ホテルの装飾と設備はとても新しいです。フロントオフィスのサービススタッフはとても良い態度で、ゲストがいつ来ても挨拶をしてくれ、家にいるような気分にさせてくれます。同時に、ホテルの教育と管理を強化し、今後ますます良くなることを願っています。エアコンについては事前に記載されていませんが、夜寝るときは少し温度が低く、少し寒く感じます。

素晴らしいホテルと非常に快適な部屋。特にホテルのゲストに様々な無料のグループクラスを提供するジムセンターを楽しんだ。テニスプログラムは、米国で最高のプログラムの1つです。

Mirrored walls at entrance, cheap furniture, indifferent staff...The hotel website says it's in a vibrant area with good restaurants nearby (at Hive)- nope- a man on the street stopped us in the early evening (7:00) because he was concered about our safety walking in this neighbourhood even five minutes to a nearby restaurant. Street crime is an issue. Restaurants are very cheap in the area principally take out and budget. The rooms are clean and updated but the principal areas are shoddy and no care seems to be paid to them. For example, there was no toilet paper or paper to dry your hands in the main floor washroom off the restaurant (this is the only washroom on main floor, it is unisex, ok with us, but this seemed odd for a large hotel). The main floor restaurant is uncomfortably open and the rooftop bar has only snacks so there was nowhere on site to have a comfortable meal. $52.00 valet parking....but parking nearby is probably iffy in this kind of neighbourhood.

The beds (mattresses and pillows) were extremely uncomfortable. The furniture was chipped and scarred in our two bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. The carpeting in the corridors was dirty and badly stained. The safety latch on our door showed signs of the door having been forced and the latch replaced, but the wood was gouged showing the previous damage had just been painted over. The suite had a balcony overlooking the water and when we tried to go out to sit and enjoy the view, we found the sliding door was bolted shut. We were supposed to stay 5 nights and checked out after the first. With the evidence of the broken lock and the permanently locked balcony doors, we did not feel safe. I had to work and I use data while away rather than use public wifi. I could not connect at that hotel. Once we changed hotels, i had no problem connecting. The hotel may be “dog friendly” but definitely not people friendly.

Armand At front desk is so friendly and cordial. Really great hospitality. Rooms are very spacious. Restaurant and bar are very good. Offers a breakfast. Parking is close and easy to access hotel. Good proximity to rail system, ferry, airport. Hotel shuttle offers to drive to any of these locations. The rest of the staff was really great as well.
