The spa experience was super beautiful and relaxing. The staff really accommodating. . We found the food to be VERY good. The location is beautiful and the quality of the spa facilities are exceptional. We stayed over night, the rooms are modern , clean and comfortable. There were a few staff /manegenent start up issues- which will no doubt settle when everyone gets into the groove. Feel fortunate to have a great facility so close to Calgary, will be going again.

We were really looking forward to a relaxing stay at Everwild, but unfortunately it didn’t go as planned. We specifically booked this hotel for the Nordic spa and the on-site dining experience. When we arrived, we found out a private event was taking place that limited our access to the spa and shortened our time there. We were also surprised to discover the restaurant was fully closed for the evening with no advance notice. We ended up having to leave the property to find somewhere to eat, which completely changed the atmosphere of the stay we intended to have. For the price and the reputation of this hotel, we expected much better communication and consideration for regular guests. It felt like the private event took priority while the rest of us became an afterthought.

Definitely one of the best hotels that I've stayed in lately. Super clean and upscale with an affordable price ! The hotel is far enough from the city centre to be in a quiet area, but not too far to reach in 5 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The prices depend on the time you travel in; we traveled in October, where the prices were around 185 CAD ( usually it can get up to 300s). We got a member price on Experida for 145 CAD. But I think you can usually call the hotel and ask them to match the price and book directly through them if you prefer.

This hotel is overrated. If you don’t have a car and are visiting as a tourist as we did it is very difficult to get around. I have a knee injury so walking to town would probably take 25 minutes over the highway and that was out of the question. The front desk woman who checked us in, did not give us any information and it felt like we are squeezing a lemon getting any info about our stay, our hotel or about getting around town from her. She was ignorant and rude and totally spoiled our stay because of our first impressions of the property through her. In fact we tried to cut our visit short and check out the next morning, but they said it was non-refundable so we stayed not to lose money, but transferred back to Banff afterwards. In terms of transportation we took a taxi into town each day two ways. There is a local bus about 700 m away however there is a two hour break in the day and it finishes running early so it did not match our schedule. Also it is located kind off on a small road next to the forest and there are bear in are warning signs all over next to it so we felt uncomfortable. The hotel itself is quite new in fact some of the facilities are not available yet such as the new spa. The room is new and a decent size. The bathtub though is so high and anyone with leg injury would find it difficult to get in and out. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The body wash was not refilled for a few days and we had to use shampoo to wash ourselves. The heater was going in and out so it was a bit difficult to find the right temperature. I did like the modern feel of the hotel and room which had a desk, a chair, two beds, and a little bench. We also asked for a second chair and they brought it. We like the water refilling machine in the lobby. There is no swimming pool and no coin laundry but there is a tiny hotpool outside the lobby. The comforter on the bed was soft and nice but the pillows were very to soft to sleep on well. When we arrived the bedding looked very wrinkled and this is abnormal for a check in. The beds also smelled strange. I am not sure if the bedding was fully changed prior to our check in. Had we not have had such a unpleasant check in and had the female staff members (more than one) not been so ignorant and confrontational (especially the woman who checked us in either of Indian or Latino descent) we would had a better stay. Also what we thought was very surprising fact is that this hotel does not have a manager as we were told by staff so when an issue arises nobody seems to care about your wellness. The staff is very unprofessional with the exception of one male at front desk who was the only person throughout four days who greeted us and was standing up by the front desk. I travel a lot and have stayed at over 300 hotels, and because of the staff here, and an inconvenient location for someone without a car and with a leg injury, I cannot recommend this hotel this to anyone. For the price they charge, you can f

My wife and I stayed at the MTN House for our 15 year Anniversary. We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Based in Canmore Alberta and only being 20 minutes away from Banff village it's a great location to be. Also, the hotel itself is modern yet cozy, comfortable beds, clean and modern rooms. Beautiful views on the Rocky Mountains from your room. The on site restaurant called the Rhythm and Howl is great. Staff are friendly and very accommodating to your needs. We missed the launch of the new Nordic Spa which was building built on premise (coming November 2025) but we were able to experience their Sauna ritual which was conducted in a pop up sauna. Very relaxing experience, I can only image how amazing it will be once the Spa is open. Overall, this hotel does everything right and a great price. Highly recommended!
