルのレストランを利用。朝食のバイキングがそれほどだったので期待はしていませんでしたが、ボリュームもありまずまずでした。（ビールのつまみしか頼んでいませんが…）食べきれなく部屋に持ち帰りました。私達みたいな人が多かったです。 年末の花火もあちらこちらからあがっていました。 一番ビックリしたのは隣のホテル！音が激しいなとおもったら、窓の真下で打ち上がっていました。 チェックアウト後の元旦は近所のマッサージ店へ行ったのですが、やっていませんでした。アラヤショッピングセンターは11時？もしかしたら、12時？オープンしてました。そちらの中でフットマッサージしました。 ドアマンの方やフロントの方レストランの方、みんな雰囲気がよかったです。あちこち動き回りたい方は値段も場所もいいと思います。※タバコを吸う方はフロントをでて左の坂道を降り駐車場のゲート近くに専用のスペースあります。

セブ市内にあるホテルの中ではかなり良品的なお値段で、少し不安でしたが充分に満足できるホテルでした。 友好的なドアマンとレセプション、選べる朝食、広い部屋ときちんと効くエアコンとシャワー、清潔なトイレでした。 レセプションは人によってはクールです。笑 訛りが強い人もいますが、コミュニケーション取りやすい方が多い印象でした。 部屋はエアコンの付け方が始め分かりにくかったですが、触ってるうちにわかりました。 部屋が全体的に湿っぽく、トイレは臭いが少ししますが、エアコン付ければあまり気にならなくなりました。 お値段から考えれば満足です。 1点気になったのは、シングルベッド2つの部屋を予約したけど行ったらクイーンベッド？が1つだったので少し寝にくかったですが、敢えて変えてもらうまででもなかったので言わなかったです。

It's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.

このホテルを他の旅行者と共有したいと思います。まず、このホテルは、ある本に載っていたココグローブホテルと同じホテルです。このホテルは新しく改装されたばかりで、あの場所よりも静かな環境で、カップルでの休暇に適しています。緑豊かな植物が生い茂る、まるで熱帯雨林の原風景の中にあるかのような便利な場所です。そして、海と繋がっていて、ココナッツの木々の間にあるプールもあります。素晴らしい雰囲気です。食事もまあまあです。基本的に2人で300元です！特記事項として、朝食なしと書いてありますが、実際には朝食は無料です！ホテルには専用のチュチュカーもあり、私たちは約260元で10メートルの高さのプラットフォームに飛び乗りました。私の評価が、シキホールに来るすべての中国人にとって大きな助けになることを願っています！

これは隠れた宝石です。このリゾートを強くお勧めします！ 良い点： - サンゴ礁のすぐそばにあり、素晴らしい状態のシュノーケリング用具を無料で提供しています。これがここに滞在する最大の理由です。シュノーケリングが無料で、移動する必要もありません！ - 8 部屋ほどしかない非常に居心地の良い環境です。同じグループの人たちとランチとディナーをいただきます。 - 食事は美味しく、少し高いですが、リーズナブルです。私の短い経験から言うと、夜のスペシャルは通常のメニューよりも美味しい傾向がありますが、とにかくどれも美味しいです。 - リゾートが手配したツアーが大好きです。私たちはジンベイザメと秘密の滝のツアーに参加しましたが、ガイドのアレックスは素晴らしかったです。個人ツアー（2 人）で、出発は午前 4 時（少し遅れて午前 4 時 5 分から 4 時 10 分頃出発）で、ジンベイザメのいる場所に着いたときには、すでにかなり混雑していて、私たちの待ち番号は 52 でした。それでもかなり良いです。列の番号を取った後、買い物できる店がたくさんあるのですが、私たちは愚かにも現金を持ってくるのを忘れてしまいました。アレックスは朝食とお土産を買うお金を貸してくれました。彼は、法外な値段を請求しようとした露天商との交渉も手伝ってくれました。雄大なジンベイザメと一緒に泳いでいるとき、彼はゴープロを使って写真や動画を撮ってくれたので、私たちはただ楽しんでポーズをとるだけでよかったのです。個人的には、ジンベイザメ体験はかなり基本的で、よく組織化されておらず混雑しすぎていると思いますが、アレックスは個人的な配慮と手助けで、忘れられない体験にしてくれました。 短所: - 最悪なのはそこに行くことです。土曜日の午後 12 時 30 分頃に到着したとき、マクタン セブ空港からプライベート トランスファーを使ってここに来るのに 5 時間半かかりました。空港から出るのにも渋滞があり、セブ市内でも渋滞し、グラナダまでの道の至るところで道路工事が行われていました。月曜日の朝 4 時に空港に戻ったとき、移動には約 3 時間かかりました。 - マッサージは海の眺めが素晴らしい部屋で受けましたが、マッサージはとても優しく、私は体の痛みを和らげるためにもっと強いマッサージを好みました（車に5時間以上座っていたため）。ですから、これは個人の好みによると思います。 - シュノーケリングは素晴らしかったですが、広い海で監視なしで2人だけでシュノーケリングをするのは少し怖いかもしれません。危険に直面することはありませんでしたが、都会の人間である私たちはヘビやクラゲを心配しているので、あまり遠くまで長時間行く勇気はありませんでした。遠くに海から魚が飛び出しているのが見えましたが、これは近くに捕食者がいる兆候かもしれません。 - 大人のみ。私たちはとても楽しんだので、将来子供たちを連れて来てもっとここで時間を過ごしたいです。しかし、大人のみのポリシーではそれはできません。

2ベッドルーム、2バスルール. 2トイレ.3エアコン キッキンもあり、リビングが15畳位？ とにかく全ての部屋が広かったです。 バスタブもある部屋を選び、ゆっくり入浴しようと思いましたが、朝昼晩 各時間帯シャワーがほぼ水の状態で残念でした。 帰国便の飛行機の時間の都合でチェックアウトを17:00まで延長してもらいました。支払いはデポジットで相殺しました。 朝食を予約していなかったので1人300ペソで追加しました。ブッフェではなくメインと*焼き方とドリンクのセットです。正直、期待しない方が良いかもしれません。 短い滞在でしたが、ホテルスタッフ特にフロントの女性の方の対応が素晴らしいです。チェックアウト時に雨が降っていたのでタクシーを捕まえるまで雨に濡れてしまうところでしたが、フロント女性の方が自分のスマホからグラブを呼んでくれて「200ペソ運転手に渡してね」とても優しかったです。 ホテルのイメージが良かったのは勿論、人の優しさに触れ合えた事が心に残りました。 機会があれば今度はプールも入りたいし、また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

全体的にこのホテルには満足しています。立地も良く、周辺は賑やかな商業地区で、食事をする場所もたくさんあります。ホテルの向かいにはショッピングモールがあり、コンビニも多いです。スタッフもとても親切で、高層階に泊まったので夜はとても静かでぐっすり眠れました。朝食も美味しく、種類も豊富でしたが、量が少し少なかったのが残念です。唯一の難点は、部屋のエアコンの音が大きすぎることです。弱くしても音が大きく、風も強かったです。

We loved staying in this location. Our room was right on the water, giving some breathtaking views morning and night. Lots of storage space and big bathroom. The hotel has a great diving center that also rents all kinds of snorkeling equipment too until later hours. Pool was clean and there was even a tipsy bar within it. Our only issue was very low water pressure in the shower which made washing long hair ia bit challenging. While you are away from the “mail” street in town, walk us about 8 min and there are few other hotels/ restaurants and activity companies located right next to hotel entrance
