Arriving at the hotel quite late at night and being met with 2 flights of stairs with an ankle injury was challenging. Hotel said it is advertised that they have stairs. Unfortunately I did not see this, but the host was nice and helped me carry my bags up the stairs. The room was comfortable for an overnight stay. I loved that there was a free shuttle to the airport.

店内のレセプションは優しくて丁寧で、チェックアウトプロセスはシンプルで遅延がなく、意図的にゲストを促すことはありません。機械のハードウェアは整っており、インターネットの速度は安定していて変動がなく、部屋の床のデスクトップはきれいに掃除されており、洗濯用品は完全で清潔で、価格/性能比は周囲で最高です。

The staff were very helpful and patient given my limited ability to speak Chinese. The room was old and fairly worn but the sheets and towels were clean, airconditioning worked and no bad smell in the room. I originally booked 3 nights but extended my stay for another 3, so overall it was good value for money, given the low price.

I had a pleasant stay there. Bed matress was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The most important point is that, the owner was super friendly & helpful. He picked me up from the airport in mid-night due to the delay of my flight, then dropped me at the airport the following day to let me catch the speed train(there's a train station at Zhengzhou Airport). Thanks a lot for the hospitality of the owner. I definitely would like to go back to stay there again!

하이페이 호텔에서 정말 만족스러운 시간을 보냈어요. 1. 호텔 바로 앞에 mixC 쇼핑몰이 있어서 쇼핑하기도, 식사하기도 정말 편리했어요. 2. 얼치광장역이 가까워서 이동도 편리했고, 비즈니스 출장이라 주로 택시를 이용했는데 위치가 좋아서 어디든 빠르게 갈 수 있었어요. 3. 무엇보다 직원분들이 정말 친절하고 세심하게 응대해주셔서 감사했어요. 4. 마지막 날은 늦은 밤 비행기였는데, 체크아웃 후에도 샤워할 수 있도록 배려해주셔서 너무 감동이었어요. 이런 섬세한 배려는 정말 잊을 수 없을 것 같아요. 너무 고마운 기억이라 다음에 또 방문하게 될 것 같아요! I had such a wonderful stay at Haifei Hotel. 1. The mixC shopping mall is right across from the hotel, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. 2. It was easy to get around — since I was on a business trip, I mostly took taxis, but the hotel is located right near Erqi Square, so transportation was smooth and efficient. 3. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, which made my stay even more pleasant. 4. On the day of my departure, I had a late-night flight, and the staff kindly allowed me to take a shower even after checkout. That thoughtful gesture touched me deeply. Thanks to this level of care, I’d definitely stay here again!

The service was wonderful, the bedroom was very clean and spacious and surprisingly cheap. I had no issues at all, would definitely book again and recommend to a friend!!! Great for staying as long as you like in Luohe.

不經意間發現的這個酒店的 ,雖然在大路邊上但也不會太嘈雜，房間空間足夠，洗浴設備不錯，有基本的日用洗漱用品提供，工作人員的服務態度很好，有需要的話還會再來。

For that price the hotel is quite good. I will tell you about pros and cons of this hotel. Pros: - amazing location in the center of the Zhengzhou, 15-20 minutes away from Zhengzhou railway station, 5 minutes away from subway station, lots of cafes and shops are located nearby. - scenic view from the room and big bed for decent price. Cons: - There was no hot water due to broken boiler, air-conditioner costs 15 more yuan to use. - Additionally, there was no hand soap, but i was provided with shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes and 2 towels. In general quality to price ratio is good, do not expect anything extraordinary from this hotel for that price.

房間是個loft隔開的，隔音一般，如果隔壁安靜的話，還可以。 服務還是不錯的，服務主動積極，回覆速度快。 衞生條件也挺好，房間設施也比較乾淨，沒有陳舊感。 房間總體不錯，在意隔音的慎重考慮，其他方面都很好，性價比很好
