なんと言っても駅の近くが最大の魅力です 施設自体は少々古いですがとても清潔に掃除が行き届いており、周りが飲食店がたくさんあるので食べる事には心配いりません アメニティはフロント前にあり自分で部屋に持っていくタイプです ホテルのシャワーと言えば水とお湯の温度調節がなかなか上手くいかないのですが、ここのシャワーはとても使いやすくまた水圧も充分でした チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえるのもポイント高いです

I specifically chose Hotel Excellent for the location and room rate, which seemed like very good value for this area of Tokyo. Ebisu is a nice quieter area yet very close to the busy areas of Shibuya and Harajuku. Tokyo is an expensive city, but you can stay on a budget if you do your research. This is a superb basic business hotel with all the facilities required for a safe and very comfortable stay in a nice part of Tokyo. I had to call to book, booking doesn't seem to be available online, but all was perfect when I arrived. I booked a single room in a quiet location not near lifts which I requested, it was perfect. Hotel rooms in Japan tend to be small anyway, but it's fine for solo occupancy and I still had a refrigerator in the room, good size bathtub and all the necessary amenities. They even provide hair conditioner and it's good quality, other overnight items like toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving kits, hairbrush and cotton pads are available in the lobby at no extra charge. My bed was very comfortable and housekeeping staff did a brilliant job as everything was kept very clean. I decided not to include breakfast with my stay as there are plenty of options at cafes within the Ebisu station arcade which is just across the street. It's a very convenient area and the hotel was quiet and staff were very friendly. I'm definitely staying in this hotel again when back in Tokyo.

Point positif : bien placé et pas trop cher Point négatif : hôtel très vieillot , besoin d’une bonne rénovation . Service quasi inexistant , ne comptez pas sur eux pour vous aider à porter vos bagages même si vous êtes seule et très chargé . Et ils ont refusé de me commander un taxi pour un rdv de travail en me disant que je n’avais qu’à en attraper un dans la rue !!!je n’avais encore jamais vu ça dans un hôtel .
