"Truly Wonderful Stay at La Montana, Ooty! We had such a lovely experience at La Montana — it honestly felt like a home away from home. Right from the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They helped us with our bags, made sure we were comfortable, and checked on us often to see if we needed anything. A huge thank you to Nathan, Mani, Anand, Vignesh, Karthik, Sanjay, and Daffney — every one of them went out of their way to make our stay special. They always had a smile on their faces and were so patient, especially with the kids. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were about the children’s food — preparing it fresh, mild, and exactly how we requested. For the adults too, the food was excellent — tasty, nicely presented, and served with genuine care. The restaurant staff were quick, polite, and made every meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly, with staff who truly cared about making us feel comfortable. It’s rare to find such warm hospitality these days. We left La Montana with happy hearts and beautiful memories. A big thank you to the entire team — you all made our Ooty trip unforgettable!"

"*) We stayed here in June 2026 and, overall, had a wonderful experience. The property is stunning, exceptionally well-maintained, and surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it a perfect place to unwind. *) The complimentary Ooty apples, soft drinks stocked in the refrigerator, jackfruit chips, and ample drinking water were thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. *) Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. It included both a private balcony and a sit-out area, allowing us to fully enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding meadows and valleys. Watching clouds drift across the landscape was one of the highlights of our stay. *) The entire property is incredibly photogenic and "Instagram-worthy." The views from the restaurant are particularly spectacular, and the swimming pool was crystal clear and impeccably maintained. *) There are plenty of recreational options available, including outdoor games, swings, nature walks, evening Housie sessions, and several other activities, some complimentary and some paid. *) A common bonfire is lit every evening around 7:00 PM. During rainy weather, it is thoughtfully relocated closer to the reception area so guests can continue to enjoy it. *) The complimentary high tea served at 5:00 PM deserves special mention. After a long journey, it was exactly what we needed on the day of our arrival. The spread was surprisingly extensive, and everything was fresh, flavourful, and well-prepared. My mother still fondly remembers the Mirchi Pakodas and sandwiches served there. *) Breakfast was included in our package and featured an extensive spread with plenty of variety. The food was consistently delicious, and the restaurant staff were efficient, attentive, and quick to clear tables. *) We also tried the dinner buffet and were equally impressed with the quality and variety of dishes on offer. The only area that could use improvement is the dessert section, which would benefit from a wider selection of traditional Indian sweets. *) The hospitality throughout the property was outstanding. Most staff members were warm, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. Requests were handled promptly, and the service contributed significantly to the overall experience. *) Nature lovers will particularly appreciate this property. The lush gardens, abundant birdlife, and peaceful surroundings create a serene atmosphere. Waking up each morning to the sound of birds chirping was incredibly relaxing. *) Guests staying with drivers will be pleased to know that, according to our driver, complimentary accommodation and meals were provided, and he was quite satisfied with both. *) Hotel guests are also entitled to a 10% discount on the buffet, so it is worth asking about this when dining. Areas for Improvement: *) The reception experience was inconsistent. While check-in was efficient, the staff member assisting us seemed unfamiliar with several basic room features. For example, "

"I had a wonderful time at La Niebla Farm Resort. The place is surrounded by beautiful greenery and misty hills, making it very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with great views of nature. The food was fresh and delicious, made from local ingredients. I enjoyed walking around the farm, exploring the area, and relaxing by the bonfire in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would love to visit again!"
