「厦門のノアホテルに宿泊し、素晴らしい体験をしました。北京支店がオープンしたばかりだったので、今回の家族旅行で迷わず予約しました。とても新しいホテルですが、改装したという感じは全くありません。中心部に位置し、故宮からタクシーで10分強です。交通の便も良く、美術館と地下鉄東四駅はどちらも徒歩数分です。客室もホテル全体もスタイリッシュで広々としており、洗練されたデザインです。小さな出窓はお茶を淹れるのに最適です。朝食はセミビュッフェで、少し簡素で種類も少なめです。メインディッシュは中華と洋食が2種類ずつあり、洋食は質が高いです。1階のデッキで無料で提供されるクラフトビールまたはカクテルも、嬉しいリフレッシュメントです。ホテルは龍福文創園区に位置し、芸術的な雰囲気の中で、幅広い種類の食べ物や飲み物が楽しめます。スタッフは非常に魅力的で、ホテルのスタイルにふさわしい人材が厳選されているのが分かります。フロントスタッフのシャオヤンさんとシャオニンさんは温かく丁寧で、サービスも素晴らしかったです！次回北京に来た際はまた予約します。」

「ホテルは素晴らしく、モダンで清潔です！スタッフはフレンドリーで、朝にチェックイン手続きをしてくれましたが、問題もなく追加料金もありませんでした。夜のフライトだったので、旅で疲れていたので、本当にリラックスしたかったのですが、それが叶いました！管理人は、故宮のチケットの購入と広場への訪問の申し込みを手伝ってくれました。彼らは英語があまり得意ではなく、ロシア語も全く分かりませんでしたが、オンライン翻訳が助けてくれました。部屋には必要なものがすべて揃っています。毎日の清掃、タオルの交換。水、紅茶、ポテトチップス、ソーダは毎日運ばれてきました。朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、種類が豊富で美味しく、お腹を空かせることは絶対にありません！ロビーにはコーヒーメーカーがあり、いつでも天然の穀物コーヒーを飲むことができます！また行く機会があれば、このホテルに泊まります！本当に全てが気に入りました!!!!」

「立地はとても便利です。ホテルは新しく、フロントの対応もとても親切でした。無料の客室アップグレードも受けられました。部屋は広々としていて清潔です。ホテル全体も狭くなく、設備も充実しています。部屋には小型冷蔵庫も設置されています。デラックスルームにはリビングルームがあり、旅行にも最適です。飲食にもとても便利です。大変満足のいく宿泊体験でした。」

「Nice new hotel at Qianmen (前门 that just opened in Aug 2025. Excellent, thoughtful service by the hotel staff. We booked two rooms, the staff upgraded one of the rooms so that we could be next to each other. Convenient location within the Hutong, not too far from public transport (5-7min walk) and didi (2min).」

「ホテルの部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、小度スマートコントロールも便利で親切です。小型冷蔵庫のフルーツスナックと飲み物は無料です。ヘアドライヤーも自宅で使っているのと同じブランドです。階段も侮れません。美容好きで写真を撮るのが好きな私でも、とても良い写真が撮れますよ（笑）！サービスは温かく、心遣いが感じられます。ホテルの立地もどこへ行くにも便利で、周りには楽しいものや美味しいものがたくさんあります。普段はホテルにコメントすることは少ないのですが、今回は本当に満足しました！」

「ドアに入るとすぐに嬉しい驚きでした!部屋は思ったより広として明るく、装飾は絶妙で暖かく、家に帰るのと同じくらいリラックスできます。部屋全体が清潔で整頓されていて、裸足で床を踏むと安心です。最も感動的なのは、フロントデスクからルームサービスまで、スタッフの熱意で、誰もが笑顔で反応が良いです。ホテルの設備も素晴らしく、ジムやレストランはすべて利用可能です。場所はとても便利で、地下鉄やビジネス地区はすぐ外にあります。間違いなく出張に最適な場所です。私はすでにそれを友達に勧めました!」

「Will start with The Good: This is a new hotel, so everything was modern and ultra clean. My bed was super comfortable, aircon worked wonderfully and I had a somewhat-corner room with wide-spanning windows! I visited in summer, so I loved coming back in the afternoons for a comfortable quick rest before heading back out again. Shower was huge and clean, amazing water pressure. I love the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel too? I'm very picky with my shampoos, but I didn't need to bust out my travel packs. Hair was smooth the whole time! Love the robot too. Location is great, within Wangfujing and I could easily walk to anywhere to grab food. Sits right above a subway too, super convenient! They placed water bottles at every floor in front of the elevator, so you can grab more water if needed. If there are none left, just call for some water (in Chinese), and the robot will deliver some to you. Lobby is nice and huge too, if you're waiting for a Didi, comfortable to wait here. The Meh: Most of the staff do not speak English, which made asking for any help over the phone impossible. At reception, you'll have to communicate via translation app. Anything complicated - forget about it. However staff were nice, and tried their best to help you as much as they possibly can :) There's only ONE elevator, and it's used by everyone, including staff, so waiting times for the elevator can be incredibly long. The Bad: Location is actually excellent, just the accessibility in an issue. If this was mentioned anywhere in any reviews, I would not have booked the hotel. The hotel was located on the 3rd floor, and even though it has a 'lobby' on the first floor, they blocked the entrance so taxis or cars can't drive in (see pic of hotel lobby with an actual driveway, but it's barricaded)?? No staff on first floor too. I tried to ask reception the location for Didi pickup, and told that I will need to go by the side of the main road and wait for the Didi/taxi there. The main road is incredibly busy, so this can be stressful. If you have luggage? It's even more stressful. I thought perhaps I misunderstood, but on all the days I stayed there, I notice that that's what everyone checking out did as well - waiting at the side of the road with their luggages, then quickly throwing in their luggage in the boot while getting horned at by the cars behind. What I eventually did was to set the pickup location to a spot right beside the hotel, so that the Didi would turn into 'Baishu Hutong', and then simply wait by the alley for the Didi and flag it down. A lot less stressful, and the Didi will be able to stop for longer (driver was even able to step out and help load the luggage in easily). Note as well even though it's just a short flight of steps, there is no ramp, so not convenient if you have heavy luggage. If it's raining, you'll of course, get caught in the rain as well, since there are no sheltered paths beyond the lobby. The accessibility was my only pain point with the hotel, but major enough. So strange that they didn't pay attention to this detail.」

「先日、ヒルトンガーデンイン北京国貿に宿泊した際、快適さ、利便性、そして卓越したサービスが融合していることに感銘を受けました。賑やかな朝陽区に位置し、主要なビジネスエリアやエンターテイメントエリアへのアクセスが容易なため、ビジネス旅行者にもレジャー旅行者にも理想的なホテルです。 チェックインはスムーズで効率的で、フレンドリーなスタッフがあらゆるリクエストに快く対応してくれました。ロビーはモダンで居心地の良い雰囲気で、滞在全体の雰囲気を決定づけています。客室は広々としており、清潔で設備も整っており、モダンな内装と快適な家具が備わっていました。ベッドはぐっすりと眠ることができ、薄型テレビ、無料Wi-Fi、ミニ冷蔵庫などのアメニティも充実していました。バスルームは清潔で、強力なシャワーと上質なバスアメニティが備わっていました。 立地もこのホテルの大きな魅力です。地下鉄駅まで徒歩圏内なので、北京の観光に便利です。また、多くの企業のオフィスやショッピングセンターもすぐ近くにあります。全体的に、ヒルトンガーデンイン北京国貿での滞在は期待をはるかに超えるものでした。素晴らしいスタッフ、快適な客室、そして最高の立地が組み合わさり、北京を訪れるすべての方に自信を持っておすすめできるホテルです。次回の旅行でもぜひまた利用したいと思っています。」
