We stayed as a family of 4 the rooms were emaculately clean, the beds were beautiful and very generous sizing, local milk in beauitful glass bottles connecting the local rural communiy was a great touch.All appliances were new and whisper quiet, which meant we all slept very well. Glenys gave us plenty of advice on where to take the children, local hot pools were a hit and the domain next door with playground gardens and basket ball courts for free family fun, the exploding geyser was great entertainment, very handy location to all the walking tracks up mt Te aroha, supermarket and shops easy walking distance from motel. The service was second to none. Rod and Glenys were amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we all had the best stay. We had car trouble, and they opened their garage and time to help us get back on the road forever grateful.Truely, beautiful caring people. We will be back again soon and have told all our friends and family of our new favorite motel

このB&Bは、駐車場も便利で、非常に良いロケーションにあります。子供たちが楽しく遊べる小さな庭があります。共用エリアには、キッチン冷蔵庫、ダイニングテーブルなどの設備が整っており、とても便利です。特にマットレスはとても快適で、しっかりとしたサポートがあります。ニュージーランドで今まで寝た中で最も快適なマットレスです。出発する予定はありませんでしたが、スケジュールが厳しすぎて他に選択肢がなく、出発しなければなりませんでした。しかし、これは本当に今まで寝た中で最も快適なマットレスです。それには疑いの余地はありません。唯一改善が必要なのは寝具かもしれません。

When l arrived at the Motel l found out that when l was doing the booking l should have taken note that there is no reception on site.When l rang the purported site the call was not a friendly one.I took an uber to collect the keys .And soon as l opened the door to my room which was room 9 l was discombobulated.It appeared no house keeping had been done prior to my moving in.The bins were all full of rubbish.The bedding had not been changed .Two McDonald’s empty drinks by the sink area.Two cups and a spoon in the sink see photos.I was then moved to room 7 which appeared to be clean but that inconvenience made me enraged😡

Facilities are all good and decent. Management staff were helpful with checkin process which is complex.  Motel itself doesnt have its own reception but checkin is at different motel which is 2-3 minutes away. The only disappointment we had in our stay was the cleaners turned up well before 10 am, knocked on door and straight away entered into room while we were in there to question when are we leaving. Very disappointed with this approach of cleaning staff and they should not walk into room at all without consent. Management needs to set some expectations with cleaners. Apart from that all good.

Close to all our planned activities - Hahei beach (5min walk), Hot Water Beach (8min drive), Cathedral Cove (10min walk to starting point) The room was clean, and there was a heater but unfortunately we couldn’t use it as the powerpoint was not working. But we were still warm despite it being winter. One thing is there was no hot water for shower. The kitchen was clean, well stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans (also rice cookers!). Also basic ingredients like oil, sugar, salt. There were shovels to borrow for the beach which was very useful! We enjoyed our stay here.

いい点 ・スタッフの方はとても親切。 ・調味料なども置いてあり、キッチンは使いやすかった。 ・共用スペースのリビングが広く快適だった 気になった点 ・全体的に建物が古かった ・Wifiが繋がらない時があった ・3人部屋だったが、ベッド間の間隔が狭く、やや窮屈さを感じた。 ・ベッドに白いハウスダスト？のようなものがついていた。ほろったがどんどん溜まっていった。

Really liked the convenient check in, decent bed for the price we paid however could do with better or extra pillows. We only had one pillow each and they were well past their days (very thin with no cushioning at all). In the morning, we realised that there was no power, this however could have been from a power cut. It was close to check out time so we did not bother inquiring further.

I stayed here with my mum and brother in a kitchen cabin. The cabin itself was quite basic and very small – fine for one night, but it would feel too cramped for a longer stay. That said, the campsite itself is lovely and the swimming pools were an absolute highlight. We really loved them and would happily stay here again just for the pools alone. Next time, I’d definitely upgrade the accommodation to something more spacious. An on-site café would also be a great addition and would really enhance the overall experience.

super affordable. my room was really clean and the facilities like showers and kitchen was clean too. it was off season so not much crowd, plenty of space in the fridge for my food. Room had everything i needed, including a fan. Laundry services were slightly pricey at $6/wash and $6/dry, bring your own detergent, or buy some during store hours at the little shop near checkin. no vending machine for it! really rocky beach right behind the property, had loads of fun just hanging around.

Great and pleasant stay in this place. There's even a communal kitchen and you get to park right in front of your room
