スタッフの方々はとても親切で、お客様への真摯な対応に感動しました。Trip.comで鶏谷山トレッキングを予約しましたが、外国人である私たちはトレッキング会社とのコミュニケーションに苦労しました。しかし、マネージャーの方が親切にサポートしてくださり、素晴らしい思い出となる素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。 もしまた長白山を訪れる機会があれば、ぜひこのホテルを選びます。部屋は広々としていて清潔で、よく整備されています。スタッフの皆様の温かいおもてなしに心から感謝しています。 また、ホテルの駐車場で串焼きを楽しみながら焼酎を味わったのは、忘れられない思い出となりました。

SONG JIANG BONANZA WINNING HOTEL — From Smoke Signals to Sacred Silence Arrival & First Sniff This old dog finally flopped down in Jilin City, relieved to rest my paws at the grandly named Song Jiang Bonanza Winning Hotel. “Winning,” I thought—until my non-smoking room greeted me with a stale tobacco haze. One whiff and I nearly cancelled the stay on the spot. Room Rescue Cue Mr Hong Dejian—calm, English-speaking, and clutching the keys to redemption. He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next. Comfort Food = Home Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed. Care Beyond the Call Mr Hong returned with a portable heater, pointed out city landmarks, and even taught me how to take a non-reflective photo (yes, this dog learns fast). His easy friendliness softened the edges of dirty window panes and mostly Mandarin-only staff. I even showed him the ink-black towel after wiping the window—evidence, not barking. Menu Meltdown & A Win At the restaurant, I was handed a Chinese-only menu after saying I don’t speak Mandarin. I hit the roof. To their credit, reception listened: I received a call from the lady boss, and the issue was acknowledged. Then a hero appeared—the restaurant lady, who patiently translated dish names so I could choose lunch and dinner without guesswork. Gold bone earned. City Interlude: Jilin Catholic Church Between meals and meetings, I visited Jilin Catholic Church (吉林耶稣圣心堂)—a quiet pause from hotel hiccups. The church offered a moment of stillness, a reminder that even on a bumpy stay, the city holds pockets of grace. Logistics That Worked Back at the desk, the reception lady manager efficiently arranged my transport to Wusong Island—quick, competent, and reassuring. Breakfast & The Fine Print Breakfast surprised me in the best way: healthy, balanced, a thoughtful mix of local and Western dishes. One final bone to chew—early booking didn’t pay off as prices dropped later. A truly Winning Hotel would honour the lower rate at check-in. Verdict Despite communication bumps, this is a solid winter hideout: good Songhua River views, comforting food, and fast service when it counts. フロントのスタッフ、温泉プールのスタッフ、レストランのスタッフの皆様、本当にありがとうございました！2歳の子供を連れてチェックインしましたが、どのスタッフもとても熱心で、素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれました。フロントのスタッフは、手続き全体を通してWeChatサービスを使用しており、車が到着する前にドアの前で待っていてくれました。出発時には、ドア前の道路が修理中だったため、最寄りのバス停まで車で送ってくれました。温泉エリアでおじさん、おばさんはとても丁寧で親切でした。露天風呂の温泉では、特に浮遊する木の毛を掃除してくれたり、温泉水の温度が高くなりすぎないように事前に入れてくれたり、沸かしたてのお湯を提供してくれたりと、親切に対応してくれました。レストランのサービスもとても良かったです。唯一の欠点は部屋が狭すぎることです。部屋がもっと広くて、宿泊料金が値上げになっても許容できるといいのですが、そうでなければ子供連れで行くのは本当に大変ですし、ロフトは小さな子供には適していません。部屋の大きさは欠点かもしれませんが、その他はすべて非常に満足です！

This is the nicest area to stay in Changbaishan, its got eateries, lovely quaint handicraft shops, cafes, its IG friendly. The hotel room was very comfortable, loved the 24hrs laundry facilities and breakfast was scrumptious. Front desk staffs are very helpful, they help me with ticket bookings for west slope hike and arranged a personal driver for the day. Highly recommended.

I spent 8 days at Vanke Songhua Lake New Story Suites. Usually it was planned for five days only but I extended my stay two times. This place is just awesome 👏🏼🤩 It is warm (floor heating), tidy and very clean. I’m allergic to cigarette smell so they arranged a non smoking room for me I was very happy with. …nice skiing for families, beginners and the faster, more brave ones and the hotel staff is just lovely. They are always nice and kind, help wherever they can ( even without much English or in my case with none existing to rudimentary Chinese 🤣) The Hotel is only 800 m from the slope but they offer a shuttle service (very convenient) during skiing times. I used it in the morning but enjoyed my walk “home” after snowboarding. Ski and snowboard rental plus gear is available in the basement. I booked a coach for every day in the morning for 3h and must say he was best of the best!!! I had no clue about snowboarding but he had the ability to teach me step by step 👉🏼 we both had to use translation apps 🤣✌🏼. After you finish at the slope there is always someone in the kitchen (breakfast place) who is happy to make a bowl of rice noodles or dumplings for you. ❤️🥰. And the flowers inside the hotel are real!!! No fake plastic but real flowers 🌸 huge thanks to the kitchen staff too, they work hard and the breakfast buffet ALWAYS looks clean. I will definitely come back and bring friends! 你们太可爱了❤️

Newly built, and nice hotel. Has great self-service laundry and nice gym. Located in Erdaobaihe Town, the hotel is a bit further outskirts so not within walking distance to the Cloud Market but everything is only a 10 min taxi/didi ride away. Also provides free pickup from the high-speed railway station (Changbaishan Station), which is also only 10 mins away. We got the big family room which was great for 2 adults and 2 small kids. Breakfast is a decent mix of local and western staples, even some local honey and yogurt. just don't eat the cereal.

長春へ子供たちと旅行に来たのですが、双子がいるので広い部屋が必要でした。いろいろ探した結果、ここに決めました。環境はとても清潔で、朝食の質も良く、子供たちは特に気に入っていました。私も快適に過ごせましたし、ホテルのサービスもきめ細やかで、会うたびに挨拶してくださり、恐縮するほど親切でした。

A 2-storey duplex unit that was enough to accommodate for 8 people. The bathroom (1 only) was fitted with thermo ventilators so it was warm indoor when freezing outside. These features are not working in the other 2 bathrooms. The hotel was located near the major attractions (10-20 minutes drive). The room was spacious and bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was great with varieties of food. The hot spring pools are limited, the outdoor pool was closed.
