コロンビアボゴタの5つ星ホテル

スタッフ全員のサービスが素晴らしかったです。設備も素晴らしく、朝食ビュッフェも素晴らしく、コロンビア料理をはじめ、豊富な種類の料理が揃っています。ホテルの立地は理想的で、2つのショッピングモールと空港に近いです。

ラテンアメリカ、特にコロンビアで素晴らしいホテルです。立地も良く、静かで便利。客室は広々としており、設備も真新しいです。13階で毎日午後5時半から開催されるハッピーアワーも、とても豪華で質の高いものでした。プールは広くて明るく、ジムも設備が整っています。コロンビアだけでなく、アメリカでも格別なホテルです。5点満点中6点です。今後は必ずここに泊まります。

Got stranded at Bogata due to airline issues. Trip.com was very helpful to ensure i got a room in a timely fashion. The hotel is near the airport in a safe neighbourhood. Room was spacious but bathtub could be cleaner. Breakfast was pretty decent. They have free shuttle buses to/from the airport

Minha estadia no Hilton Bogotá foi excelente. O hotel é muito confortável, o atendimento é impecável e a comida do restaurante é realmente ótima — de altíssima qualidade. No entanto, é importante mencionar que os preços das refeições são bem elevados. Me informaram um valor aproximado de 20 dólares, mas a conversão para pesos colombianos estava com uma taxa muito alta, o que fez o custo final em dólares ficar consideravelmente mais caro do que o esperado. Outro ponto a considerar é que a rua principal em frente ao hotel fecha aos domingos para a ciclovia, o que pode dificultar um pouco a saída ou o transporte para o aeroporto nesse dia. No geral, recomendo o hotel pela estrutura e serviço, mas vale planejar o transporte de domingo e ficar atento ao câmbio aplicado no restaurante.

部屋は清潔で、環境は美しいです。空港までの無料送迎バスも運行しており大変便利です。ただし、一般のタクシーは乗車できないため、比較的高価なホテルの車を利用するしかありません。

部屋はマリオットの標準的で安全で、ドアには警備員+犬、ジム、スパ(経験はOK、眠りに落ちる)、イタリアンレストランと洋食ステーキがあり、環境は良好です。利点は空港に近いことです(15分)、欠点は高級リビングエリアから遠すぎることです-高品質のライフスタイルがあります。

サービスレベルは私の期待を大きく上回りました。サービススタッフはとても熱心で、ホテルはとても清潔で衛生的で、場所はとても良いです。周辺エリアは上海のオリエンタル新天地のような感じです。ショッピングモールの高級店の隣には、ショッピングモールやバーやレストランがたくさんあります。南に行くと旧市街のボリバル広場があります。北に行くと富裕層区です。

I am bias with this place. I did an intership in this hotel 28 years ago and I absolutely love Hotel Hacienda Santa Barbara. It is still quite elegant and the area where is located is one of the best in the city. The service, the room, the bathroom, they are all great. I really love the breakfast buffet for the top quality of the food and the variety of native Colombian fruits. The staff (Edwin in the front desk, Don Pedro and Ana in the restaurant..) are extremely helpful and efficient. I will alway try to book this place whenever in Bogotá. Thank you
