I stay in Warsaw very frequently and have chosen this hotel around 8 times. Before that, I stayed in many other hotels, so I have a solid basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last stay here. Overall, the hotel is good — stylish design, great location, spacious rooms, and reasonable pricing. However, there are too many recurring issues and small frustrations that significantly impact the experience. Main concerns: 1. Reception attitude The staff is polite but not service-oriented. They simply follow procedures without any willingness to help. It often feels like you are a guest in their space rather than a paying customer. Early check-in? No. Late check-out? No. Anything outside strict rules — always no. 2. Operational atmosphere You constantly encounter staff in elevators (housekeeping, logistics, etc.), which breaks the premium hotel feeling. 3. Room issues (repeated over multiple stays) • Bad smell in the room → had to relocate • No stable hot water (7th floor): water constantly switching between hot and cold. Reported twice — nothing was fixed. On the third attempt, I was told “everything is fine,” which clearly wasn’t true. I stayed three days like this. • Another stay: clogged shower drain. Reported twice — never fixed. 4. Housekeeping behavior • Staff enter the room almost immediately after knocking — no time to respond. • Even when I return to the room, they continue cleaning as if I should wait outside. This is unacceptable. 5. Fitness facilities The biggest downside — there is no proper gym. The “fitness room” is extremely poor and not usable for a serious workout. 6. Lobby There is no proper lobby space, which is unusual for a hotel of this level. 7. Maintenance Small things are frequently broken in rooms — toilet brush holders, soap holders, etc. Individually minor, but collectively very noticeable Conclusion: The hotel has strong fundamentals — design, location, room size, and price. But the accumulation of these recurring issues and lack of service mindset makes the overall experience disappointing. I gave this place multiple chances, but I will likely choose a different hotel for future stays.

Great hotel, room very nice. Cleaning service brilliant and around all day if you’re in the room in the afternoon they’ll come back. Only thing they’re missing is bits like shower caps / travel toothbrushes in the room and small items like cotton buds or cotton pads like is available in most other hotels. Better if they had these items in the room rather than having to ask. Very attentive, nice hotel, wouldn’t facilitate early check in though unfortunately until 30 mins before 2pm, so beware if coming on an early flight

ホテルは旧市街の中心部に位置し、とても快適です。客室は広々としていて清潔で、スタッフの対応も非常にプロフェッショナルです。 ただ一つ難点を挙げるとすれば、客室は広いものの、間取りが少し変わっていることです。テレビを見るにはソファまで移動しなければならず、全体的なレイアウトも一般的なホテルとは異なります。 それ以外は、古き良きブティックホテルの魅力が感じられます。

客室とサービスは素晴らしかったです。朝食は特にボリュームたっぷりで、ジュースの種類も豊富で、種類も豊富でした。街の中心部に位置しているのも素晴らしいです。朝食のコーヒーも最高で、とても満足しました。

滞在は最高でした！ 場所は少し離れています。バス停までは徒歩3〜5分ですが、周囲はとても静かです。 隣には大きくて美しい公園があり、散歩に最適です。 スイミングプールにはスパプールといくつかのフロートがあります。ライフガードが常駐しており、とても親切です。彼らはあなたとおしゃべりしたり、子供たちに泳ぎ方を教えたりします。 朝食も素晴らしく、食事も美味しかったです！ ポビト・バイ・シフィエトニー！ Lokalizacja jest trochę na uboczu、do najbliższego przystanku autobusowego trzeba iść 3 ～ 5 分、ale okolica jest bardzo cicha。 公園の近くにある公園、理想的なスペースです。 プールにはスパエリアがあり、浮き輪も利用できます。 滞在は最高でした！ 立地は少し辺鄙で、最寄りのバス停まで徒歩3～5分ほどかかりますが、周辺はとても静かです。 ホテルの隣には広くて美しい公園があり、散歩に最適です。 プールにはスパエリアがあり、浮き輪も利用できます。ライフガードが常駐しており、とてもフレンドリーです。気軽に話しかけてくれたり、子供たちに泳ぎ方を教えてくれたりします。 朝食は素晴らしく、料理も美味しかったです！

ワルシャワ・ショパン空港を利用する方にとって、最高のロケーションです。 部屋は4人でも十分な広さです。 ロビーにあるレストランは美味しかったですが、少し値段が高めでした。 空港周辺の他のホテルと比べて、このホテルをおすすめします。

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The first thing that struck me was the size of the rooms. The room were spacious, beautifully furnished, and gave me plenty of room to relax after long days exploring the city. The staff truly made the stay special. Every interaction, from check-in to housekeeping, was met with genuine friendliness and attentiveness. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and even offered helpful local tips that made my trip smoother and more enjoyable. Cleanliness was another highlight. The room and bathroom were spotless, and it was clear that the hotel takes hygiene seriously. Coming back to such a pristine and well-kept space each day felt like a small luxury. Overall, Sheraton Grand Warsaw combines comfort, top-notch service, and meticulous care. I left feeling well-rested and appreciated, and I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Warsaw.

フロントのスタッフはプロフェッショナルで親切でした。荷物預かりサービスは無料で利用でき（アーリーチェックイン時もチェックアウト後も）、大変便利でした。部屋は36階にあり、素晴らしい眺めでした。中央駅に隣接しているのも非常に便利でした。 2名で宿泊しましたが、ダブルベッドが2台用意されており、とても快適でした。部屋にはミニバーがありましたが、有料でした（チェックイン時に200ズウォティが前払いされ、利用しなかった場合は返金されました）。もしまたワルシャワを訪れる機会があれば、間違いなくこのホテルを第一候補にします。強くお勧めします！

+ Amazing location Building with great history « grande dame » of the city My suite on the 7th floor was very spacious and cozy Concierge / reception / bar staff , everyone was trying their best ! For Marriott bonvoy members they were soo reactive on the app messaging - The carpeting of the suite needs to be refurbished “it’s the time” Hotel bar is constantly busy , they should keep 2 tables at least to hotel guests , suite guests. Late turn down doesn’t provide same quality as cleaning in the day. Solid hotel , I love it , just mentioning places where it could be improved.
