夜に来ると、ロビーは閑散としており、寝具は平凡で、スリッパは非常に薄く、上の階にはアパートと監禁施設があり、女性が一人で滞在することはお勧めできません。エレベーターを多くの人が共有するからです。家族のお出かけに最適、ソファで1人でも寝ることができます

良い点: 広々とした部屋 モダンな雰囲気 シャワーの水圧は最高 洗濯機には乾燥機能付き 悪い点: エレベーター - 予約前にエレベーターのレビューを読みましたが、もう少し詳しくお伝えします。3台目のエレベーターは2023年12月現在まだ故障しています。他の2台のエレベーターは利用可能ですが小さく、いつも満員でした。エレベーターのコントローラーの設計が驚くほど愚かなので、待ち時間が長いです。エレベーターごとに呼び出しボタンがあるので、1つの呼び出しボタンですべてのエレベーターを制御するのではなく、全員がすべての呼び出しボタンを押します。その結果、各エレベーターはすべての階で停止します。 フロントデスク - アメニティ（ジムなど） - 宣伝どおりには利用できません。建物内にアメニティはありますが、ホテルのゲスト向けではありません。 フロントデスク - プロフェッショナルではありません。質問にプロフェッショナルでない方法で答え、電話で遊んで、ゲストに挨拶することはなく、ゲストが正面玄関を開けるのに明らかに苦労しているのに注意を払いません。

What a big disappointment! I trusted their advertisement and booked this hotel. The first three days no one came clean the room though we had “cleaning” sign hung on the door handle. They advertised with fitness center but in fact they don’t have one. Tried to contact front desk but it was always empty. Through trip.com, I shared my feedback to the hotel. Their admins Ms. Mao from the hotel has informed trip.com that “there is no gym available and the apartment does not have a 24hour front desk”. That’s a lie! I accept mistakes but dishonest is not acceptable. Please see below pictures how they advertised their “fitness center” and “cleaning”. I am not asking a 24 hrs front desk, at least there should be someone during the normal working hours. When we checked in, there was no one there, just left a note to call a Chinese cellphone number. I was lucky had someone with me, otherwise I was unable to call to check in since I don’t have a Chinese phone. Anyway, I honestly shared my own experience with you all, hope you consider well before you book with them.
