Feedback Following Our Recent Stay Dear Management team, I tried to enjoy the stay but there were items that were very unprofessionally done. In our toom the TV was on NO signal were i reported it 3 times and then i gave up. Bathroom mirror light was not working with wires coming out from behind the mirror which were dangers. In the room there was no rack were you put the luggage we have to put it on the floor and we need to neel on the floor get out our items from my luggage (a person of 62 year old). We were at the 2 second floor and smell of rubbish was coming from the lifts shafts and from the stairs mostly all 6 days in the hotel. Food was Good but it need to get better with better training. I could see in a particular days the team was driven well and in order other days everything with the flow. At the entrance there is a pool on the left side but when you swim or walk in it pool bed tiles come out and missing this is very unprofessional work of upkeep. THe main pool which is the most centre of attraction which is nice and good they never hover the pool floor, when move in it you can feel the dust gravel under your feet. Waiters in the bars in some days were so exposited working for long hours in the hot environment staff cant stay for long time in such conditions. Pool floor deck needs high attention in the main whole they got tiles broken and not leveled you can easily get an accident. Wifi in the pool areas were not all supported and in the areas that were reached the banquet of internet was low. I work in hospitality and to improved your standards the management team need to go to the table and start working in the areas to get better and more profenialy. Serving the clients is not an easy job but there this that can make you all better and in higher standard. I'm not saying that everything was wrong but to get high level the management team need to work on several areas as i mentioned. I am not write this to make you feel bad but you have a wonderful place but with the new competitions around you can lose the market and the clients so start making yourself better and all staff work in teams with good strategy and results. Quarto amplo, limpo e a cama muito confortável. WC com todas as comodidades e produtos muito aromáticos. Pequeno almoço bom e com produtos variados. Funcionários muito prestáveis e simpáticos, inclusive com táxi para o aeroporto mais barato e sem custos adicionais. O único ponto “negativo” foi o Wi Fi que falava com frequência. Excelente localização. Mas recomendo!

星5つ – 最高の滞在でした！ スターライト ホテル ティラナで素晴らしい滞在をしました。ホテルはとても清潔で、手入れが行き届いており、温かい雰囲気に包まれています。スタッフは信じられないほどフレンドリーで親切で、いつも笑顔で対応してくれました。心地よい雰囲気のおかげで、快適でリラックスした滞在を楽しむことができました。ティラナを訪れる方には、このホテルを強くお勧めします。間違いなく最高のホテルのひとつです！❤️

A very lovely space with all essential amenities and easy accessibility to different tourist centres by foot. Would definitely stay here again.

全体的に素晴らしいホテルです。立地も良く、部屋は広々としていて快適で、アメニティも充実しており、スタッフも皆親切でした。 残念ながら、私の部屋の掃除をしてくれた人は、あまりきれいに掃除してくれませんでした。アームチェアには使用済みのヘアゴムが置いてあり、ベッドと窓の間にはゴミが散乱していたので、他の人に自分の持ち物に触れられたくなかったので、「起こさないでください」という設定にしていました。 また、予約時にはバルコニー付きと書いてありましたが、実際にはバルコニーがありませんでした。バルコニー付きの部屋への変更をお願いしましたが、断られました。 アルダさんは期待以上のサービスを提供し、ホテルの外の準備を手伝ってくれました。彼女は本当に素晴らしい人です。

Очень много минусов начнём с основных если вы блондинка, пожалуйста оденьте шапочку если вы пойдёте в бассейн. У меня пепельный блонд который я добивалась много лет, но после их бассейна мои волосы окрасились в зелёный цвет. Что они добавляют в бассейн я не знаю! В момент заселения при оплате $ наличными, мне сказали мы принимаем либо местную валюту либо €. Я решила оплатить картой, но гостиница сверху взяла 30$, я заметила не сразу но как только заметила написала в техподдержку. Когда техподдержка связалась с гостиницей гостиница отрицала что взяли с меня сверху 30 $. При том что у меня есть чек об оплате на 30 $ больше и плюс банковская выписка. Они отрицали что взяли 30 $ с меня при том что у меня есть все доказательства. Когда же я лично пошла на ресепшен разбираться мне они сказали что это не они взяли 30 $ а они должны были взять 30 $ потому что у них идёт конвертация с доллара на евро с евро на их местную валюту и это конвертация будет стоить 30 $. Но якобы эту сумму выставляет мне банк а не сама гостиница хотя сам счёт выставлен от имени гостиницы. Мне это абсолютно не понравилось. В номерах не было тапочек, кстати они не отрицали что у них нет тапочек. Очень странное поведение персонала. Завтраки у них длятся всего лишь 2 часа и стоит 10€, но почему-то завтрак максимально скудный проще на эту же сумму позавтракать в соседнем кафе.

ホテルは市外バスターミナルから徒歩約 5 分の距離ですが、市内中心部からは徒歩 1 時間かかります。そのため、早朝のバスに乗る場合や夜遅く到着する場合に最適な場所です。 ホテルは真新しいので、すべての設備が新しくて素敵です。スタッフは非常にフレンドリーです。朝食はおいしいです。 唯一の欠点は、部屋の空気が少し蒸し暑く、温度モードが中央で「暖房」にロックされており (私は「冷房」にしたいのですが)、スタッフもあまり対応できないことです。

hotel is great located at the center of Tiarana. Around the heart center of the city. Easy to go alone to the city park and Parlza. Everything is good service, the reception is very helpful and kindly. Have a great breakfast and coffee lounge. Reasonable price for the trip. Room is clean and everyday have helper clean the room. Bed is supper comfortable. Will come again.

冗談抜きで、短い滞在でしたが、ここ数年で最高のホテル体験でした。何よりもスタッフの皆さんに感謝します！皆さん、本当に皆さんがとても親切でフレンドリーで、家族のように接してくれました。それに、部屋も敷地も素晴らしかったのは最大のプラスポイントです。彼らのファーム・トゥ・テーブルの精神は、すべての食べ物や飲み物に生きていて、それを実感できます（サワードウが大好きでした！）。 もし他を何も読まなくても、必要なアメニティはすべて揃っており、豪華で広々とした部屋、素晴らしい食事と素敵な中庭、そしておもてなしの心にあふれた素晴らしいスタッフがいます。この美しい滞在をもう一度体験するためだけに、アルバニアにまた来たいと心から思っています！

Super clean room! Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast and dinner! Our family enjoyed staying in Elisa hotel! The best in Tirana!
