「バーミンガム市内中心部のあらゆる場所（徒歩圏内）に便利な、新しくて素敵な小さなホリデーインです。 スタッフはフレンドリーで親切ですが、多忙なようで、本来のサービスの質が少し落ちています。 チェックイン時にはフロントに2人しかいませんでしたが、そのうち1人は受付横のバーカウンターでサービスするために、時折フロントを離れていました。 朝食は予想通りで、基本的なフルイングリッシュブレックファースト、フルーツ、パスティ、ジュースでした。 ベッドは快適で、部屋は清潔で、シャワーも良かったです。 週末にシティホテルに泊まるのにぴったりの場所なので、また泊まりたいです。 17階（最上階）からの眺めは最高です。」

「Amazing stay at the Leonardo. Close to everything we needed and team stop right outside to get you into the bullring. Staff were friendly and helpful, even checked in early as our room was ready ahead of time. Breakfast lovely with lots to choose from. Would definitely go back」

「ホテルは値段の割にとても清潔で素晴らしかったです。唯一の欠点は、食事の時はベッドで食べなければならなかったので、椅子とテーブルがもう少しあれば良かったということです。(いつも最悪というわけではありませんが) ただし、それが唯一の欠点で、それ以外はすべて素晴らしかったです。チェックインとチェックアウトも迅速かつ簡単でした。」

「Having a twin room for my teenage daughter and myself should have a slightly more private shower area, it was quite awkward! A double room would be understandable for such visibility but not twin! The ‘breakfast’ that was included that is usually £8.50 per head was appalling and I was not the only customer surprised! The Orange juice was sweetened squash, no cooked food (breakfast is not described anywhere online or in any booking information so unfortunately it’s assumed that cooked food would be available, I rang in advance to ask what time breakfast started, and mentioned my daughter liked a hot brekkie when we visit Birmingham for hospital appointments, but was not told even at that point that no cooked food would be available), cardboard bread that was being liberally manhandled (no tongs) cereal smelled old, bowls of yogurt were dried at sides, fruit bowls also drying out on top and the only thing I could stomach was a cup of tea that tasted like the coffee/hot water machine had never been cleaned. I left with an empty stomach, and my daughter ate a croissant. Not worth paying for so it was luckily included, although not so lucky for the paying customers.」

「正直に言うと、ホテルの料金は価値がありませんでした。私とパートナーの部屋代として 185 ポンドを支払いましたが、部屋は驚くほど予算以下でした。部屋は広かったのですが、それだけです。ベッドは基本的にダブルベッドでした。部屋は悪臭が漂い、私たちが入る前に誰かがトイレを使ったかのような匂いがしました。部屋の外にいる人全員の声や、ホテルの外を歩き回ったり話したりする声が聞こえました。広い部屋に 80 ポンド以上払うことは絶対にお勧めしません。」

「Great location for a concert at the Utility Arena. Nice decor in the rooms and staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet with wide selection of food options.」

「Good hotel but Old! Also toilet in separate room to bath and sink! Very unhygienic! Also showers cant seem to maintain their temperatures alternating between boiling hot and freezing.」

「初めてこのB&Bを訪れましたが、本当に感動しました。素晴らしいホテルで、素晴らしいバーや、ビリヤード台やシャッフルボードなどの設備も充実しています。素敵な現代的なデザインで、温かみがあり快適でした。料金の割に部屋も素晴らしく、スタッフも最高でした🥰また来ます！」

「The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean but had dust in certain parts of the lighting and table. The bathroom didn’t smell to good when we got there. There wasn’t much soap to wash your hands. Unfortunately at night time the people next door were loud and at times the door was shutting it would wake you up. The tv remote wasn’t working properly.」

「An amazing stay as always the staff here always go above and beyond for you needed slightly larger room due to my partner on crutches and they even put us in a room we was in before! Such clean facilities me and my partner felt really comfortable safe and happy here will stay again! Comfy pillows, bed, lovely bathroom shower and bath, toiletries on wall are very nice smelling, we will be back on Thursday to stay! :)」
