This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. A big thumbs up to ICC Premium Suite! 🤩 We were blown away by the amazing amenities and spacious rooms! 💤 Love the thoughtful touch of having two pillows, one soft and one firm, to cater to different sleeping styles 😴. The location is unbeatable - just a stone's throw away from the night market 🛍️ and only RM5 from Ipoh rail stations 🚂. Perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway in Ipoh 🏖️. We'll definitely be back!

私と家族はホテルにとても満足しています。ホテルはチェックイン時にヒテアの無料バ​​ウチャーもくれました。立地もとても良く、タシク チェルミンまではわずか 5 分、プサット バンダルまでは 20 分もかかりませんでした。

部屋は最高でした！景色も素晴らしかったです。バルコニーからはタンブンの失われた世界が一望できました。調理器具が備え付けられていないため料理はできませんが、アメニティは全て良かったです。でも、ピンガンやマンクック・スドゥはありました。アメニティに関しては全て満足です。

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.
