Our favourite hotel last 4 years! We always look very much forward to stay with you especially in Privlige. As H10 members we would like to give you some friendly feedback: It`s all about the details, small things matters! Empty flower vase in the bathroom for 3 days. Waited 45 minutes in Gaudi to have a drink to start with. I went for a starter and my husband just for main course, His food was overheated when it was served, no good timing! Three times we ordered different wines from your winelist, but was told it was sold out! Took to long time to have food in your new Italian restaurant. Several calls to reception to ask for towles and glasses during the stay, staff promised to sole our need, buth nothing happened. Some staff are not very friendly, bu we will especially highligth Gauci in reception from when we checked out. She was amazing an genuinely interested in how our stay was. For several years, we have heard the same playlist from saxophone in your and other H10 hotels, maybe vary a little during the week? Last night we spent in Brasseriet, and became very happy for a wine outside your winelist!! ”Torralvo” We love wine at this was the best during 14 days on holiday. Food in Tamadaba is recommended To be honest we have booked Privelige for next year, but will consider other places. Very sad that standard has dropped, we met the general manager last year and had hopes for better service! We wish you all the best, for your lovely place and hope our comments will be helpful.
We have had the most fantastic week on holiday at H10 Meloneras. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely gardens and the facilities are immaculate. What made our trip very special was the staff - they couldn’t have been kinder, and they went over and above to look after us for our anniversary. Special thanks to Ana and Katerine in the Gaudi restaurant, and the team at the Naturaleza - their service was incredible
