Food cold. Staffing poor. Overpriced. Badly managed. Should be knocked down and replaced with a proper bar and restaurant. Finishings are shabby and the hotel is over marketed. It is located on a prime piece of land purely because it is owned by the property development company that builds the houses. The people living on that housing estate have nowhere else to go as this is the only place to eat and drink on the estate. There is no public transport in the evenings and no taxi service. Taxis have to be ordered from Bicester and charge to come out and go back.There is a prevalence of drink drivers who live at the other end of the estate.
