ゲゲストBoston Marriott Burlington was a pleasant stay as the room was very clean and the buffet breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. Front desk staff were especially kind and provided all the information that we needed during our stay. We felt very welcomed by the front desk staff. The hotel was a little far from the central area and guests would need a car or take an uber to get food (other than the restaurant in the hotel). There were plenty of parking spots available for the guests. We would stay here again if we had an occasion to visit Boston.
PP-SPlanned early on and booked our exact room type, a two queen studio suite. Price paid room confirmed. Upon check in, front desk says nothing about room change or availability. Entered the room, figured it was a one queen room. Called the front desk, told us our room type was over sold and this was the only room we can get. No apologies, no upgrade, no compensation, no shame. Only solution is “you can talk to the manager tomorrow morning”.
Had to have phone and in-app conversation with our travel agent for 2 hours to finally reach some compromise. And had to stick with the wrong room type.
Facilities are ok. But hotel service is terrible.
