ゲゲストThe best! Room was so spacious, clean, smell good, comfy bed, aestethically pleasing. The staffs also very helpful, one even let me check in 2 hours early since the room was ready. Great location to bus, metro, with lots of convenience stores and restaurants. Wifi connection sometimes lost, but not a big problem coz mobile connection works just find in that area. Good job guys!! Later I'll come back.

ウェブサイトに記載されている素晴らしいレクリエーション施設はすべて利用可能で、うまく機能しています。
レストランは特別な注意を払う価値があります。滞在中、さまざまな料理を試しました。グルジア料理は単に美味しいです。クリームスープとキンカリを試すことを強くお勧めします。
チーズパンケーキは美味しかったと付け加えたいのですが、早めに提供したかったのですが、さまざまな朝食オプションがありました。早めに提供される朝食を逃しました。
地図や少なくとも路線付きのバスのスケジュールも見たいです。それは間違いなく欠けていました、そして、アプリを使って自分でそれを理解するのは常に簡単ではありませんでした.
また、この地域にはさまざまな鳥もたくさんいます。今回の旅行ではできませんでしたが、幸運にも誰かがそれらを待って手で餌をやることができました。

I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, but my experience didn’t quite match the expectations. While the stay was generally fine, I didn’t find anything particularly exceptional or above standard.
I also had issues with the hot water at night, which took about 3–4 hours to resolve. After a long and tiring journey, having to wait until 11:30 p.m. to finally take a shower was especially disappointing and really affected my overall stay.
Additionally, I encountered a couple of situations during my visit that did not reflect the standards I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
Overall, it’s a decent place, but the experience fell short of what I had hoped for.

ゲゲスト全体的にとても良いホテルでした。私たちの部屋の床とドアには、汚れか機械的な衝撃による跡がいくつかありましたが、それが唯一気になった点でした。それ以外は、マットレスも良く、枕も快適で、水道も問題なく、部屋も快適でした。スパはハマム、サウナ、プール、ジャグジーがあり、毎晩利用しました。朝食は種類が豊富で美味しかったです。調理を担当してくれた女性2人はロシア語が堪能で、美味しいスクランブルエッグを作ってくれました。ヨーロッパ広場まではゆっくり歩いて15分、フリーダム広場までは35～40分です。

MMariaIt was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi.
1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name
2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****.
3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive).
4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

ゲゲストThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!

Kkamgpdj立地は中心部から離れており、タクシーかバスを使わないと行けないため注意が必要です。設備に歯ブラシ、バスローブと書かれていましたが、部屋にはありませんでした。
私の部屋にはバスタブもなかったため、フロントに言ってバスタブ付きの部屋に変更してもらいました。
部屋や設備の豪華さは5つ星ホテルに匹敵しますが、サービス的には4つ星ホテルかなという印象でした。

The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available.
Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh.
I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient.
1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay.
I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay.
2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night):
At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space.
Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early.
3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful):
In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.”
This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake.
Conclusion:
This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay.
I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
