マリエン広場からすぐの素晴らしいロケーション。私たちの旅行のハイライトの 1 つは、SBahn の階段を上って、マリエン広場の 360 度の眺めを体験したことです。私たちは部屋と朝食が気に入りました。私たちは特に優れた顧客サービスに感謝しています。妻も私もひどい風邪で到着しました。市販薬の効果が十分ではありませんでした。複数のスタッフが月曜の朝に地元の医師との予約を手配した。これで私たちの休暇は救われました。次回ミュンヘンでは絶対に戻ってきます！

Perfect for us in many ways! Great location right on the shopping streets, we were in the middle of action when we stepped out to the pedestrian zone. No need to commute to city center from far away. Boho chic- style design. Loved the use of different colors in different spaces and floors to create a special ambience across the small but cosy hotel. Rooms were small but comfy, and totally quiet. Not a single sound from eithet outside or from next door, which I really appreciated. There was a church right behind the hotel, but window closed you couln't hear the bells at all. Great A/C. Such peaceful and quiet nights spent in our lovely room sleeping like a baby. Great, thick curtains blocked out all the light, so it was dark, too. Perfect for a bad sleeper. Bathroom was neat and tidy and spacious enough for our needs. Everything was clean and spotless everywhere in the hotel- well done cleaning team! Breakfast was 19e. (not included in our price) and worth it! So fresh and delicious. Croissants, bread rolls, jam, cheese, fresh fruits, great quality tea in a cute pot, pancakes...service was good and the room beautiful. Good start for our busy days in town. Nice young staff at the reception very service-minded and friendly. Taxi drivers pick you up from the reception since they cannot drive there due to location on a pedestrian zone. Only negative things worth mentioning: -no tea making facilities in the rooms -pillows and duvets made of synthetic materials instead of feather and down -very poor water pressure in the shower (5th floor)

Toll, was aus dem ehemaligen Hotel Herzog Wilhelm geworden ist. Die Zimmer sind mit der viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert worden und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Eine schöne, gelungene Abwechslung zu den Kettenhotels. Auch der persönlich Service ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral direkt am Sendlinger Tor. Schön, dass es sowas gibt!

We reserved a double room in the hotel, but the hotel room was too small for two people and the cleaning was not very good. The lighting in the room was also not good. Also, there was too much noise in the room, we could not stay comfortably. Some guests were very disturbing, they were talking and shouting too much. And they could even pass to the balconies of other rooms because the balconies of the rooms can easily be opened to the next room. This situation is extremely dangerous in terms of security. We were quite uneasy when we reported this to the reception, they were not very interested in us. The receptionists were very indifferent and disrespectful. On the first day, we wanted to park our car in the parking lot of the hotel, but there were many broken beer bottles. When we told this to reception, they said they knew, but they didn't do anything right away. We had to park our car elsewhere by paying money. The hotel breakfast is not good. Wifi access is almost impossible. As a result, we chose to stay in another hotel after one night's stay. *** Otelde iki kisilik oda rezerve ettik, ancak otel odasi iki kisi icin cok kücüktü ve temizlik cok iyi degildi. Epey tedirgin olduk, bunu resepsiyona bildirdigimizde bizimle cok ilgilenmediler. Resepsiyon görevlileri oldukca ilgisiz ve saygisiz davrandilar. Ilk gün arabamizi otelin park yerine parketmek istedik, ancak pek cok kirilmis bira sisesi vardi yerlerde. Bunu resepsiyona söyledigimizde haberlerinin oldugunu söylediler, fakat hemen bir sey yapmadilar. Arabamizi para ödeyerek baska bir yere park etmek zorunda kaldik. Otelin kahvaltisi iyi degil. Wifi erisimi neredeyse imkansiz. Sonuç olarak, bir gece kaldıktan sonra başka bir otelde kalmayı seçtik.

On our round trip through Germany we booked in advance two rooms in this hotel. Considering the fact it was the most expensive one on our trip I like to summarize the following: + The bed was really good. We slept very well - It was very loud from the road (party on the other side of the street, fire fighters main station on the road) not their fault - The rooms do not look like how it is presented on the provided pictures. In one room very old bath room. In the room itself a good wooden floor. + In our room the bath was new. The floor in the sleeping room with an old carped covered. - The room service was bad: we had to ask for toilet paper. The shower gel was empty and not refilled. The staff was able to understand English, German or French. No reaction on a good morning etc. - The initial breakfast we took in the hotel. For the second and the third we left the hotel (even we already paid for it). I do not expect a huge and overfilled buffet, because I do not like food-waste. But for 15 euro I expect the availability of fresh bread, a good coffee and some soft-cheese and fruits. The bread was hard, one little soft cheese. I refilled the empty water carafe. The coffee machine in use was for home use. After I finished my breakfast we got a Cappuccino from the really friendly staff. She was forced to deal with bad technology. Sorry, that's the fact. For breakfast chose Trachtenvogl or Madam Anna Ekke (both pretty close) and you pay less for much more quality!

We stayed here before Covid and it was really delightful and so well situated . We had a fantastic attic room . This time we had an attic room on the other side of the hotel and it was not great . The room is awkward in shape and your bed faces an angled wall - right up against it - and there is a tv up above your head on the sloped ceiling. Bizarre The bathroom has one flimsy standing towel type rack but no where to hang a hand towel or a wet towel or even a gown The shelf above the basin is so narrow you can not even put your vanity bag there and mine is teeny . Or even a small glass for toothpaste and your toothbrush . And to top it all off the water heating cylinder is in the cupboard behind the bed which is not sound proofed so through out the night you can hear it switching on an off like an engine . The staff were abrupt, unhelpful and dismissive to the point of it actually being rude . When we arrived the guy that checked us in helped us take one suitcase to the lift and then left mumbling something about the number for reception . Likewise they didn’t greet when you when out ; returned or checked out .

2022年12月中旬に夫婦で利用しました。 立地は駅チカで歩いて数分です。 レセプションの方の愛想も良く、チェックイン後にチョコをくれました。 部屋はカードキーではなく、普通の鍵でしたが開け方に難があるのか少し苦戦しました。 駅近ですが静かに過ごせました。 バスルームも綺麗です。 金庫もちゃんとあるので貴重品をしっかりしまっておくことができます。

ホテルは居心地が良く、宿泊施設が良かったです。あまりモダンではありませんが、部屋は私たちが必要とするすべてを装備し、素晴らしい音響をしました。周囲の駐車場は、一日の瞬間によってはあまり簡単ではなかった。朝食は素敵で、種類も豊富で、典型的にはドイツ料理が含まれていました。スタッフは素敵でしたが、あまり歓迎されませんでした。街の中心部に近くなかったのですが、地元の生活を体験できるので、とても良い結果になりました。
