連絡通路でショッピングモールに繋がったいて便利。ショッピングモールもかなり綺麗です。 もちろんホテルもリフォームしたのか綺麗でした。 残念な所は、シングルベッドのワイドが100㎝くらいで狭かったのと、シャワールームの排水がダメでした。 でも、総合的に素晴らしいホテルです。 必ずリピートします。

私がこれまでに経験した最高の家族体験の 1 つです。 到着： チェックインはスムーズでした。ロビー近くの養魚池で魚の餌やり体験をしてみました。魚の餌はカウンターで 1 パック RM5 で購入できます。バレーパーキングはありませんが、ロビーから遠くないところに十分な駐車スペースがあります。 部屋： チェックインカウンターでシービュールームへのアップグレードを選択しました。そのため、私たちの部屋からは海に面したプールの滑り台が見えました。部屋は十分な広さで、かなり新しい。部屋には何の欠点も見つかりません。 子供部屋： シネマルーム、PS4 コンソール、小さなお子様向けのおもちゃがたくさんあります。 12 歳以下のすべてのお子様に適しています。 ウォーターパーク/プール: ホテルの総合的なハイライト。子供から大人まで楽しめるプール、スライダーもあり、子供も大人も楽しめます。プールエリアは巨大で、いくつかのプールで構成されています。プールで子供たちに付き添っている間、親がたむろできるラウンジシートがたくさんあります。 朝食： 選択肢はたくさんあります。良い広がり。朝食エリアからそれほど遠くないビーチへも歩いて行けます。ヒント: パンコール島を見渡すオープンな座席エリアに座ることをお勧めします。最高の眺め！ スタッフ： 礼儀正しくて温かいスタッフ。彼らは途中でゲストに挨拶をしてくれただけでなく、ホテルでのアクティビティについての最新情報も提供してくれました。私たちの滞在は中国元の休日だったので、スタッフがばったり会ったときに、花火と獅子舞のショーについて教えてくれました。ホテルから何か必要なものはありますかというWhatsAppメッセージも受け取りました。パーソナライズされたサービスについて話しましょう! 全体： 子供たちにとっては良い場所であり、親にとってはリラックスできる素晴らしい場所です。イエバエ（ララット）には耐える必要がありますが、これは迷惑な場合がありますが、経験にはまったく影響しませんでした。 追伸 - 注意: 少なくとも 2 泊は滞在してください。そうしないと、子供たちにチェックアウトを説得できない可能性があります。

リゾートへの初めての訪問でした。記念日を祝うのに最高の場所でした。騒がしい子供たちが走り回ることもなく、静かにリラックスして過ごせる場所です。宿泊客もそれほど多くなく、混雑を感じさせません。サービスも良く、バギーサービスも迅速です。特にプライベートプールと温泉が最高でした。 洞窟の中にある高級レストランは素晴らしく、朝食も美味しく、注文を受けてから調理してくれる上に食べ放題です。唯一の難点は立地で、外出するには交通手段が必要です。サンウェイはすぐ近くに大型ショッピングモールを建設中ですが、完成は2028年です。リゾートからサンワールドの裏手までトレッキングに参加すれば、サンワールド・テーマパークへの入場料が無料になります。森の中を少し歩くだけです。必ずまた来ます。

The hotel was excellent in some ways, but really lacking in others. The highlights of the hotel are the exceptional breakfast, the best I’ve had in SE Asia, and its delicious desserts and pastries in the lobby. As well as the very good service, with two things coming to mind, one being a free room upgrade, and two allowing me to go to breakfast 30 minutes early (6:30am vs 7:00am). The hotel is very aesthetic and unique in style too, and the tech is certainly interesting and used intelligently. However, they also make some bizarre decisions given they’re a 5* hotel. Firstly, why there is no soap in the bathroom I’ll never know, I shouldn’t have to go in the shower each time to get body wash to wash my hands each time. The shower would progressively get colder with a couple of minutes and be quite cold by 5 minutes in. The bed is far from luxury feeling, with it quite hard, though reasonably comfortable and the duvet cover had some marks on it. Finally, the tech means there are a lot of unnecessary lights around the room, which makes the room a lot less dark. Overall, I would have expected the hard product to be better within a hotel of this class but the soft product was definitely 5*.

素敵な週末の小旅行で、シーヴィラに宿泊しました。淡水プール、テニスコート、ジム、そして素晴らしい料理を提供するレストランが数軒あり、施設は最高でした。私たちのお気に入りは、西洋料理が中心のフィッシャーマンズコーブでした。全体的にとても快適な滞在でした。しかし、同じような価格帯の他のリゾートに宿泊した経験からすると、物足りなさを感じました。楽園に滞在していることに文句を言うのはおかしいかもしれませんが。改善点としては、オーバーヘッドシャワーだけでなく、ホースシャワーヘッドを追加してほしいこと、ライブラリーエリアの清潔さ、メインロビーでの冷たいおしぼりと飲み物の提供、シャンプー、石鹸、保湿剤の品揃え、環境に優しい歯ブラシとキーカード付きの省エネコントローラーなどです。部屋を出る際は、エアコンと照明を手動で消さなければなりませんでした。またぜひ利用したいですが、もっと環境に配慮した取り組みをしてほしいと思います。

The hotel's receptionists were warm and welcoming. However, we were disappointed to find that we couldn't order a Grab from the lobby since it wasn't a designated pickup point. This meant we had to take a short walk to the main road, which was quite inconvenient, especially when it rained, which was often during our stay. The hot weather made it even more unbearable. The hotel's new furniture and cabinets emitted a strong smell of VOCs, which we tried to alleviate by opening the windows during the day. Although the corridor was tiled, it was dirty when we arrived. The next day, the cleaners mopped the long corridor, leaving it quite wet. The elevator was also located far from our bedroom. On the positive side, our unit was spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a living room. The amenities were good, and the value was excellent considering the size of the unit, which was around 70 square meters.

部屋は清潔で整頓されており、ベッドも快適でした。新築のため、一部の階はまだ改装工事中でした。 夜、シャワーを浴びている最中に停電になったのは初めての経験でした。代理店に連絡しようとしましたが、担当者が不在だったため、部屋の変更しか選択肢がありませんでした。荷物をすべて別の階に移動するのに余計な時間がかかりました。 改善点としては、予約金の免除、もしくはチェックイン前日に代理店から予約確認と予約金の支払い確認の連絡をいただくことを検討していただきたいです。チェックイン前に予約金を支払っていたのですが、代理店が私の連絡を見落としていた可能性があります。警備員に呼び止められ、質問された後にようやく入室用のQRコードを受け取ることができたため、非常にストレスを感じました。

The Condominium is a bit hidden as it's located behind Impiana Hotel Ipoh. The road to enter the Condominium is not really visible while driving. The Condominium is newly built, so unit is considered new. The parking is temporarily free until further notice. So far, quite a good stay. The only thing to comment is that, there are quite a lot of Phereoeca uterella at the ceiling inside the unit and also at the corridor. Perhaps, a more thoroughly housekeeping is need. Facilities are okay but I noticed the people who stayed in other units didn't follow the rules when using swimming pool. Not wearing proper swim attire, no shower before entering the pool, causing the water in the pool to become dirty and oily. It's truly disgusting. Hope the management and security guard can be more strict on this issue.

湖畔の各ユニットのすぐ前にある豊かな緑、自然の音、歴史を楽しめる素晴らしいリゾートです。Haven への 2 回目の訪問です。 スタッフは最高で、高齢者を含む 8 人の家族や友人のグループがきちんと世話されるように、特別な配慮をしてくれました。 レストランの Manna と Miguel Appu の A1 の気配りとおもてなしに特に感謝しています。私たちはとても歓迎されていると感じ、スタッフはいつも笑顔でした。 Haven のバンを予約してイポー/ゴペン周辺を観光していたので、案内してくれたドライバー兼ガイドの Fook Kuan に感謝します。素晴らしい旅行になるように助けてくれてありがとう。 友人たちはとても喜んでいました。また Haven に必ず戻ってきます。

I really like this hotel, the common areas are really pretty,every angle are instagrammable. The room was so clean and comfortable. 2 rooms for a price like this is beyond worth it. They have small kitchen with electric stove and microwave. Will definitely come again
