フィンランドラップランドの4つ星ホテル

ロヴァニエミ市内で宿泊するにはアクセスの良いホテルだと思います。中心部にあり、ホテル1階にはカフェ、周辺にも飲食店や、スーパー、ツアー会社などあり、とても便利でした。 チェックイン前にも荷物を預かってくれました。 部屋も、北欧らしい色合いでお洒落でした。ファッツェルのチョコレートが置いてあるのも良かったです。 部屋のお風呂は浴槽付きで、ホテル内にサウナもあります。 サウナの使い方が少しわかりづらかったですが、フィンランド式サウナを楽しむことができました。 朝食のメニューも豊富で、ついつい食べすぎてしまうので注意です。

I stayed at Apukka Resort and it was truly unforgettable. Everything was perfect, from the spotless cleanliness to the peaceful location near the airport. The service was exceptional; they even picked us up by car from the reception and drove us directly to our room, which made everything feel so warm and personal despite the -30°C weather. Sipping hot chocolate in the freezing Arctic air felt surreal, and our private sauna session was incredibly relaxing, the perfect way to end a snowy day. But the most magical moment? Watching the Northern Lights dance right in front of our room. So vivid, so clear, so unreal. It was honestly one of the best experiences of our lives. A dream I will never forget.

We stayed at Pyhalinna and overall found the apartment itself to be decent. The facilities inside the unit were quite complete and convenient. However, the cleanliness was disappointing — the bed sheets were not clean when we arrived. The funny (and slightly frustrating) part was that after we reported it, someone came to do a light cleaning of the room (even though we were previously told mid-stay cleaning required an extra fee), but the sheets still weren’t changed. The property is ski-in/ski-out and located next to the “family slope,” but there are many areas that really need improvement. First of all, for beginners without a car, it takes around 30 minutes to walk down to the base area to rent equipment(experienced can use the shop on the mountain), and the path is quite unsafe. Honestly, this alone almost made me give a one-star review. Secondly, the so-called family slope wasn’t fully open, and the upper section was surprisingly steep — definitely not what we expected for a family-friendly run. Returning the rental equipment was also inconvenient; you must ski all the way to the bottom because the shop on the mountain doesn’t accept returns. After returning our equipment, we were very lucky that the ski patrol officer Markus kindly offered to take us back up the hotel. We really appreciated his help — without him, it would have been another long and difficult walk. There are simply many practical issues that should be improved. I truly hope the resort can learn from more established ski destinations to create a safer and more beginner-friendly experience. The positive interactions with the staff were the main reason we didn’t give this place a one-star rating — they truly made a difference despite the other issues. 部屋は快適でしたが、バスルームは少し狭かったです。朝食と夕食のビュッフェは美味しく、補充も迅速でした。ホテルでは様々な有料の屋外アクティビティを提供しており、どれも丁寧な説明で素晴らしい体験ができます。これらのアクティビティに参加するために遠くまで車で移動する必要がないのは素晴らしいですね！ハスキー犬は10kmの周回コースを走ってホテルに戻ってくることができるなんて、素晴らしい設計ですね！👍🏻

ホテルはサンタクロース村の中にあり、コテージのすぐそばに駐車でき、EV用普通充電器も完備されています。部屋には必要な設備が全て揃っており、サウナも付いていたので、快適で暖かく過ごせました。朝食会場はクリスマスギフトショップの隣にあり、種類もそこそこ豊富でした。

Awesome service, the front counter guy is really nice and patient to help us in any quires. The room is clean with nice sea view. Feeling quite well to see the sky stars when lying down on the bed in the night and the morning sky is super beautiful. Plus, the hotel price includes free tickets for experience 365, we enjoyed a lot there. .

部屋にサウナも付いていて、落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルでした。キッチン等がついてるタイプの部屋ではないのですが、乾燥機のようなものもあったので良かったです。

サービスはもっと改善できると思います。また、電気ケトルを使いたい場合は、1日10ユーロでレンタルしなければなりません。そうしないと、毎回お湯をもらいにロビーまで行かなければなりません。環境保護のためにあらゆるものが表示されていますが、ペットボトルの水が常に販売されています。水道水は安全に飲めるので、ロビーにウォーターディスペンサーを設置した方が良いのではないでしょうか？

場所は最高に美しく、オウナスヴァーラ スキー リゾートからほんの数歩のところにあります。シャレーは窓やバルコニーから素晴らしい景色が見渡せ、本当に素晴らしくて居心地が良かったです。私たちのプライベート シャレーには 2 つ目のベッドルームがありましたが、娘と私は 1 階の方が好きだったので使いませんでした。バスルームに専用のサウナがあるのが気に入りました。リラックスするのに最高で、とても楽しめました! 朝食は種類が豊富で最高で、ワッフル メーカーが気に入りました! スタッフは皆親切で感じが良かったです。ロケーションは最高で、空港、市内中心部、サンタクロース村からそれほど遠くありません。全体的に完璧なシャレーで、ここに泊まることを絶対にお勧めします。とても楽しい時間を過ごせました!
