Отличное месторасположение, заботливый персонал, круглосуточная охрана. В номере есть чайник, посуда, ежедневная уборка. Отель занимает весь этаж. Рекомендую!

ホテルは良かったし、ホテルが提供するアメニティはすべて清潔で安定していましたが、私たちが入るたびに、何か異臭がしました。それ以外は、部屋とホテルに不満はありません。朝食も美味しくて良かったです。

Radha's Cottage is a lovely retreat, very well located at the end of the road in Matheran. It's a simple place, furnished largely with period furniture. The food is outstanding - the best I've had in 6 weeks of traveling in India. For those who are unfamiliar with Matheran as I was, a couple pieces of information: - The ”toy train” runs very infrequently. Be sure to get a schedule if you plan to take it from the parking. - It's a 4.5km walk from the train station near the parking to Radha's. Don't believe the stationmaster if he tells you it's a 20 minute walk, it's an hour's walk. - It's still another 1.5km from the train station in the village to Radha's. If you've got a bag it's probably a good idea to get some help from a porter. - Sometimes the electricity goes out. When we stayed, these outages were brief, just a minute or 2. - Sometimes the water in the bathroom is dark brown. This surprised us one morning. It's dirt, and cleared during the course of the day.

料金に含まれていた朝食は期待以上で、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。食事がとてもおいしかったので、午後には軽食も用意されていて、嬉しい心遣いでした。ホテルの立地はムンバイ南部に最適で、空港からは車でわずか 35 分です。北部でアクティビティが多い場合は、移動が長くなるため、このホテルはお勧めしません。ドアスタッフとベルボーイもとても丁寧で、私たちのためにできる限りのことをしてくれました。残念ながら、私たちが経験した中で最悪だったのは、重荷になっていると感じさせた受付スタッフでした。多くのリクエストや質問に対して、答えは短く、笑顔もほとんどありませんでした。最後に、部屋のレイアウトは奇妙で、ベッドが部屋の中央にあり、壁の電話の隣にありましたが、夜中に動くと受話器が外れてしまいます。また、部屋はサイトの写真とは違っていました。

Staff behaviour was nice and courteous. Little hygiene & cleanliness required.

The rooms were really neat and tidy. With lots of comfort and amenities. Location is very proper and transportation is easily accessible. Staff is good. Lift service could have been bit updated.

I was here 3 nights.  This is a pretty low price for what you get.  There are also many other dormitories around.  Air-conditioned room with free Wi-Fi and fan in each capsule.  There were cameras in the room, as well as a locker for your things.  Clean linen.  If you are taller than 180 cm, you will not be able to lie down here completely.  There is no shampoo, shower gel or toilet paper in the bathroom.  5 minutes from Sakinaka and Asalpha metro stations.  Nice staff by the way.  When I was sleeping, 1000 rupees accidentally fell out of my pocket onto the floor, but the staff gave it back to me, for which I thank them.  This is excellent value for money.

Liked… 1. Proximity to Kalyan Junction Station (few minutes walk) 2. Once inside (lift to 3rd floor) the reception area etc was fine. Didn’t like: 1. Access is shocking - ***** a rough road and down a less than salubrious side street. See photos. 2. Would have been nice to be provided with some drinking water 3. Shower area not spotlessly clean. Hair and scum on the grill over the drain 4. Only a blanket was provided on the bed (aside of bottom sheet and pillows). Can’t imagine this is washed between guests. Asked for a top sheet (so had a “barrier” between body and blanket) but nothing forthcoming. 5. For the quality of accommodation it felt overpriced.

Постельное бельё в пятнах, полотенца надо менять. Это не понравилось. К остальному вопросов нет. Удобно расположен, рядом хороший ресторан. Очень маленький номер. Но это не вопрос к отелю. Мы знали на что шли.
