It was easy and straightforward instructions was given out on how to check in and out. The cleanliness was considerably clean in the unit although it was a little dusty on the floor which I guess they could come in from the bottom gap of the main door. The homestay has every amenities we could want. Aeon supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants are just a stone's throw from the homestay itself, very convenient for us to get around. The homestay security level is pretty good to protect residents, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure a safe living environment. We get to see the security guards patrol all areas, with alertness and safety measures. This makes us feel safer during our stay. I will give 9/10 for our stay, minus 1 pt was because of the small wear and tear such as a chipped plate, broken lock slide door at the balcony and peeling off wallpaper. 8/10 to the condo amenities, minus 2 pt was because the children’s pool was found toilet paper soaking inside the pool and cigarette butt washing up at the swimming pool staircase. I find them disgusting, unhygienic and uncomfortable to let my little on to play in it. Overall, we had a pleasant and cosy homestay there and we will come back again.

Generally super clean except some minor issue like the pedestal cupboard inside slightly dirty, bath towel with black stain, ceiling top has paint bubbles blister showing sign of leaking and towel rack is missing in toilet. This room doesn’t seem to be fully ready. Hope they can continue to maintain this kind of cleanliness standard. The front desk staff is very friendly. No desk phone but can easily reach them through whatapp.

普通の家をGanさんとそのお父さんの代から年月をかけて手作り感満載のなっているゲストハウスになっている。今でも日々手が加えられている。中華系の宿泊者が多いと感じた。仕事をしている長期滞在者も何人かいたようだ。そのため共用キッチンで料理を作っている人をよく見かけた。シャンプー、石鹸のアメニティは無いので持参が必要。JBセントラルからは近く、市バス(約10分)もしくはGrab(5～6分)利用となる。周辺は観光地的なものはない。昨年はJHBに3回訪れたが費用対効果抜群なので3回ともココに宿泊した。Ganさんがとても親切なのでおすすめの宿です。

Although the location is not that convenient, however food courts, some restaurants and Speedmart 99 (Mini Mart) are still around within walking distance. Overall the hotel is good enough with basic needs except the water flow is not strong enough (slow flow) for shower.

The room is clean and the toilet is spacious. Other than no window the room is quite new. Well just rent for a quick rest and already love the environment. I definitely wanna come back on my next trip. Oh the self check in machine is very new to me so I would love to give it a try again.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with useful amenities like a mini fridge and water dispenser. However, the soundproofing was poor, and since the hotel is right next to a busy road, the noise from street racers at night made it hard to sleep. Great room overall, but not ideal for light sleepers.

個室のクイーンサイズルームにアップグレードしてもらいました。エアコンはすごく良くて、冷えました。ただ、バスルームにちゃんとしたシャンプーがなかったのが残念です。ベッドにシミはありましたが、価格と立地を考えると、十分満足です。

Lingkungan sekitar apartmen bagus , seberang ada jual makanan , ada loby yg luas untuk menunggu penjemputan .

Unit is clean, check in process is simple. Good location. Amenities provided can be improved but overall satisfactory E.g. towels provided looks old and yellow.
