A good location and staff at the reception was really helpful and nice . The room was ok, not very clean because of dust inside the room. Overall it was a good stay for short time.

Very nice stay. The room had an unusual configuration more in tune for couples rather than a family. The bedroom is up some stairs and there is a bathtub in front of the bed that is open to below which has a pullout bed and TV. The service was great, the pullout bed was pre-made for our son who was traveling with us and the room was cleaned, tidied with the bed made every night. We paid extra for the morning breakfast which was great and it had a lot of food options beyond the usual continental breakfast offerings. It also had a very nice terrace which we visited in the evening. We were also there during a heat wave and the room was nice and cool with the air conditioning. I would definitely stay there again.

Only a few steps from the square, the location is excellent. Parking on the compound is free - and parking in the garage was extended for free as well although I didn’t need it as I had a lot just behind the reception. Rooms are clean and breakfast was good. Would stay again if I were to go to Fatima again.

We are happy to have chosen this hotel to stay for 3 nights.  1. Fairly new and trendy design and facilities. Large size rooms that are clean and well equipped.  2. Excellent location to Fatima sanctuary.  3. Staff are courteous and helpful. Special mention to Ms Komal who welcomed and checked us in. She made a good impression and represented Mercure very well.  The hotel must keep good staff like her and trained all to that standard.  4. Very good breakfast selection and warm dishes like eggs cooked to your order.  Highly recommended!

家族と私は2月にこのホテルに宿泊しました。スタッフは皆とても親切で、朝食の品数も豊富で、夜は快適なアームチェアと長椅子のあるバーでリラックスできました。 素晴らしい環境です。 ファティマの聖地から簡単にアクセスできます。 部屋は広くて清潔です。 便利な場所にあります。私の母は85歳の高齢女性ですが、歩き回るのは楽でした。

部屋はスーペリアにアップグレードされました。チェックイン時に水が利用でき、コーヒーが提供されます。夕食は素晴らしく、すべてのスタッフからのサービスはとても良かったです。家で作ったレモネードはとても良かった。部屋の冷蔵庫で無料のドリンク、ポッド付きのコーヒーマシン、さまざまなティーバッグ。ベッドはとても快適です。朝食ビュッフェは、焼きたてのスクランブルエッグとベーコンでとても美味しいです。スパ施設は9p.mまで営業しています。町の中心部にある理想的な場所。

The hotel lies just outside of the sanctuary. The hotel undergoes some renovations. The rooms are of good size, are comfortably furnished and are spotless clean. The hotel is popular with pilgrimage groups. Some free parking is available. The internet connection is reliable. The breakfast is dull and could be more elaborate, missing some variety of fresh fruits and quality cold cuts. .

So so good! The location is ideal for visiting Fátima - its just across the street and about 5 mins drive / 10 min walk from the bus station The hotel staff were lovely and even upgraded my room which was a lovely surprise. They were also accommodating to my slightly later checkout which i really appreciated! Thank you to Jorge and the team at Estrela for a memorable stay!

Excelente ubicación y bellas instalaciones, además tienen oratorio 😍 el desayuno buffet muy variado y de buena calidad. También tienen bar/cafetería y una tienda de souvenirs, si eres cliente recibes el 10% de descuento y los precios están bien comparados con las de afuera. Habitación con balcón, muy amplia y cerquisima del Santuario pero sin que haya ruidos, está al lado de una plaza muy bonita con restaurantes y tiendas, de verdad la ubicación inmejorable. Si tuviera que quejarme de algo, me hospedé 3 noches y solo pusieron agua el primer día, cuando pedí me la cobraron algo costosa, normalmente el agua es cortesía, pero aquí no, tenerlo en cuenta. Hay nevera en la habitación. Yo me quedaría nuevamente, sobre todo por la ubicación y calidad del desayuno.
