Always stay here whenever i am back to Lampung and this is my 3rd time. They are though very stingy with late check out even i know the hotel is not that busy during i stay. I ask for 2 PM c/o since i check in at 3 AM and want to rest more but they denied it. They already improved their breakfast and this time is very good stay. I like this hotel because of the view and the cleanliness of the room and its value for money. They also need to recognize returning guest more though not booked via IHG, your front desk system must be able to track with guest name.

昨日のランプンでの休暇は、さまざまな場所に旅行できたほか、ノボテル ホテルに泊まったのでとても楽しかったです。場所は街からも、私たちが行く予定だった観光名所からもそれほど遠くありません。サービスはフレンドリーで、食事は美味しく、部屋は清潔です。次回もここに泊まります。

Grand Elty Krakatoa is a total hidden gem, offering an incredible beachfront experience for just 630k IDR per night. My stay was a fantastic ”good deal” because the price already included a delicious breakfast and a room that was impressively clean, fresh-smelling, and featured a private balcony with a stunning direct view of the ocean. The resort offers exclusive access to a private beach area which is perfect for activities, though keep in mind it’s a rugged coral beach rather than fine sand, so it’s more about the dramatic views and coastal vibes. Despite visiting during a busy holiday period where the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, the service remained friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience feel seamless. For the price, comfort, and those unbeatable morning views, I’m giving this stay a solid 4.5/5

Overall is good :) The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is superbb (enakkk sekali)

家族でジュニアスイートを3部屋、2泊予約しました。部屋は広々としていて、ジュニアスイートにしては料金も手頃でした。唯一の難点は、駐車場がホテルの隣のショッピングモールと同じなので、午後や夕方に到着すると駐車スペースを見つけるのが難しいかもしれないことです。さらに、駐車場の案内表示が少し分かりにくいです。ホテルに宿泊する場合は、ゲートのある左側の門から入り、まっすぐ地下へ降りてください。

Good location. Staff are good and helpful, average food ad standard room amenities

The hotel has a nice setting out around the pool. The rooms are ok , but lack maintenance (cabinet door jammed and the faucets were lose …and other stuff like that ) . The staff is very friendly. . The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not that good . Expected a little better standard’s for a Sheraton ; yet still a good stay .

Everything was great.. one thing to consider is about the gym facilities which quite old already.. but it is okay though..

Lokasi cukup strategis di pusat kota, hanya saja agak canggung karena tepat di perempatan lampu merah. Area parkir terbatas tp ada bantuan dr petugas yg cekatan. Kamar kami cukup luas dibanding hotel sekelasnya. Ada kafe di area lobi, menyenangkan. Kalau malam berisik karena balap liar, mengganggu tidur
