とても綺麗なホテルでした。 朝食の種類が多く美味しかったです。 モール直結だったことも、大変良かったです。

It was a birthday treat for me but bringing kids along sure need activities fun for them, so recommended as kids friendly hotel! The ambience was beautiful, u check-in & great with warm cookies also the staffs are really kind.  The waterpark with slides accommodate kids plus they have kids club & game room too.. Food ? Delicious for wide spread of buffet breakfast & dinner. Pizza for chillin at pool area was also the bomb. The beach access also great, just maybe i think not so suitable for stroller or wheel chair as lots of stairs here n there . Overall, a nice healing spot withe beautiful scenary , oh plus points the bed ahhhhh so nice!!!

リゾートへの初めての訪問でした。記念日を祝うのに最高の場所でした。騒がしい子供たちが走り回ることもなく、静かにリラックスして過ごせる場所です。宿泊客もそれほど多くなく、混雑を感じさせません。サービスも良く、バギーサービスも迅速です。特にプライベートプールと温泉が最高でした。 洞窟の中にある高級レストランは素晴らしく、朝食も美味しく、注文を受けてから調理してくれる上に食べ放題です。唯一の難点は立地で、外出するには交通手段が必要です。サンウェイはすぐ近くに大型ショッピングモールを建設中ですが、完成は2028年です。リゾートからサンワールドの裏手までトレッキングに参加すれば、サンワールド・テーマパークへの入場料が無料になります。森の中を少し歩くだけです。必ずまた来ます。

D'Kelly overall a nice hotel for our overnight stay in Ipoh. The hotel's beautiful lobby with a nice cafe/coffee house next door definitely inviting. The Standard Twin Beds Room was adequate, maybe a bit small for longer stay. Bedding & Pillows were nice & bathroom pretty good. The pool & chill out lounge on the roof top definitely inviting & great for family with children. Will stay again if I visit Ipoh

スパは素晴らしく、特別な体験でした。ビーチの夕日も美しく、レストランも悪くなかったです。部屋はロビーに近かったのですが、一つ注意点があります。サービス料と税金が複数回請求されることがあります。例えば、スパ代は既に支払ったのに、最終的なチェックアウト時に総額にさらに10%が加算されました。なので、皆さんにお伝えしておきます。楽しかったのは確かですが😁、この楽しさには代償が伴いますね。最終的には、島での費用が宿泊費よりも高くなってしまいました😅

部屋は全体的に良くて広としています。お金の価値。しかし、私のバスルームのドアロックが壊れており、入浴中にギャップを残すためにロックできません。レセプションに通知しましたが、2日目は誰も行動しません。 洗面台には、手ぬぐい、手洗い、スープ、ゴミ箱を用意する必要があります。 ジムは素晴らしい景色で良く、24時間提供できればゲストへのクレジットになります。 不満なのは、思い出に残るものを残しましたが、ホテルはイポーを去ったので、リクエストして宅配便料金を支払うことに同意したとしても、返送する柔軟性がありませんでした。

Location is very convenience as it is in the middle of the town & a lot of restaurant nearby. The room is clean & privacy. The process for check in were smooth & deposit return 24 hrs after my checkout. If you look for quiet place it's recommended.

The Condominium is a bit hidden as it's located behind Impiana Hotel Ipoh. The road to enter the Condominium is not really visible while driving. The Condominium is newly built, so unit is considered new. The parking is temporarily free until further notice. So far, quite a good stay. The only thing to comment is that, there are quite a lot of Phereoeca uterella at the ceiling inside the unit and also at the corridor. Perhaps, a more thoroughly housekeeping is need. Facilities are okay but I noticed the people who stayed in other units didn't follow the rules when using swimming pool. Not wearing proper swim attire, no shower before entering the pool, causing the water in the pool to become dirty and oily. It's truly disgusting. Hope the management and security guard can be more strict on this issue.

アパートメント スタイルのリゾート。3 つのブロックに分かれています。ブロック A (アカシア) の 2 ベッドルーム ホライゾン スイートに宿泊しました。全体的に快適な滞在でした。とても広くて清潔な空間で、キッチン、ダイニング、ホール、2 つのベッドルームと 2 つのバスルームがあります。最初のベッドルームにはキング サイズ ベッドと専用バスルームがありました。2 番目の部屋にはクイーン サイズ ベッドがありました。もう 1 つのバスルームは共用タイプです。キッチンにはコウェイ ウォーター ディスペンサー、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫もあります。雰囲気も周辺環境も良かったです。朝食はシンプルですが美味しかったです。ケーキの盛り合わせは素晴らしく、味も最高でした! 他には焼きそば、ナシレマ、*とヌードル スープのステーション、パン/クロワッソン/マフィン、ウェッジ/ソーセージ、ビーフ ベーコン、フルーツなどの一般的なメニューもありました。唯一コメントしたいのは、部屋のネスカフェ マシンの代わりにコーヒー サシェがあったら良かったなということです。調味料 (スナック、ネスカフェ ポッド) は滞在初日のみ無料です。

Hotel with a good location near the town area. Check-in and check-out were very fast and smooth. It's a nice bonus that they have a swimming pool. The room was clean. Overall, a good and convenient stay.
