「The hotel was excellent in some ways, but really lacking in others. The highlights of the hotel are the exceptional breakfast, the best I’ve had in SE Asia, and its delicious desserts and pastries in the lobby. As well as the very good service, with two things coming to mind, one being a free room upgrade, and two allowing me to go to breakfast 30 minutes early (6:30am vs 7:00am). The hotel is very aesthetic and unique in style too, and the tech is certainly interesting and used intelligently. However, they also make some bizarre decisions given they’re a 5* hotel. Firstly, why there is no soap in the bathroom I’ll never know, I shouldn’t have to go in the shower each time to get body wash to wash my hands each time. The shower would progressively get colder with a couple of minutes and be quite cold by 5 minutes in. The bed is far from luxury feeling, with it quite hard, though reasonably comfortable and the duvet cover had some marks on it. Finally, the tech means there are a lot of unnecessary lights around the room, which makes the room a lot less dark. Overall, I would have expected the hard product to be better within a hotel of this class but the soft product was definitely 5*.」

「Checking in was a nightmare to us. We arrived hotel for checking in around 4pm and we found there was long queue for registration. No choice we have to join the queue. After 15mins queuing, we heard the hotel staff shout to everyone in the queue: ”All your room won't be ready soon! It might take more than two hours. We just want to ask for your patient!” No apologies, no explanation. Since the room couldn't be ready that time, we decided to come back later for checking in. We came back to the hotel for checking in around 7pm. Unfortunately still long queue. It took another 3 hours wait for successful checking in our room. Realized only one staff working at the counter and this was definitely hotel management arrangement issue. Think twice for choosing this hotel for your stay especially during peak season.」

「立地は最高でした。タンブンのすぐ隣です。数歩で着きます。 とても簡単に行けますし、鍵の受け取り方法も分かりやすいです。 徒歩圏内にお店やコンビニはありませんが、近くにスーパーマーケットがあるので、Grabを呼ぶだけで行けます。 アメニティは歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、食器、調理器具、そしてケトルが1つしかありませんでした。電子レンジはなく、室内で調理することはできません。そのため、食料を常備しておくことをお忘れなく。インスタントラーメンさえ調理できません。夜中にお腹が空いた場合は、食べ物を用意してください。先ほども言ったように、この場所にはお店など何もなく、無料の水もありません。ここで借りる場合は、水と食料を必ず持参してください。できることといえば、お湯を沸かすことくらいです。それ以外はすべて良さそうですが、入居者は部屋の清潔さにもっと気を配る必要があります。ベッドはまあまあでした。枕とベッドは快適でした。エアコンはすべて正常に作動しており、リビングルームは快適でしたが、トイレの清潔さにはもっと気を配る必要があります。清掃員が洗面所をあまり掃除していなかったと思います。ここには水跡があり、長い間掃除されていなかったようです。水跡はとても目立ちます。とても気持ち悪く、テーブルがとても汚れていて、他に服がなく、小石を拭くための服が1枚しかありませんでした。いいえ、それは使用しませんでした。それは気持ち悪かったです。それ以外は。私はその場所に満足していましたが、借主がせめてインスタントラーメンでも調理するものを用意してくれたらありがたいと思います。なぜなら、そこにはお店がないからです。また来たいと思ったら、やはりそこに滞在します。タンブンに一番近い、滞在するには最高の場所です。」

「Totally having a good time . Very clean and neat. Complete utilities , suitable for family stay. Smooth Check in. Easy access to parking and lobby. Many spaces to Take great picture for Memories. Definitely will repeat this unit to stay next time.」

「The Condominium is a bit hidden as it's located behind Impiana Hotel Ipoh. The road to enter the Condominium is not really visible while driving. The Condominium is newly built, so unit is considered new. The parking is temporarily free until further notice. So far, quite a good stay. The only thing to comment is that, there are quite a lot of Phereoeca uterella at the ceiling inside the unit and also at the corridor. Perhaps, a more thoroughly housekeeping is need. Facilities are okay but I noticed the people who stayed in other units didn't follow the rules when using swimming pool. Not wearing proper swim attire, no shower before entering the pool, causing the water in the pool to become dirty and oily. It's truly disgusting. Hope the management and security guard can be more strict on this issue.」

「I ordered a unit with 3 room with the topic of muji,the second me and my family open the door,a strong scent of furniture rush into my lungs,i instantly contact the owner team,wanted to have a appropriate solutions,but they dinnt reply much,keep on asking us to wait for them to check stuff,meanwhile,i contacted agent of trip.com,telling her about the situations,the agent reach out to the owner team too,but dinnt even get a reply from them,as the unit i booked was a no-refund unit,trip.com couldnt do anything about it,just as i thought im going to die from lung cancer,luckily,the owner team finally replied with solution about changing another unit for us,which we found was acceptable compared to the previous one,the facilities of the unit was pretty good overall,its just that the unit of topic Muji was unbelievable,aircon was nice,everything was nice when the toxic odour was gone」

「Nice apartment with view of the mountains in a few directions. House is clean and spacious. Has filtered water system, microwave, fridge, stove and cutleries. Fully equipped with air con. Owner friendly. Waive off deposit because I couldn’t send deposit via bank transfer. There’s a food court nearby. Open at meal hours and closed in between. Open late into the night. There are many eateries eg tau ge chicken, tuck kee etc within walking distance.」

「Good service, clean place. We need place deposit RM200 and will only be refunded after 3 days upon checkout. I think the deposit is too high as we have already made payment for the booking. Usually the deposit is refunded upon checkout not after 3 days which is slightly too long」

「Unfortunately, our stay was not as satisfactory as we had hoped. The parking instructions were unclear. We were told to park at a designated lot, but upon arrival, the designated level was not yet open due to ongoing piping works. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. In addition, the entire building appears to still be under renovation. The flooring in common areas was covered with protective sheets and the environment was extremely dusty. As we were travelling with a young baby, this was particularly concerning for us. We do not feel that the property is fully ready for guests, especially families with infants. Inside the unit, there were also quite a number of black ants, which was frustrating and affected our comfort during the stay. Overall, we feel the apartment may not yet be ready to be rented out in its current condition.」
