Faced abit of hiccups when my room key can’t work after I check in. It happened twice even when they came up with a new key. Hence I went down to the lobby to ask for a change of room. They were kind enough to upgrade me to a suite for free. It was in good location as it is next to the wuhan show and across the ChuHan shopping street. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Booked the hotel for a weekend get away. We chose this hotel based on recommendations from friends and because of the pool available to use. After checking in we were upgraded free of charge to a deluxe room and were gifted a complementare tea/coffee voucher whilst we waited for our new room. Our luggage was taken up to the room whilst we enjoyed our coffee. The room was nice and clean and had a good view of the city. We decided to change and head down to the pool, only to be told a swimming cap was required if we wanted to swim, they had swim caps to buy but for the sake of a one night stay we decided not to purchase the swim caps as we wouldn't have used them again, I feel like had we known about this rule when booking we could have prepared our own to take. When we returned back to the room we decided to run a bath, whilst running the bath house keeping invited themselves into our room and then left when they realised it was occupied. We thought this was strange as we hadn't long checked in and didn't require housekeeping. Other than that it was a pleasurable stay.
