We stayed one night in the hotel in Trabzon and then extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel has its own convenient parking next door. The furniture in the lobby is a bit outdated but still very comfortable. The hotel has two elevators, which is super comfortable. Beds and mattresses are very comfy, we had good sleep the entire stay. Breakfasts were very nice Good selection of cheese, olives and jams. They also served omelette with pepperoni, boiled eggs, fries and a selection of breads with local butter and honey. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is located right across the street, but you can’t hear any noise from the station. We recommend the hotel if you want to stay on budget in Trabzon.

المكان مطل ع البحيرة والمسجد واطلاله ثانية من جهة غرفة النوم كذاك وقريب من الخدمات . الشقة متوفر فيها جميع الاجهزة من غسالة وثلاجة ميكرويف وبوتجاز وكذلك اداوات للطبخ والنظافة يوميا وكذلك المعاملة راقية وسريعين في الاستجابة كانت الاقامة ممتعة جدا

全体的に、このホテルでの滞在は浮き沈みがありました。駐車場の人は信じられないほど親切で、私の車を大事にしてくれました。これは前向きなスタートでした。しかし、受付係の笑顔の欠如は、潜在的に文化的ですが、少し冷たい印象を残しました。チェックインは効率的で、206号室はきれいでしたが、やかんやアイロンがないのでがっかりしました。明るい面では、エアコンはうまく機能しました。私の好みに合わなかったので、シャワーヘッドを改善することができます。さらに、大小1枚のタオルの提供はやや最小限でした。 プラスの点で、ホテルの場所は便利で、ショップは徒歩圏内でした。チェックアウトは簡単で、受付係に鍵を渡すだけです。結論として、いくつかの肯定的な側面がありましたが、アメニティとサービス態度のいくつかの改善は、このホテルでの全体的な経験を高めることができます。

I stayed at Hotel Marin in Trabzon and would like to share my honest experience. The hotel has an excellent location and offers a very beautiful view, which was the highlight of our stay. However, there were some issues that made the experience less comfortable. During our stay, our room was never cleaned, and the bathroom hygiene was not properly maintained. The breakfast was very basic, with limited variety. Another point is that the room size was much smaller than advertised – it was around 14–15 m², while the hotel description mentioned 33 m². Overall, while the location and the view were great, the service quality, cleanliness, and accuracy of the room description need significant improvement.

We have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

Kuzey Park Otel temiz ve sakindir. Çalışanlar ve yetkililer ***et ilgili ve yardımseverdir. Uzungöl’e geldiğinizde konaklamak için tavsiye edilecek bir yerdir. Gölün yukarısında, göl içindeki kalabalıktan uzak ve sakin bir konumdadır. Hem Uzungöl’ü görüp hem de huzurlu bir şekilde dinlenmek ve konaklamak isterseniz tercih sebebidir. Kuzey Park Hotel is clean and peaceful. The staff and management are very attentive and helpful. It is a recommended place to stay when you come to Uzungöl. Located above the lake, it offers a quiet setting away from the crowds. If you want to enjoy the view of Uzungöl while relaxing in a tranquil atmosphere, this hotel is an excellent choice. فندق كوزاي بارك نظيف وهادئ. الموظفون والإدارة متعاونون ولطفاء للغاية. إنه مكان موصى به للإقامة عند زيارتكم لأوزونغول. يقع في موقع مرتفع فوق البحيرة، بعيدًا عن ازدحام داخل البحيرة، وفي مكان هادئ. إذا كنتم ترغبون في رؤية بحيرة أوزونغول والاسترخاء في أجواء هادئة، فإن هذا الفندق خيار مثالي.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and air conditioner. Nice hot shower. Good breakfast. The major thing that needs to be noted is the fact that the hotel is surrounded by mechanics and can be noisy when working on vehicles. It is far out of town but walking distance to bus station and shopping mall. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything.

The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

Overall, the hotel is good. We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles. The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.
