A good location and staff at the reception was really helpful and nice . The room was ok, not very clean because of dust inside the room. Overall it was a good stay for short time.

とても素敵な滞在。部屋は家族ではなくカップルに合わせて珍しい構成でした。ベッドルームはいくつかの階段を上っており、ベッドの前にバスタブがあり、下に開いており、引き出しベッドとテレビがあります。サービスは素晴らしかった、引き出しベッドは私たちと一緒に旅行していた息子のために事前に作られ、部屋は掃除され、毎晩作られたベッドできれいにされました。私たちは素晴らしい朝の朝食に追加料金を支払いました。これは通常のコンチネンタルブレックファーストの提供を超えた多くの食べ物のオプションがありました。また、夕方に訪れたとても素敵なテラスがありました。私たちは熱波の間にもそこにいました、そして部屋はエアコンで素晴らしくて涼しかったです。私は間違いなく再びそこに滞在します。

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, it’s just next to Fatima. making it easy to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which saved us a lot of time during our trip. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was cozy, and the overall environment felt quiet and safe. The staff were also friendly and helpful, adding to the smooth experience from check-in to check-out. Overall, it is a great choice for travelers who value a convenient location, cleanliness, and a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again.

We are happy to have chosen this hotel to stay for 3 nights.  1. Fairly new and trendy design and facilities. Large size rooms that are clean and well equipped.  2. Excellent location to Fatima sanctuary.  3. Staff are courteous and helpful. Special mention to Ms Komal who welcomed and checked us in. She made a good impression and represented Mercure very well.  The hotel must keep good staff like her and trained all to that standard.  4. Very good breakfast selection and warm dishes like eggs cooked to your order.  Highly recommended!

So so good! The location is ideal for visiting Fátima - its just across the street and about 5 mins drive / 10 min walk from the bus station The hotel staff were lovely and even upgraded my room which was a lovely surprise. They were also accommodating to my slightly later checkout which i really appreciated! Thank you to Jorge and the team at Estrela for a memorable stay!

家族と私は2月にこのホテルに宿泊しました。スタッフは皆とても親切で、朝食の品数も豊富で、夜は快適なアームチェアと長椅子のあるバーでリラックスできました。 素晴らしい環境です。 ファティマの聖地から簡単にアクセスできます。 部屋は広くて清潔です。 便利な場所にあります。私の母は85歳の高齢女性ですが、歩き回るのは楽でした。

部屋はスーペリアにアップグレードされました。チェックイン時に水が利用でき、コーヒーが提供されます。夕食は素晴らしく、すべてのスタッフからのサービスはとても良かったです。家で作ったレモネードはとても良かった。部屋の冷蔵庫で無料のドリンク、ポッド付きのコーヒーマシン、さまざまなティーバッグ。ベッドはとても快適です。朝食ビュッフェは、焼きたてのスクランブルエッグとベーコンでとても美味しいです。スパ施設は9p.mまで営業しています。町の中心部にある理想的な場所。

The hotel lies just outside of the sanctuary. The hotel undergoes some renovations. The rooms are of good size, are comfortably furnished and are spotless clean. The hotel is popular with pilgrimage groups. Some free parking is available. The internet connection is reliable. The breakfast is dull and could be more elaborate, missing some variety of fresh fruits and quality cold cuts. .

Estadia digna de cavaleiros! Fomos recebidos com grande cortesia, mesmo chegando já ao cair da noite. O Hotel dos Templários honra o nome que carrega: serviço nobre, atencioso e eficiente. Pontos altos: - Quartos: Espaçosos, limpos e muito confortáveis. Cama excelente, sono de rei após um dia a explorar Tomar. - Pequeno-almoço: Farto e variado, com pão quente, frutas e doçaria típica. Alento certo para visitar o Convento de Cristo. - Localização: Perfeita para conhecer o centro histórico e sentir a alma templária da cidade. - Equipe: Simpatia e presteza do início ao fim. Fazem-nos sentir como fidalgos em seu paço. Por minha fé, que estadia abençoada foi esta! Agradeço a toda a casa por guardar tão bem a hospitalidade que fez grande a terra de Tomar. Voltaremos sem tardança, se Deus quiser. Bem hajam!

Já estive a muito tempo nesse hotel, e agora me surpreendeu pela negativas em alguns aspetos: O spa agora só tendo direito a 1 hora por dia. O elevador demora muito tempo. De resto o restaurante continua com boa comida e atendimento, e o staff do hotel continua bem dispostos e educados.
