一進大堂就被驚艷——暖棕木飾面+大理石的搭配質感滿分,橙色沙發撞色亮眼又不跳脱,連休息區的小圓桌都配了精緻花藝;茶歇區的陳列櫃燈光柔和,擺着本地伴手禮,商務洽談或歇腳都自帶“體面感”。辦公區雙電腦+打印機的配置,連鼠標墊都印着“快樂”字樣,細節裏全是巧思~
前台辦入住又快又熱情,會主動提醒“免費洗衣房在10樓”“早餐有六安特色小吃”;客房打掃時,大姐會悄悄補滿礦泉水,連洗漱台的物品都擺得整整齊齊;連等電梯時,工作人員都會笑着點頭問好,像熟絡的朋友一樣舒服。
Stayed here for a wedding in Hefei. Modern facilities, good amenities - took advantage of breakfast. They allowed a very early check in (like at 8am). Room was spacious, water pressure was strong. Biggest issue was a pronounced tobacco / smoke smell in our non-smoking room our first night. We didn't turn on the heat / air the next night and the smell was much improved. Little to no English ability among front desk, just FYI.

ゲゲストThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room.
The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger.
My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic.
I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant.
I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

His effort and dedication in helping me retrieve them were truly remarkable and deeply appreciated. Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself was remarkably comfortable and pleasant, making for a wonderful overall experience.
