We stayed in one of the older waterfront lodges. The scenery was absolutely stunning and to be able to sit in the hot tub on the balcony was amazing and made our whole experience. The lodge however left a lot to be desired for the ‘luxury’ labelling and price tag. The interior was basic at best and was in dire need of some love and a refresh. What really spoiled our stay however were the rock hard beds and pillows. We really struggled to sleep and have never been as uncomfortable and in pain in the morning. We even tried sleeping on top of the duvet to no avail. Such a shame for such an incredibly beautiful setting. The restaurant food was very good but again the interior could really use some love and upgrade. Staff were helpful and attentive however.

実際、グレンコーキャニオンには決まった魅力はありません。ローモンド湖から山に入った後は、あらゆる視点が魅力です。途中に2つのビジターセンターがあり、景色は視点ほど良くありません。しかし、グレンコーキャニオンで最も美しいアトラクションは実際にはこのホテルにあります。ホテルは湖の半島にあり、半島は湖面、山や川、ブルーベルの広いエリア、風景に隠されたホテル、楽園の写真から10メートル以上上にあります。半島を歩き、写真を撮り、夕日を眺めるのはとても楽しいです。無料駐車場、部屋の大きさが大きすぎる、内部の設備は良く、清潔で衛生的です。温かいサービスとおいしい朝食。エレベーターのない2階建ての建物。

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Particularly in restaurant where staff made sure everything was to our liking. Food very good quality, particularly the meat. Superb breakfast. Rooms small (not unexpected in a building of this age) but clean with excellent bathroom toiletries. Unfortunately the heating was off in our room on arrival - which just happened to be a very cold day - and we found it slow to heat-up, especially the bathroom. Good response from Manager when brought to his attention. We look forward to visiting again in warmer weather to take advantage of the outside space and take in more of the spectacular scenery.

Absolutely shocking! Don’t waste your money. Our room was tiny & you couldn’t open the bathroom door fully because the chairs were in the way. I really felt like the best rooms were given to the coach party guests & not the independent (or maybe English) travellers. The lounge was the only area to take drinks but unlike what’s advertised, the cosy fires consisted of electric plug in fake wood burners & worn, smelly sofas. (See photos) The restaurant was shockingly overbooked & understocked. We couldn’t get a decent meal on either night we stayed & felt they were more interested in the amount of covers v the quality. For a ‘celebrated’ seafood restaurant, to have very little seafood on the first night & even less, almost none on the second was disgusting. The bar staff were very rude & the manager nowhere to be found even though we asked many times to speak to them (I don’t like leaving a bad review before talking face to face). This hotel felt like theme park for the overseas coach parties and not what we wanted at all. At £250 a night??? Shockingly bad. If you want an authentic highland hotel, try the Altnahrra Hotel. A fraction of the price and the other end of the scale. Absolutely ruined our holiday at this dump

レセプションでフレンドリーな歓迎を受け、部屋はきれいで、設備が整っていて快適であることがわかりました。彼らは特に大きくはありませんでしたが、シングルで必要なものはすべて揃っていました。特に(ダブル)ベッドはとても快適でした。私たちはレストランで夕食をとりました。これはとても良かったし、素晴らしい選択を提供しました。すべてのエリアのスタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。移動の問題がある人はエレベーターはありませんが、リクエストに応じて荷物で助けが利用できると思います。部屋にはウォークインシャワーが付いていた。

Really great Hotel. Cheapest around as well so don’t really get when people book cheap hotels and complain that it’s not 5* 😂. Location is amazing. The Loch is beautiful. Staff are really nice. Rooms have everything you need and are quite spacious. Food is really good although a wee bit expensive but still good sized portions.

Great view and location, within walking distance to places. The place looked old but quite clean. However, we got holes in our face towel. The shower was confusing to use. The water pressure was low and wasn't hot enough.

房間比較緊湊，連放個休息的沙發位置都沒有，但是其他方面還是不錯的，房間傢俱的款式，房間裝飾及配色均花了些心思，早餐不是自助是點餐，吧枱有24小時自助的咖啡機，房間放置了不少飲料和小吃，除了房間小點其他都很不錯。
