SSVETLANAホステルは素晴らしかったです。午前1時にチェックインできたのは大変助かりました（本当にありがとうございました！）。というのも、バスが路上で立ち往生してしまったからです。中心部（旧市街）までは徒歩20～25分、地下鉄までは徒歩10分です。女性用トイレには二段ベッドが1つとマットレスが2つあり、入り口すぐ右側にあります。正直なところ、このような場所は一晩泊まるには快適とは言えません。オーナーにお願いしたいのは、少なくともこの部分と通路を心理的に仕切るモスリンのカーテンを掛けてほしいということです。私は上段で、一晩だけ下段で寝ました。ベッドはこのタイプの標準的なベッドより少し高めですが、私には十分でした。部屋にはバスルームがあります！キッチンには調理に必要なものがすべて揃っており、浄水器も付いています。喫煙者用のバルコニーもあります。とても清潔で雰囲気があります。スタッフ全員がロシア語を話せるのは嬉しいです。またここに来たいと思っています。

NNoppasornLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.

MMariaIt was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi.
1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name
2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****.
3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive).
4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

SSandroIt is a good hotel ,especially the location is strategic : just walk distance 3 minutes from old town. Rooms are clean , not very large, but quite. Breakfast is average, quality of food acceptable not great. The restaurant on ground is named Asado. it is a beef restaurant ,managed from famous italian chef. The quality of food is excellent and the price goes along with it: quite expensive but really worth of.

ゲゲストThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!

ホテルシャインパレスに2泊しましたが、全体的に快適な滞在でした。部屋は清潔で、よく手入れされており、説明通りでした。ツインベッドは快適で、基本的なアメニティも揃っていました。
アルコールが禁止されており、専用駐車場があるのは私たちにとって大きなプラスでした。静かで礼儀正しい雰囲気を好む家族連れや旅行者に最適です。館内レストランは便利でしたが、メニューにはもう少しバリエーションがあると良いと思います。
チェックインとチェックアウトの手続きはスムーズでした。スタッフは丁寧で対応も良かったですが、英語でのコミュニケーションがもう少し改善されれば、海外旅行者のゲストエクスペリエンスはさらに向上するでしょう。
立地と全体的な清潔さを考えると、価格（2泊で198.86AED）に見合う価値は十分にあります。静かで手頃な価格の宿泊施設を探している短期滞在やビジネス旅行者におすすめです。
提案: 部屋の照明をもっと増やし、無料のウォーターボトルを提供すると良いでしょう。
