The room is clean and service is good. The hotel is located in a very convenient location in Boston and it’s safe to walk around even at night.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect. However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel. When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help. Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed. From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish. A request of a kettle took 30 mins. We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.

部屋の設備は基本的にラスベガスのウィンと同じで、マカオと非常に似ています。トイレタリーボックスの英語でさえ、中国語よりも大きいです。ボストンの同じグレードのホテルでは、この価格は非常に費用対効果が高いです。しかし、ホテルの食事は不便で、ギャンブラーも少し面倒です。フロントデスクのスタッフの質は不均一です。最初のスタッフはとても良かったが、後であなたが知っているスタッフははるかに悪かった

酒店總體舒適，因為多住幾晚，發現後面有兩天的衞生明顯不如剛入住那幾晚，估計不同打掃人員的標準還是有點不一樣。

It’s an old property and my assumption is that there are two wings and we were sent to old wing. Only one of the three elevators worked during 3 nights when we stayed there and there was no one trying to fix the elevators as well. Even the elevator which was working was not in a good condition. The staff was so so, not something which I would expect from Fairmont. Having stayed in Fairmont few times before, this was the worse experience of all times

環境はとても良く、地下鉄の駅は徒歩10分です。朝食ルームのウェイターの多くはとても上手で、茶色の中年の男性はとても鈍く、数人の女の子のウェイターはとても上手です。夕方にはチョコレートが入れられ、チップを残しました。掃除後、感謝のメモを残します。裏口から橋を渡ると小童館で、川沿いを散歩するのもいい。

ホテルはハーバード・スクエアに位置し、地下鉄へのアクセスも良好です。近隣には数多くのレストランがあり、特にLe'sは絶品のベトナム料理を提供しています。ハーバード・ヤードへのアクセスも良好です。スタッフはフレンドリーで、ホテルは比較的清潔です。唯一の欠点は、客室のミニ冷蔵庫が使用禁止で、バーのドリンクのみに使用できることです。

The administrative works from 8am to 6pm so make sure to contact them during this time. The location is super pretty, with landscape to the harbor and a secured neighborhood. Huge room, each has a terrace. The female staffs were very friendly and supportive.

ボストン公園に面しています。チャイナタウンにも近いです。ホテルは非常に控えめですが、控えめな贅沢、各階のスナックルームは非常に親密ですが、やかんはなく、お茶を作ることはできません。ロビーのコーヒーショップでホットティーを購入できますが、時間制限があり、部屋は比較的狭いです。今シーズンも高価です
