私たちの滞在を楽しんだ。食べ物は良いです。部屋はきれいですが、シャワーエリアには目に見える汚れがあります。特に夜や雨の日は、特に泳ぐのが難しいため、加熱されていないため、プールだけが失望しました。

場所はまだ同じで、家族に最適です..スタッフは私の息子に少し驚きました。風船で歓迎の誕生日の挨拶。朝食はおいしくて、義母に愛されていました(マニラの有名なホテルよりも優れています)。シンプルですが美味しいです。.たき火マシュマロのアクティビティで以前と同じです。最近の滞在の唯一の欠点は、アヒルとイグアナの近くの農場側エリアでした。この訪問のために場所はあまりきれいではありませんでした(アヒルと鶏が自由にうなり声を上げていたことを知っていたので、完全にきれいではありません..または息子が匂いを嗅ぐことができなかったので、少なくとも通路をスプレーするかもしれません)私たちの最後の訪問と比較して、息子は餌をあげることができたそのエリアの周りのアヒルと鶏..そのエリアへの2日間連続の訪問はまだ同じ匂いです..それ以外はすべてのスタッフは素晴らしく、部屋の設備は清潔で素敵でした!

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.

場所は本当に素晴らしくてきれいです。部屋はいいにおいがします。ネリー(世話人)はとても親切です。オーナーと世話人は迅速に返信し、ずっと私たちを助けてくれました。彼らは24のコンビニがどこにあるか、そして最も近いモールがいつ閉まるかについての情報を提供しました。すぐにまたここに滞在します。私たちはそれをとても愛しています❤️🥰
