「Perfect location, reaching the key places withing 5 mins. Near the railway stations so if you travel from Birmingham by railway, it is a perfect place. Clean, quiet and safe.」

「The location was perfect within walking distance from New Street Station, Sea life centre, Lego Discovery centre, Art gallery and museum. The check-in staff was super nice and friendly, we arrived earlier but they were happy for us to check in as our room was ready. The room was clean.」

「ホテルは値段の割にとても清潔で素晴らしかったです。唯一の欠点は、食事の時はベッドで食べなければならなかったので、椅子とテーブルがもう少しあれば良かったということです。(いつも最悪というわけではありませんが) ただし、それが唯一の欠点で、それ以外はすべて素晴らしかったです。チェックインとチェックアウトも迅速かつ簡単でした。」

「Having a twin room for my teenage daughter and myself should have a slightly more private shower area, it was quite awkward! A double room would be understandable for such visibility but not twin! The ‘breakfast’ that was included that is usually £8.50 per head was appalling and I was not the only customer surprised! The Orange juice was sweetened squash, no cooked food (breakfast is not described anywhere online or in any booking information so unfortunately it’s assumed that cooked food would be available, I rang in advance to ask what time breakfast started, and mentioned my daughter liked a hot brekkie when we visit Birmingham for hospital appointments, but was not told even at that point that no cooked food would be available), cardboard bread that was being liberally manhandled (no tongs) cereal smelled old, bowls of yogurt were dried at sides, fruit bowls also drying out on top and the only thing I could stomach was a cup of tea that tasted like the coffee/hot water machine had never been cleaned. I left with an empty stomach, and my daughter ate a croissant. Not worth paying for so it was luckily included, although not so lucky for the paying customers.」

「Noisy guests in rooms nearby and up and down the corridors, inflexible check out at 11am, breakfast average like a school canteen. Put more coffee machines on.」

「初めてこのB&Bを訪れましたが、本当に感動しました。素晴らしいホテルで、素晴らしいバーや、ビリヤード台やシャッフルボードなどの設備も充実しています。素敵な現代的なデザインで、温かみがあり快適でした。料金の割に部屋も素晴らしく、スタッフも最高でした🥰また来ます！」

「The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean but had dust in certain parts of the lighting and table. The bathroom didn’t smell to good when we got there. There wasn’t much soap to wash your hands. Unfortunately at night time the people next door were loud and at times the door was shutting it would wake you up. The tv remote wasn’t working properly.」

「An amazing stay as always the staff here always go above and beyond for you needed slightly larger room due to my partner on crutches and they even put us in a room we was in before! Such clean facilities me and my partner felt really comfortable safe and happy here will stay again! Comfy pillows, bed, lovely bathroom shower and bath, toiletries on wall are very nice smelling, we will be back on Thursday to stay! :)」
