立地が良く、瀋陽故宮やその他の観光スポットにも近いです。地下鉄🚇で簡単にアクセスでき、最寄り駅は淮遠門駅ですが、このホテルに着くにはナビが必要です。このホテルは他のアパートメントに隣接する内路沿いにあります。淮遠門駅のB出口を出てUターンすると、故宮の正門が見えます。左側を歩きながら、道路を渡って正門に入ります。これが内路です。道路に沿って200mほど歩くと、右手にバーベキューレストランと、その隣にゲート付きの駐車場があります。ホテルはこのレストランのすぐ隣にあります。公共バスを使っての移動も簡単です。 フロントの若くてきれいな女性はとても親切で丁寧でした。 私たちはここに3泊しました。しかし、2日目にキーカードが無効になってしまいました。理由はわかりません。おそらく上司と思われる髭面の男性が、私たちが階下に降りた後にカードを有効にしてくれました。次の問題は、私たちが部屋のドアを開けたとき、朝出発する前にドアにサインをしておいたにもかかわらず、部屋が全く整えられていなかったことにショックを受けたことです。瀋陽市内を一日中観光して疲れ果てて夕方に戻ると、部屋は整えられておらず、水や基本的なアメニティの補充もありませんでした。私たちは苦情を申し立てるために再び階下に降りなければなりませんでしたが、彼はむしろ身構え、フロントデスクで部屋掃除を頼むべきだったと言いました。そこで私はサインカードは何のためにあるのかと尋ねました。その後、彼はタオル、ボトル入りの水、その他の基本的な洗面用具を補充するのに時間がかかりました。 別のゲストによる別のレビューでは、このひげを生やした男性は面白い人だと書かれていました。しかし、私たちが追加のボトル入りの水を2本頼んだときに、私たちが水をたくさん飲むと言及するなど、彼のコメントには驚きました。ちなみに、私たちは中国のホテルに泊まったときはいつもたくさんの飲料水を提供されていました。中国東北部への20日間の旅行で、今回で10軒目のホテルに宿泊します。 唯一の不満は、このホテルの清掃サービスが不十分だったことです。翌日には部屋の清掃が行われるはずでしたが、排水口を塞いでいた髪の毛やゴミ、カーペットに落ちていた食べ物の残骸を自分で片付けなければなりませんでした。 ホテル側が客室をアップグレードしてくれたことに感謝しています。清掃サービスと宿泊客への対応の改善を検討していただければ、さらに良かったと思います。 広々としたお部屋をありがとうございました。

Very good hotel located in a nice area in Dalian, Even though the staff did not speak English, they took really good care of us. Great experience overall !

事前に予約していたのですが、当日は事前予約より15元安くなっていました。フロントでキャンセルして再予約しようかと思いましたが、フロントのおばあさんは何も知りませんでした。一番不満だったのは、ミネラルウォーターが1本もなかったことです。フロントに、まずお湯を1杯もらって、自分で降りて買いに行けるかと聞いたのですが、もらえませんでした...言葉が出ませんでしたが、家の中の設備は大丈夫で、暖かかったです。

この民宿は大連港から非常に近く、交通の便が最高なので、船に乗り遅れたくない人や、船を降りたばかりの人にはまさに最適な選択肢です。便利な立地にもかかわらず、部屋はとても静かで、全く騒がしさを感じませんでした。部屋はきれいに整頓されており、内装は温かく快適な雰囲気で、寝具やタオルは柔らかく清潔でした。オーナーの心遣いが感じられます。何よりも感動したのは、オーナーが事前に詳細な道案内を送ってくれたことです。チェックインはスムーズで、近くの美味しい海鮮料理店も親切に教えてくれました。窓から見える昔ながらの街並みは、人々の活気が感じられ、夜はぐっすり眠れました。全体的にコストパフォーマンスが高く、次回船に乗る機会があればまた利用したいですし、船で大連に来る友人にも勧めたいと思います！

大連で最高のコストパフォーマンス＆ロケーションだと思います。おかげさまで２泊して、安価に大連・旅順を旅することができ、人生の宿願が叶いました。 直下にはコンビニ、近隣には地下鉄の駅、豪奢な歴史的建物群、市街地などが広がっており、ここに泊まるだけで大連の観光は完結すると言っても良いでしょう。 アメニティーについて。歯ブラシ、水2本、大きな紙タオル２枚（短髪の私は1枚で体を拭くことができました）、小さな紙タオル２枚、ティッシュ、小さな石鹸（私は使わなかった）、使い捨てスリッパが支給されます。 朝、客室清掃員にたまたま出くわした時、「部屋の掃除はいらない」と伝えたら、水や紙タオル、スリッパなどをあれやこれやと渡してくださいました。ありがとうございました。 スタッフは、中国語が話せない私に、翻訳アプリを使って真摯に対応してくださいました。「モバイルバッテリーはどこで買えますか」と言う私の質問にもかわいらしい女性スタッフから、いいアドバイスをいただけました。 さて、このホテルを大連で1番の宿泊所にするために2つ改善点をお伝えしておきます。 １、私は潔癖症なので、シャワー室の少しの黒ずみが気になりました。でも、カビ取りスプレーをちょっとかけておいていただければ改善します。 ２、私は使いませんでしたが、冷蔵庫について。冷蔵庫はずっと密閉しておくと、カビが生え、臭いの原因になりますよね。庫内も一度、カビ取りスプレーで拭き取った後、通電しない時は5センチ× 5センチの段ボール片を扉に挟んでおけば、空気が入れ替わり、臭いの発生を防ぐことができると思います。 私よりも長期の滞在をする人には、臭いのない冷蔵庫は必須だと思うので書いておきます。 

As a German backpacker traveling through China on a budget, I’ve stayed in many hostels and budget hotels — and Fuyuan Inn in Dandong was honestly one of the best value stays I’ve had on my entire trip. The location is absolutely perfect. Being directly next to the river was one of the best parts of staying here. You can easily walk along the riverside, enjoy the views, and it’s especially beautiful at night. It also makes exploring Dandong very convenient. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. The owners were unbelievably kind, warm, and helpful. Even as a foreign traveler, they made everything very easy for me. What completely surprised me was that the owner even gave me a free tour around the area, which was such a generous gesture and made my experience in Dandong much more memorable and personal. Another thing I really appreciated was that they actually let me choose between a smoking room and a non-smoking room — a small detail, but it shows they care about guest comfort. The room itself was extremely clean and far better equipped than I expected for this price range. It came with a TV, toothbrushes, soap, good shampoo, and everything else you might need for a comfortable stay. Everything felt very clean, organized, and well maintained. And honestly, for the price, I cannot complain about a single thing. It’s amazing value for money. The biggest highlight though was definitely the owners. They are some of the friendliest people I’ve met during my travels — genuinely caring, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable. If you’re coming to Dandong and want an affordable place in a perfect riverside location with spotless rooms and amazing hosts, book Fuyuan Inn. I would 100% stay here again.
