中国安徽省の4つ星ホテル

This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

多次來合肥，這次第一次住方萊國際大酒店是參加同事加小孩的升學宴的，這家酒店後悔沒有早點發現。地鐵 7 號線直達經開區。徽園、海洋館就在旁邊，出門就可以遊玩，山姆超市兩站地鐵，正大廣場、中環城購物就餐選擇超多。客房寬敞通透，衞生細節做得很到位。前台待人友善，天氣炎熱主動遞礦泉水，特別值得一提的是宴會廳菜餚品質很不錯，聽説宴會活動力度還很大，後期有需要肯定會考慮方萊國際大酒店！真心推薦！

第七年來到九華山，第二次入住巷裡。是好久不見的熟悉感。 這次住一樓，除了客觀因素的隔音有一點點不足之外，其他都一如既往的在線。下午茶的出品還是那麼深得我心，哈哈哈哈。晚餐的儀式感給得足足的。 有要求，響應的很快。 各方面都比去年來時的體驗感要好上很多。 越來越好了呢。 離店伴手禮，很喜歡，謝謝啦

サービスは本当に素晴らしかったです。フルーツと安徽省のシャオビン（焼き菓子）をプレゼントしていただきました。ビュッフェ式の朝食と夕食もどちらも美味しく、山頂でこれだけの食事ができるのは素晴らしいです。宿泊施設もとても清潔でした。日の出や旅程について尋ねると、何でも答えてくれて、コンシェルジュのようなサービスでした。何よりもロケーションが良く、前山と後山の境に位置しています。足湯桶やマッサージチェアもあり、とてもきめ細やかな配慮がされています。黄山の日の出には案内人が付いており、部屋にはダウンジャケットも用意されていました。

The hotel is beautifully designed. As architects, we loved the interior. The staff was very welcoming and we were greeted with homemade snacks. When we wanted to go town to buy some groceries, they offered to drive us there - very pleasant. Not much to reach in walking distance. There was a lantern festival in the nearby town and the hotel owners took us there - we were the only tourists. Very funny experience. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel which was freshly cooked. Especially dinner was very nice. Our room had an amazing view to the mountains and a very spacious size. The bathroom was amazing. What surprised us is that we couldn’t go up the hills surrounding the hotel because of wild animals. We saw some monkeys which seems scary. It’s necessary to use the hotel’s transfer to the mountain gate. We would come back in the summer time when it’s sunny 😊

部屋は綺麗に整えられており、清潔で衛生的でした。シャワーとバスタブも完備されていました。黄山登山の後、温かいお風呂に入るのはとても快適でした。そこでもう一泊し、テラス付きの新しい部屋に変更しました。景色は素晴らしく、静かで、山の鳥のさえずりが聞こえてきました。B&Bのツアーマネージャーが勧めてくれた黄山日帰りツアーのルートもとてもリーズナブルで、時間を節約でき、美しい景色を存分に楽しめ、体力も節約できました。

ホテルは、モンキーウォーチングシー（猴子观海）や清涼台に近く、部屋は清潔で衛生的でした。スタッフは皆、親切でフレンドリーで、宿泊客に観光のアドバイスを積極的に提供してくれたので、とても温かい気持ちになりました。黄山の観光ルートはアップダウンが多く、時間がかかり、体力もかなり消耗するので、山に一泊するのは本当に必要だと感じました。ホテルのビュッフェディナーは種類が豊富で、様々な地域からの観光客に合う料理が提供されていました。部屋にはダウンジャケットも用意されており、早朝にご来光を見に行くのにとても便利でした。

部屋の環境は最高でした！部屋は広々としていて、ウェットエリアとドライエリアが分かれており、庭園の景色も楽しめました。黄山の麓からも近く、観光バスで直行できます。ホテルの温泉と朝食もとても良かったです。

どのホテルも立地が重要ですが、このホテルは遊園地、ウォーターパーク、チャオ湖のすぐそばに位置しています。しかし、案内が不十分で、歩道も整備されておらず、歩行に支障をきたすようなことはありません。近隣の観光スポットへのシャトルバスを運行するべきです。朝食は種類が豊富でしたが、どれも期待外れでした。品数が少なくても、美味しくて美味しいとなれば、もっと良くなるでしょう。エアコンは最悪でした。湿った空気を吹き出し、室温が下がるほど冷えることは滅多にありませんでした。ホテルのいたるところにレストランの広告が出ていましたが、尋ねたところ閉まっていました。提供されていないものがあるなら、広告を出すべきではありません。虚偽広告とみなされます。虚偽広告のせいで夕食を別の場所に行かなければならない場合、少なくともタクシー代は支払うべきです。 ホテルの設備と宿泊客の人数から判断すると、8階か9階にしか宿泊客を配置していないと確信しています。もしそうなら、各部屋を丁寧に清掃する必要があります。私たちの部屋は、ディスペンサーに石鹸が入っておらず、コンディショナーも全くありませんでした。禁煙ルームだったにもかかわらず、「ベッドでの喫煙は禁止」という樹脂製のサインがまだ貼られていました。まるで数週間、いや数ヶ月も掃除されていないかのように、ひどく汚れていました。 荷物を届けるために送り出す可愛いロボットがいるのですが、エレベーターから降りてから乗るというルールが分からず、荷物を持った4人家族が数分間ロボットに閉じ込められてしまいました。 何人かのスタッフと話す機会がありましたが、利用率の低下と時間短縮がこの施設に影響を与えているのが分かります。しかし、まだ改善の余地はあります。

An absolutely magical stay! Yujian No.8 is nestled in an awesome location on the iconic Tunxi Old Street. Housed in a beautifully restored old house with perfect taste, the hotel radiates a super Chinese-style charm. The staff were incredibly friendly, and our room was both authentic and very comfortable. It was the most romantic and unforgettable backdrop for a couple's getaway. Super recommended!
