匿匿名ユーザーWe upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

ゲゲストWhile this hotel doesn't have the glitter and glitz of some others,it does have ambiance of what old Mexico was like. Donna Susana is quiet and serene, has an excellent sunning terrace with pool on the roof. The rooms are well maintained by a superb staff. My maid,Sonia, was quite charming and gracious. There are 2 sister hotels with access to the beach so you have all their amenaties. The location is great, walking distance to everthing .

朝食ビュッフェが含まれている部屋にTrip.comを介して支払いました。チェックインスタッフは、支払いが完了していないと述べ、部屋とビュッフェの料金を別途支払わなければなりませんでした。2時間の混乱と1歳の子供との待ち合わせの後、ようやく解決しました。スタッフは彼らの過ちについて申し訳ない、または謝罪しませんでした。

KKatieNice hotel. The food was generally good quality with various choices. The rooms were small and had to pay high premium for a more quiet part or you got the noisy ones by the lift or street view.
Reception stuff are really unwelcoming, unhelpful except David. Generally rate the service low all around except the restaurant staff.
Would not go back, much nicer choices in Nurvo Vallarta.

ゲゲストYou can’t beat the location which is why we have returned several times. The rooms are simple with no frills. This time we were given a room that smelled badly or mold. It made it hard to sleep and in the morning I could see a lot of mold coming through the paint in the ceiling and a lot on the walls in the bathroom. I told the front desk and they got us a much better room a few hrs lately. The staff is great, and the pool is nice and family friendly. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also great.

匿匿名ユーザーThe resort itself was beautiful. And we had an amazing view of the sunset. I do wish there was more variety in the foods and the restaurant options. Surprisingly I thought the Mexican restaurant was not that great, but I liked the Italian place and seafood restaurant. The staff was very friendly. For some reason the heat in the Veranda restaurant was always stifling and made dining uncomfortable. The complex needs more elevators and you end up waiting around a lot. Also, I wish there was more entertainment. Dancing was so fun it should be every night. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

ゲゲストLa app fue facil de utilizar. Sin embargo llegando al hotel, me dieron una habitación que no correspondía a lo que yo habia reservado, siendo esta mucho mas sencilla. Fui a solicitar una aclaración y el hotel dijo que no tenia informacion por parte de trip.com respecto al tipo de habitación que a mi me se me habia confirmado e incluso mencionaron que el codigo de confirmación era incorrecto. No recomiendo trip.com porque no son claros entre lo que tu reservas y lo que se te entrega

AAllyjan96Upon arrival the staff right away was so exceptionally nice, SUPER easy check in, Francisco was so kind and help with information. The chairs on the beach are meant for the hotel guest, the food is AWESOME, the nachos were so delicious, the margaritas were delicious. So so happy we chose this hotel. The views were incredible. Definitely recommend staying at Blue chairs!
