We stayed in Executive Suite and the room was awesome. An open concept bathroom was also cool. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of choices. For lounge, not much food but in good quality. There was selection of alcohol but we don’t drink so we skipped it.

This is a modern functional hotel (which we booked via BA holidays) apparently popular for conferences, so you get the picture. Four of us went for a city break. The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of Gendarmenmarkt. Spittelmart U-bahn is 2 minutes away. Easy and welcoming check-in. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower although the wash basin had the depth of a birdbath. What was surprising was the amount of wasted space in the bedroom with a great void between the bed and the door which could have been used for some proper drawers and shelves. As it was, there was only 1 drawer and 3 shelves, one of which was useful only if you were 2 metres tall (see photo). The wardrobe, if you could call it that, was an open hanging space, but it was situated at right angles to a padded seat (see photo) making accessibility difficult and there was only one chair in the room. Tea-making facilities were available but instant coffee only and powdered milk. We used to take a small jug of milk from breakfast and keep it in the fridge. There was a very good and comprehensive breakfast with just about everything one could want. As a morning tea drinker I cannot comment on the coffee which came from a machine, but there was an excellent selection of leaf teas. The hot food was OK, but nothing cooked to order so that eggs were either warm scrambled or hard boiled. Staff were very helpful and dishes promptly refilled. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as the menu looked pretty basic but there are restaurants within walking distance. All in all, nothing special but I would still recommend it for a short stay.

It is a great location and the price was perfect. It was a solo trip to the Berlinale but if you are thinking about bringing your family I highly recommend it. It was super clean, check in was a breeze and no complaints. It is next to the Ubahn, but you don`t notice. Also if you are a runner there is a path outside the door.

Lovely little hotel in a great location, don’t be put off that it is in a residential area it 5 mins walk to a really busy area with lots of restaurants to choose from, we also found some cute little bars up the streets too! We arrived early as we were going to a football match we left our bags to check in later in the evening. When we arrived back to the hotel all of our bags where taken to the room! I requested a high floor, glad I did view was amazing! Rooms were clean and modern, staff were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble! I would definitely stay here again.

11月の出張中にクエンティンXLに一泊しました。ホテルは外から見てもよく、内装はモダンで豪華です。ただし...チェックイン中に126号室へのキーカードをもらいました。私はビジネスの同僚と夕食を準備するために30分かかりました。階上に行った...カードは機能しなかったので、私は再び降りました。レセプションの男性は謝罪せずに新しいカードをくれました。私は再び....同じ物語を上げました。もう一度、謝罪はなし、再び上がって、今、スタッフ...が働かなかった。再び下がる!この時点で、彼が4回目の階段を上る予定だったとき、私は忍耐を失い、新しい部屋を要求しました。新しい部屋をもらいましたが、このマイナスチェックイン体験の後、満足できませんでした。夕食に遅れたとは言うまでもありません。

Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay here at Grimm's, all the staff were professional and polite. Our room was cute and functional, loved the balcony for fresh air. The balcony came into its own as the aircon was weak/non-existent however according to reception it was working as it should, a new eco friendly system. Not pleasant waking up in a stuffy warm room and needing to open the balcony doors to let cool air (and noise and mozzies) in. The young women who served us at our dinners were very friendly and helpful, their English was wonderful where our German was woeful. The food was fine, only comment I would make was a steak was asked to be medium rare, it came out practically blue, I couldn't finish it. Not a problem, I ate everything else on the plate and had dessert, I wasn't deprived. The location is close to parks and public transport, only a short drive to Berlin Main Station, walkable distance to the city and sites. Would we stay again? Probably not as we really didn't enjoy their air con system. We don't expect icy rooms as other nationalities do, however don't enjoy being unable to sleep because of warm rooms.

良い場所、小さな部屋ですが、基本的な設備と清潔です。旅行に便利で、周りにはたくさんのアトラクションがあり、空港は約26ユーロです。予約した部屋には朝食は含まれていませんでしたが、1階にビュッフェがあり、1人あたり12ユーロでした。ベルリンで地元の朝食を体験するために、私たちは外に出てパン屋で朝食をとることにしました。ホテルはタクシーの予約を手伝っており、サービスの料金を支払う必要があります。ホテルの入り口にある実際のタクシーを呼ぶのは難しくありません。ホテルを出るときは黒いタクシーです。バイパスされているような気がします。

The apartment was amazing! It was so spacious, very clean, and the shower is amazing! Also the location was spot on! Near the supermarket (HIT), shopping centre, Brandenburger Tor, lots of train station nearby, which didn’t need a car. Only improvement I would say is the pillow, it in a weird shape and shallow. However it was ann amazing apartment!! Thank you for a lovely stay!

I have just spent 3 nights here in a twin room with a friend...A lovely quiet comfortable room over looking park. Very clean and well stocked with toiletries, loo roll , tissues and disposal bags. The staff were amongst the most pleasant I have come across in a long time, very helpful with local information etc. A very reasonably priced bar and fridge in the foyer for sandwiches, beer and wine. We had a very good deal at 110 Euros pp for 3 nights. Great location with nearby SBahn Anhalterbahnhof, with great connections to all the sights, though many are within walking distance. For example, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg gate, Holocaust Memorial, and part of the wall. A great stay!!!
