ゲゲストIt’s a great hotel with excellent service. For the first time, we truly felt at home. The place is very clean, with incredibly nice staff and a professional, passionate chef. They are so communicative and helpful.
They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!

MMGHI recently stayed at Forte Kochi in India and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, with a private courtyard pool that adds to the serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. With plenty to do nearby, we truly enjoyed our time and would gladly return.

ゲゲストHad an excellent stay. Service was top notch. We were greeted very courteously at the reception by Sanika . She made sure everything was sorted and took us to the room. All the amenities weee excellent. At swimming pool sharif really went out of his way while dealing with my son.

ゲゲストこのホテルは、近くに企業のオフィスがあることから、ビジネス旅行者向けです。観光などすべて遠いため、一人旅の私にはこのホテルは向いていません。朝食と夕食の選択肢はやや限られていますが、食事は美味しかったです。ウェイターの Prakash さんは、丁寧かつ手際よく対応してくれました。スパでは、ある晩、受付に誰も質問を受け付けてくれませんでした。セラピストは 1 人しかおらず、予約で忙しいからです。何時間も待って対応してもらうにはどうすればいいのでしょうか。看板に書いてあったように、予約のために折り返しの電話をお願いするメッセージを残しましたが、電話はかかってきませんでした。

ゲゲストEverything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

ゲゲストnice and clean. opposite to the back gate of North Station Ernakulam. strict policy check in and check out. so try to check in at 2 pm and check out at 12 pm. Veg breakfast buffet is good with some items changing daily. Townhall metro is within walkable distance of 3 minutes. Swiggy and zomato deliver here. Cabs are arranged for trips.

ゲゲストthe base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded.
breakfast options were very limited.
the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.
