Staff is friendly and great hospitality I expected Deluxue River View has a corner balcony as pictures, so I was disappointed... however, very good hospitality and breakfast was great even though they don't have much variety ! Night view was beautiful Spa was super 👌 Therapist lever is super high and love small and cozy atmosphere I should ask her name she was the best in my life Sauna was clean and helped me to get warm in chilly rain day

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights. Unfortunately, we didn't book for longer. We enjoyed every minute to the full, from the room, the facilities, the spa treatment and the pool by the beautiful little park, everything was wonderful. Also a big thank you to the staff! The hotel is located a little outside of Hue, but this is not a problem at all, as there is a shuttle bus twice a day and cabs are very inexpensive. And some sights are also very easy to reach from the hotel. We wish everyone who is planning a stay a lot of enjoyment!

部屋は素晴らしく、とても華やかです 朝食は素晴らしかった、素晴らしかった スイミングプールは良いですが、午後3時から多くの子供たちが来て、スイミングプールのようです。彼らがホテルに属しているかどうかはわかりません。スイミングプールエリアも通りや無料アクセスできます。 残念ながら、プールの下のバーは終わりがなく、非常に古く、5つ星の価値はありません。

ベトナムのこのホテルは、装飾もサービスもとても素晴らしく、とても満足しています。 3名でエキストラベッドを無料で提供していただき、朝食もとても充実しており、両替、ツアーガイド等とても良かったです。 推奨！

5月の連休中に、1泊だけ滞在。Agodaで約8kJPY。 ロケーションは中心に近い。眺望がウリなので、最上階のSky Barで1杯だけでも飲んだ方がいいかと(故宮向きのスペースは少なく、ローカルに先取りされていたが)。周りに高層ビルがないため、8階のプールからの眺めもgood。Vinpearlなので朝食も付けたが、洋食も美味しい。当日はお粥のみで、スープが無かったのは少し残念だった。 部屋は14階。眺望は勿論よい。シャワールームとバスタブが別れているのもよかった。細かい点で、カードキーを2枚くれるのと、先立ってカードキーを差し込むスペースにダミーキーを差し込んでくれていたのも親切だった。TVは大画面で、Youtube動画を楽しめる。少し働かなければならなかったが、きちんとワークデスクもあり便利。一点だけ、冷蔵庫の冷えがよくない。Vinpearl Nha Trangも同じなので、導入している冷蔵庫自体の問題？ 総じて、素晴らしいホテルだと思います。値段もさほど高くなく、フエに滞在する際には第一選択になり得るかと。

非常に新しく、清潔で、一流のサービスと優れた設備。 唯一の欠点は、街から遠く離れていることです。車を見つけるのは面倒です。 ただし、温泉にはパッケージがないことに注意してください。温泉ビルに追加料金を支払う必要があります。

素敵なホテル！完璧な滞在でした。街の美しい景色とジムのようなすべての設備が整った部屋が大好きでした！また、いくつかのスパサービスがあり、マッサージにとても満足していました。また、多くのアトラクションやおいしい料理にも近くなりました。

Ancient Hue, is superb. The mix of traditional Vietnamese architecture and French colonial-style villas is charming. You can really feel the history and culture in every corner in the buildings and walking through the lush gardens. Attention to detail at every turn. It’s peaceful, almost like stepping back in time. The villas are beautiful, and the details in the decor make it feel authentic and luxurious. It’s the perfect spot if you want to escape the busy city and just soak in some nature and history. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality from the staff. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay, service overall is 10 out of 10. If you like to explore, enjoy heritage sites or just looking for a chill place to unwind in Hue, it's perfect. We rate this as the best place we have stayed in over 20 years of travelling. The place is amazing and unique.
