素晴らしい
ゲゲストFabulous setting up on a hill about a 20 min walk down to the town(definitely get a rickshaw back). Didn’t realise we could order eggs for breakfast until our second morning (not offered them on the first morning). Cake at breakfast was yummy.
Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned on arrival and there were splatters marks on the wall above the tea/coffee area. We also returned to our room late afternoon to find maintenance working on our balcony - did feel this could have been done after checkout!
Fabulous shower.
We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very good. The high taxes in Tamil Nadu added to the price (almost 25%) so bear this in mind . Cocktails weee excellent.
We did the morning ’hike’ which was well worth getting up for.
We were brought a hot water bottle on our second night which was a lovely surprise.
Tea & biscuits served between 5 & 5.30pm which was a nice touch although more of the breakfast cake would have been good.
Would recommend staying here as rooms, location & restaurant are excellent.

ゲゲストホテルの場所はgood......Commonエリアはよく維持されていますが、部屋はウェブサイトの写真に反映されていません....スタッフは良いですが、レストランはよくありませんが、改善の余地はたくさんあると思います。...ビュッフェ式朝食は良いです....ビルヤニの味は良かったです....一般的に食べ物は良かったです...チェックアウト中にホテルのスタッフが私の荷物を部屋から移動するのを30分以上待たなければなりませんでした.....上記の価格の間に多くの違いがありましたtrip.comとhotel.....Trip.comは同じプリビレッジスイート....ではそれほど多くありませんでした。

ゲゲスト良い- タージのおもてなしと基準は非常によく維持されました。ガーデンエリアは美しいです。朝食は素晴らしかった!!
あまり良くありません-2ベッドルームスイートにはバスルームが1つだけで、スーツはレセプションの真ん中にあります。その意味でのプライバシーはありません。

VVinoth Selvinホテルで素晴らしい滞在ができました。部屋は清潔で快適で、手入れが行き届いており、とてもリラックスできる雰囲気を作り出しました。スタッフはフレンドリーで気配りがあり、いつでも助けてくれる準備ができていたため、経験はさらに楽しかったです。設備は素晴らしく、食べ物は本当に楽しかったです。全体的に、それは快適さとおもてなしの完璧なブレンドでした思い出に残る滞在をお探しの人にこのホテルを強くお勧めします。

待ち時間中に朝食をリクエストする(朝食時間がほぼ終わったので、良いジェスチャーのように見えました。なぜ食べ物を無駄にしているのですか?後で支払いを求めます(事前に通知されるべきでした)。

ゲゲストThis property is nearer to all important tourist spots. The behaviour of the staffs are very good. They had given good guidance and arranged the vehicles for site seeing at a very reasonable rate. They had served a very good homely food at very reasonable price 😋

ゲゲストThe stay ar the welcome heritage fernhills palace ooty was excellent. Right from the welcome to the rooms to the service everything was top notch. I would like to add that make my trip never disappoints. However i just have one concern regarding the car and the driver. The driver otherwise was extreme cooperative but did not understand tamil or english and was comfortable only with malayalam. Overall it was a very nice experience, apart from the car and the driver.
