今回の長沙での宿泊体験は、本当に期待以上で素晴らしかったです！部屋は広々としていて、一点の曇りもないくらい清潔で、とても快適に過ごせました。 特に褒めたいのは、バトラーサービスです。本当にきめ細やかで感動しました！どんなに遅い時間でもメッセージを送るとすぐに返信があり、質問には何でも答えてくれて、対応が非常に迅速でした。チェックイン時には温かいお茶のサービスもあり、心が温まるような心遣いに細部まで満点です。ホテルのランドリーサービスも便利で、とても助かりました。 朝食も夜食も部屋まで届けてもらえ、味もとても美味しかったので、外に食事を探しに行く心配もありませんでした。交通の便も良く、駅への送迎サービスまであり、本当に至れり尽くせりです。とにかく今回の滞在は最高でした。次回長沙に来る際も、必ずここに泊まります。皆さんにも強くお勧めします！

設備：エアコンの音は多少しますが、比較的安定しています。私にとってはホワイトノイズなので許容範囲です。睡眠のために絶対的な静寂が必要な方は、慎重に部屋を選んだ方が良いでしょう。 清潔さ：普通 環境：普通 サービス：素晴らしい。エアコンの音が気になったのでフロントに連絡したところ、すぐにスタッフが来て、周囲の3部屋のエアコンの音を聞かせてくれました。どの部屋が一番静かか尋ねられ、部屋を変えてくれるとのことでした（実際にはどの部屋も音はほぼ同じでしたが）。その後、フロントからは耳栓が必要かどうかまで聞かれました。出会ったスタッフは皆、とても親切でフレンドリーでした。

これはおそらく私が今まで泊まった中で最高のホテルです。長沙に戻ったら、これからは間違いなく私の行くホテルです。 何よりも、ホテルはきれいです!それはホテルといえば私の最大のペットの悩みであり、この場所は私の期待を超えていました。ホテルもテーマなので、多くのモダンなホテルに比べて雰囲気がはるかに快適でユニークです。私は特に彼らが持っている小さな図書館スペースが大好きです。 部屋自体は広としていて、レイアウトは完璧です。トイレエリアとシャワーエリアの間に分離があるのが好きです。また、新鮮な空気のために窓を開けることができることも感謝しています。全体的に、部屋はとても静かで、滞在をより快適にしました。 サービスは申し分のないものです。チェックインはスムーズで、滞在中は毎日無料のランドリーサービスと無料のアフタヌーンティーを提供しています。ボトル入りの水を無料でリクエストすることもできます。ミニバーには、すべて無料のドリンクや軽食が備わっています。 正直なところ、滞在中に抱いた問題は一つも考えられません。強くお勧めします!

If you’re looking for an English review, here it is! Location: We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed. Service: The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map. We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm). Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout. Cleanliness & Room: The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features. The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and despite the minor cleanliness concerns, we would happily rebook this accommodation on our next trip to Changsha. _______ 地点（Location）： 我们在翡翠房（Jade Room）住了 6 晚，地点真的非常棒。酒店距离黄兴步行街只有大约 3 分钟的步行路程，藏在主街旁的一条小巷里。虽然出租车不能直接把你送到酒店门口，但小巷平坦好走，拖着行李也完全没有问题。周边环境晚上很安静，但仍然非常安全。附近还有一家包裹代收的小店，可以领取淘宝包裹，非常便利，前台也会指导你如何前往。 服务（Service）： 酒店的服务真的非常贴心，让人有一种“家外之家”的感觉。沟通顺畅、友善且回应快速。我们通过微信确认了预订，酒店很快给了回复，并附上了详细的路线说明和清晰的地图。 我们是在深夜抵达的，但他们一路保持联络，告诉我们随时可以联系工作人员。到达后，一位年轻的小哥满脸笑容地迎接我们，带我们到房间，并马上发送了 Wi-Fi 和门禁的密码（酒店前台与客房通道晚上 10 点后会上锁）。 大多数晚上，他们都会发消息告诉我们当天有自制甜点，数量有限、先到先得——非常温馨的小惊喜。当我需要用**点餐时，他们也非常乐于协助，因为我没有中国手机号，他们让我直接填写前台号码作为联系号码。另外，我也收了不少淘宝包裹，前台都会帮忙整理好，让取件变得更方便。整体服务相当贴心、周到。 房间与清洁（Room & Cleanliness）： 房间提供基本的设施与盥洗用品，住起来还是舒适的。不过，我们没有找到保险箱或小冰箱——不是硬性需求，但如果你特别需要这类设备，建议提前确认。 清洁人员每天都会礼貌询问我们是否需要打扫房间，毛巾和瓶装水也都有每天补充，这点非常不错。然而，整体清洁度可以再更细致一些。我们发现地板上有一些面包屑和头发，似乎没有彻底打扫；浴室地面上也有鞋印。虽然不是严重的问题，但仍值得一提。 整体评价： 整体入住体验非常愉快，即便有些许清洁的小问题，我们仍然非常愿意在下次来长沙时再次入住这里。

酒店離地鐵很近，去哪都方便（長沙堵車超乎我預料，所以後麪幾乎都選地鐵了）。雖然窗外是一個爛尾樓（據説原來是某大地產的項目），也正因為此晚上就很安靜，完全不像五一廣場那邊會特別吵，本身也是商務酒店定位不是度假酒店，所以對窗景無所謂。離嶽麓山東門很近，推薦東門進去坐環保車遊覽的方案。 酒店樓下有兩個小超市，補充點零食飲料還是很方便的。 早餐很好，牛肉粉特別好吃，不輸給外麪粉店👍🏼 總之對各方便都非常滿意～

The location of this hotel and the room quality for the price are amazing! It’s located right next to a metro station which is only one stop away from the central square, and from there you can take another metro line to orange island or to the railway stations - so this is very handy. The hotel is near lots of places to eat/shop, and the view from the hotel is nice. The room was nicely furnished, had automated controls for all of the electronics/curtains, and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was not the most expansive, but was tasty. All of these positive attributes were unfortunately somewhat let down by the service, which although incredibly friendly, was certainly unorganised. To begin with, we arrived at 2:30pm for a 2pm check in time, so that we could go out to explore. Unfortunately, we were told the room was not ready, and that we were to come back in an hour, when it would be ready. Given that we were only staying for one night, this significantly altered our plans - but they did at least allow us to leave our bags. However, upon returning around 4pm, we were told that our room was still not ready. Despite the staff being very friendly, not much of an apology/compensation was given. Therefore, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes in the lobby for the room to be ready. Once we were told to head up, we arrived to a wet floor. Whilst this didn’t take too much longer to dry, it was another inconvenience - and all of these piled up to essentially waste our planned afternoon in Changsha. Unfortunately, there were further issues later that day. We had some laundry to clean+dry, and so decided to make use of the hotel facilities. We were quite happy to load the washing machines ourselves, but after doing so, we were told that they would handle the drying for us - great! However, if we had known how long this process would have taken, we would never have accepted. We initially thought we could come back to collect our clothes 2 hours later - a standard time for 30min wash + drying (dryers were all free at the time) - so we returned at about 7pm. However, it was clear that they had forgotten about our (or perhaps other customer’s) washing, as they ran to the machines to move things around, and told us it would be another 2 hours to dry, and then we would be able to collect our clothes afterwards from reception. As a result, we decided to head out for the evening, a planning to return later to collect. At about 12pm, we returned from the evening, obviously expecting the drying to be finished (as we were told we could collect it at 9pm). However, after the staff once again ran to the laundry room (clearly having forgotten about them), we were told they were still not ready and that there was a queue. We completely understand that given the size of the hotel, we would potentially have to wait longer - but the fact we were initially told that it would be ready at 9pm is what made this frustrating, and that it seemed very unorganised. As we were leaving the next morning, we had to stay up late to guarantee the drying would be ready, and so it was only past 1am in the morning we received them back (despite the laundry room being empty at 5pm). Overall, whilst the room was nice and the location was great, these issues significantly impacted our stay (especially due to just being there for one night).

癒しは美しいホテルが与えてくれる🌷 週末はステイケーションで一休み。 アートとデザインに溢れたホテルに宿泊し、 高層階の川景色のお部屋で橘子洲方面の夕日を静かに待ち、夜は湘江を越えて訪れる。 ふかふかのソファに座って、お気に入りの映画をゆっくりと観る。 ミニバーを気軽に開けて一杯🍷 朝食は11時までなので、目覚めてから慌てる必要はない。 シンプルな時間が、それだけで人を幸せな気持ちにさせてくれる。

Very nice location, spacious and clean bedroom, receptionist was adorable and helpful. Location is very convenient to visit around, all these at a very fair price, I really recommend it.

我是在10月26號凌晨12.10am抵達長沙黃花機場，辦好出境手續，打了電話，酒店老闆就親自駕車來接我去酒店，服務超好，在車上，跟我説地鐵在這裏，小吃在這裏，幫我提行裏，替我回平台電話，親切度100 分。酒店 地點很棒，附近有4個地鐵站，凌晨也有很多東西吃，有24小時麪店，有擺吃小攤，有24小時便利店，應有盡有。房間好，非常滿意。也要感謝的事，是trip.com這平台，從訂機，到提醒，到入境白卡填寫方式，到免費打電話給酒店（打電話是免費的），都很有心，服務細心，科技網上level都到位，值得信賴，棒極了,感恩有這trip.com平台！

這個酒店真的特別想推薦給大家，對有孩子的家庭太友好了，佈局合理讓人感覺很温馨，房間非常有格調，衞生間乾濕分離，物品擺放整齊細節處理到位。還有滑滑梯，特別適合親子入住，體驗感特別好。
