Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche in diesem Hotel. Unfassbar freundliches, teils sehr junges, Personal, sehr gute Qualität der Speisen, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit Traumlage. Leider haben wir bei der Anreise Zeit verloren, da wir erst um 16 Uhr in das Zimmer konnten, das ist ein No-Go. Ich würde empfehlen, in den Bädern ”Soft Close”-Toilettendeckel zu installieren. Mindert den Lärm im Zimmer. Leider hört man auch deutlich den Fahrstuhl, selbst in weiter entfernten Zimmern. Trotz der wenigen negativen Punkten gibt es volle Punktzahl bei der Gesamtbewertung

The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep. The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. ミュンヘンでの深夜滞在に嬉しいサプライズ ミュンヘンには午後10時に到着し、慣れない街で宿探しに手探りで取り組まなければならないだろうと覚悟していました。しかし、駅を出てナビに従って進むと、約10分でホテルに到着しました。荷物を運ぶのも楽々で、本当に助かりました！ 部屋は、さらに嬉しいサプライズでした。設備は完璧に整備されており、すべてが清潔でした。圧迫感は全くなく、荷物を置くとすぐにリラックスできました。翌日の朝食も期待以上でした。パンから温かい料理まで、新鮮な食材を使ったバラエティ豊かなメニューで、一日の始まりにぴったりでした。 サービスは終始、非常に丁寧でした。チェックイン時も質問の時も、スタッフは皆、とても親切で忍耐強く対応してくれました。ミュンヘンにまた来ることがあれば、間違いなくこのホテルを選びます！

部屋は広々としていて快適でした。ベッドも寝心地が良く、眺めも最高でぐっすり眠れました。スタッフの方々は皆親切で、サービスも申し分ありません。ホテルの立地も抜群で交通の便が良く、朝食は種類豊富でとても豪華でした。部屋も清潔感があり、大変満足です。

実際、かなり良かったです。エアコンが効いていて、これはとても重要でした。ただ、朝早く到着したので、アーリーチェックインを約束されていたのに、約束してくれたフロントスタッフがなぜか姿を消してしまい、別のスタッフもあまり親切に対応してくれませんでした。結局、6時間も経ってからチェックインすることになってしまいました。残念です。

Freundlicher Empfang ohne grosses Brimborium. Für ein Zimmer haben wir für 2 separate Bettdecken nachgefragt. Beim 3ten Anlauf hat es geklappt ;). Wie in den Gästerückmeldungen gelesen hat sich bestätigt, dass die Aufmerksamkeit  vom Servicepersonal inkl. Management beim Frühstück auch in Randzeiten verbessert werden kann. Der Tisch wurde uns schnell zugewiesen, jedoch konnten wir keine Getränke bestellen. Ein Augenkontakt mit dem Personal war nicht möglich. Am Buffet konnten wir die Bestellung schlussendlich beauftragen. Kein Problem, wir kommen sicher gerne wieder wenn wir in München vorbeischauen.

素晴らしいホテル!!!!優れた常にフレンドリーなサービス。部屋は最高です。朝食は美味しく、素晴らしいものを選択します。地中海レストランでの夕食は素晴らしかった。私たちは結婚式を祝います、私たちは来年再び楽しみにしています

バレンタインデーの休暇14-15 2月にホテルバイエリッシャーホフを訪れました。妻は到着時に素敵な長い茎のバラを受け取り、レイクビュー付きの4階のスイートにダブルアップグレードされました。フロントデスクのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。カフェ、レストラン、朝食ルームのサーバーは迅速で効率的で、食べ物は素晴らしく、朝食ビュッフェは大きくて寛大でした!カップル、家族、ビジネス旅行者にこのホテルをお勧めできます。チューリッヒのホスピタリティスクールで15年以上教えてきました。何千もの宿泊と何千もの外食経験を持つプロのビジネス旅行者です! 

Love the hotel. Breakfast is great. The room interior is nice. Room amenities are also great. There's sauna, indoor pool, and spa , which is totally suitable for those who needs relaxation. The only deduction is there's no plug socket in the toilet.

ウェスティンホテルは5つ星ホテルの評判通り、素晴らしいサービスでした。私たちは3泊3朝食付きのトリプルルームを予約しました。チェックイン時にフロントデスクから、その日のビュッフェディナーは休業とのことで、バーで過ごすように手配してもらいました。少し心配していましたが、前菜、メインコース、デザート、ドリンクなど、本格的な西洋料理に驚きました。どれも美味しく、本当に驚きました。朝食ビュッフェもボリュームたっぷりで、部屋も広々としていてエアコンも完備されていました。唯一の欠点は、駐車場が少し狭く、駐車スペースを見つけるのが大変だったことです。また、ホテルの設備は少し古めかしいと感じました。しかし、全体的にはとても良い滞在でしたので、強くお勧めします！
