After renovation, nice hotel. Especially lobby, gym & pool. Also buffet Bfast very good

Sadly my 5-day break has come to an end. This has been a wonderful experience, even though my first time back since my husband's passing, so it was tough! The staff (on the whole) were incredible, in particular ”old time waiter” Daniel who excelled at breakfast and had a constant smile in his face. He greeted everyone in the same, kind, friendly manner and service was brilliant. The General Manager, Carlos Boga, (of whom all the staff spoke so very highly) seemed to be everywhere, organising last minute conference requests and seeing to personal guests and ”famous faces” too. The Reception staff were very helpful as were the Customer Service Representatives both on my arrival and departure. I had been very reluctant to come alone but the staff made it a very easy and relaxing experience. I will not be so apprehensive when I return: in fact, I positively look forward to it, hopefully with family in tow!

This is a very special and unique hotel situated in the heart of Valencia. Although the building and its history is fascinating, without doubt it is the quality and professionalsim of the staff that take this place to the next level. The reception team, the gentlemen serving in the bar, opening doors etc. and the breakfast staff were all of the highest order. Nothing was too difficult and all our requests were promptly seen to. The breakfast may appear expensive at about £17 per person but there was always an excellent and varied choice of cereals, cold meats, cheeses etc. together with freshly prepared hot options. We opted to eat there on all three mornings during our stay.

We love this hotel, it’s in the a great area & you can walk to most places for the sight seeing. Plenty of good Restaurents & tapas bar around. Plenty of cathedrals around the corner. Hotel is very nice and the staffs are very helpful. The only criticism is the bathroom is a bit small in compare with the size of our room. We will definitely go back to stay again if we ever visit Valencia in future.

I would put minus 5 stars if I could. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you don’t want to be left without a room with no notice. I had a booking and long story short, they had a problem with their rooms and didn’t feel like calling me ahead to tell me, so when I arrived from the airport at 9pm, I had no room, all the other hotels in the area were already fully booked, and they sent me to a cheap crappy hotel of their group at the other side of town instead. I told them I’d have dinner whilst they would look for another solution like a similar standing hotel in the area instead. They barely tried to find another solution. They didn’t offer to pay for my dinner, they didn’t offer to refund me for the difference in prices between the rooms, nor for the taxi there, and so on. Problems can happen in hotels and I understand, but usually the staff feels sorry for it and try to make it up to customers. In this case they couldn’t care less. A shameful service. Btw I wasn’t the only one. Just overheard in the hotel bar that they did this to other customers too so it’s a common practice for them.

私たちがドアを踏んだとき、素晴らしい経験が始まりました。私たちは早めのフライトをしていたので、しばらくの間部屋を待たなければなりませんでした。その間、ホテルはいくつかのCavaと他の軽食を提供しました。同じ素晴らしい治療は私たちの1週間の訪問の残りの部分を続けました。スタッフは絶対にプロであり、ホテルは私たちが訪れた中で最高のものの一つで、とても清潔で静かで、朝食は町で最高です。場所はとても良く、タクシーが必要ならロビーの男たちがそれを処理していました。とても強いお勧めです。

We had a pleasant stay in what I would categorise as a 4* hotel that needed attention if it was to retain that star rating. What I liked: 1. The staff were all very pleasant and I suspect that the issues that I raise were not their fault but rather the fault of the systems in place. 2. The bed and pillows were comfortable. 3. The hotel was conveniently situated in the old town. What needs attention: 1. Our room was a ‘deluxe’ one I assume based on size alone . But it needed some serious TLC- the grout round the bath needed attention as there were sections that were black; the wooden ledge against the wall had a hole in it in which someone had put a used coffee pod; the ledge was chipped; the bedside light didn’t work as I discovered on the last night. 2. Breakfast was extremely disappointing for a 5* hotel. The first morning (Thursday) was chaotic with not enough staff to deal with the customers - the first coffee ordered when we sat down arrived but a second one never appeared and we gave up; the coffee machine and ‘system’ of serving it was hopeless even when the restaurant wasn’t full- a second cup was very hit and miss in that it might arrive or it might arrive and be awful; while the food was nice no one seemed to keep an eye on whether things had run out which they often did. If there’s a huge choice that might not matter quite so much but as there wasn’t, it did matter. 3. Many clients will leave for very early flights as we did. I would expect in those circumstances to have the cost of the last breakfast taken off the bill or more agreeably to be provided with a delicious picnic breakfast as we were done months ago from the wonderful Hotel Casa Cacao in Gerona. Neither were offered . The hotel could do so much better !

広場を見下ろすバルコニー付きの部屋3がありました。ベッドは快適で、部屋はとてもきれいでした。朝食は共有エリアでのセルフサービスでした。エントリーは電子メールで送信されたキーコードを介して行われました マイナーなコメントは、5日間の滞在の最終日に、テーブルを予約していなかったため、朝食エリアで朝食をとることができないと言われました。予約を依頼されたことは一度もありませんが、大家族のグループをなだめるためだと思います。いずれにせよ、すべてのゲストが朝食の手配を理解していることを確認してください。つまり、私はここに滞在することをお勧めします

きれいなホテル。スタッフはとても親切でした - 私たちはアイロンとアイロンボードを要求し、彼らは10分以内に私たちに届けられました。ホテルはとても静かでした(私たちは後ろにいました)。素敵な屋上プールと毎日行った屋上バー/レストラン。私たちはそこで食べませんでしたが。旅行で訪れたほとんどの場所は徒歩20分以内で、ホテルはバス停から降りるホップの2つの間にあります。帰りは飛行機が遅くて、ホテルの荷物もお世話になりました。屋上プールも利用させていただきました。
