We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Beausite. We felt welcomed from the moment we checked in. The reception staff member checked us in and took us up to our room! Everyone was so friendly. We had a chat with the owner, who went out of her way to say hello and ask us about our day. I couldn’t rate them highly enough. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view of the mountain peaks were something I will never forget and they were right there outside our window!

Beware On booking this hotel I was looking for something pretty within the Interlaken area for myself and my daughter. I am a seasoned traveller with a lot of experience and have stayed in many hotels ranging from 3* to 5*. As long as the property is clean, functional and provides all the things noted or that I’ve paid for, I’m happy. I have got to say that this is the worst hotel I have ever been to and the customer service is absolutely shocking. First of all, when I arrived I had to take a second look at the picture of the hotel I had because it looked nothing like the one advertised. Pictured is a pretty building with what looks like a little cafe outside with pretty umbrellas. The hotel is down a little side street and underneath there is no cafe but two Indian restaurants. The signage says Tandoori restaurant and these signs are mysteriously missing from the pictures. Now, being from the UK I particularly enjoy Indian food but I do not want to sleep above two noisy restaurants and when I went into the hotel the smell of Indian food permeated all the way through the building and into our bedroom which was quite nauseating. Through the hotel, it was evident that cleaning is not a priority. In fact, I wonder if the carpet has ever been hoovered at all. There were bits of debris everywhere. Shopping trolleys littered hallways along with empty alcohol bottles that had not been removed or cleaned away. Inside the room it looked nothing like the pictures online and the floor was dirty, there was a stain on the bedding sheets and sticky residue on the doors. In the bathroom dirty toilet roll had been shoved through the lock hole and the bottom of the shower curtain was black, mouldy and thoroughly disgusting. How the owners can get away with advertising this on a well-known and trusted site is beyond me and how it has got 3 stars is baffling. I immediately contacted booking.com and sent the pictures. They spoke to a lady on the desk who I went to see and requested a refund. The receptionist said she would have to speak to the manager. I came back half an hour later to find that the manager refused to give me a refund and there was nothing they could do. Basically, they don’t care. I went through the reviews and found I’m not on my own. I spent the rest of the night trying to find another hotel as I was not prepared to stay in that state. I found another 3* hotel which was wonderful, less money and ten times better than Hotel Toscana. I hope that nobody has to go through what I did and lose all their money on this dreadful hotel. The owners do not care at all and are basically ripping people off. I lost £1500 for 6 days. I am taking this further as I do not think it is morally right to have this place advertised with false pictures and classed as a 3-star hotel given how dirty and badly run it is and for the prices, they are charging.

The cleanest hostel you can imagine. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom are tidy and clean. Not the best pillow you want but I brought it myself so it didn't affect me. The room is really warm that I didn't have to cover myself even it is -3 outside. It is in good shape that you won't have to walk shoulder to shoulder. Everyone have their own locker that can easily fit my 30L backpack. However, there are only one EU socket in the room. It provides one USB A socket and a wireless charging rack for each bed but I don't think it is enough for people having laptop. Some of the wireless charger are also shaky so not the best place for you to put your phone on. The location is really good too, only 3 to 5 minutes to Interlaken West station and 15 to 20 minutes walk to Interlaken Ost (East). Breakfast is average, not the best for budget travellers. COOP half-price food cost much less if you are not that picky.

Is a 10 minutes drive from the train station. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of the shopping belt. It is also a five minutes walk to the COOP supermarket where the mineral water and all essential groceries can be found. The staff there are helpful and with the city pass (FREE) you can take bus ride around the whole city to explore freely. End

ロケーションが最高だったので素敵なホテルでした！インターラーケン西駅に近く、とても見つけやすいです。インターラーケンオスト駅からバスに乗れば、ホテルまではわずか5分で到着します。 同時にスーパーマーケットの生協、ミグロリーノ、観光案内所も1～2分で到着します。近くにはレストランや土産物店がたくさんあります。 スタッフさんも気さくで話しやすいですよ😃 部屋は清潔で、荷物を2つ同時に開けるのに十分な広さです。電気ケトルが備え付けられていました。 些細な点は、窓の外の景色が見えないことです。そしてもう一つは、歯磨き粉や歯ブラシは提供されないことです。予算が限られている方や荷物が多い方におすすめです。

とても良いホテル。まず第一に、場所はとても良いです、インターラケンオスト駅と桟橋から徒歩5分、あなたはユンビンと湖を遊ぶのに非常に便利です。それは夜遅くに到着し、朝起きて窓の外の景色が美しく、霧の雪山の森の景色はとても素晴らしいです。室内は古いが汚れていない、地元の特色のある飲み物8本または9本のボトルがあるミニバーもあります。キルトやバスアメニティを交換しない場合は、ミニバーのすべてのものを無料で飲むことができます。ホテルのレストランも素晴らしいです。朝食ビュッフェに加えて、コーヒーや他の料理を注文できます。夕食も悪くありません。海鮮スープはとても素晴らしいです。牛の肉質はとても良いです。また、私たちに味わうために異なる味のチーズを送りました。 一般的に、このホテルのサービスはそのような価格に値する。非常に快適な4日間。

The most impressive thing was the super helpful and friendly stuff! The hotel is quite close to the train station, on the Main Street, our room was large and comfortable although it had a bath which was not so easy to go in and out. We had great tips from the reception stuff about places to eat and visit. Nice breakfast

Das Gartenzimmer war eigentlich gut. Die Begrüssung des Inhabers besserwisserisch und eher kein warmes Willkommen. Die Frühstückszeiten sind zwischen 7.30 und 9.30, was absolut ein zu kleines Zeitfenster ist. Wir wollten früher los und baten am Abend vorher um ein Frühstückspaket. Die Antwort war: Das zahlt mir niemand, jemanden früher aufzubieten... Kleiner Tipp am Rande von Gästen, die das Frühstück bezahlt haben: Man kann sehr wohl eine Alternative bieten. Ein Angebot in Form von Zwieback und dem von ihm ohnehin abgepackten Käse, dann vielleicht einen Orangensaft und das Problem wäre gelöst. Auch könnte man vielleicht einen kleinen Zustupf (z.B. Fr. 10 für einen externen Kaffee) anbieten. Das alles könnte man, wenn man ein klein wenig gastfreundlich sein möchte. Einmal und sicher kein zweites Mal in diesem Hotel.
