5月9日から11日まで2日間、妻と一緒にそこにいました。ホテルはかなり良いです。確かに私たちはチェックインするのをしばらく待っていました、多くのゲストが到着したばかりですが、その後、すべてが大丈夫で、レセプションでの素晴らしいサービスでした、私たちは車でいました、フロントデスクの女性は私たちに駐車場への行き方を教えてくれました。部屋は小さいが快適で清潔で、朝食は良かった、スタッフはとても良かった。私がチューリッヒにいたら、間違いなく戻ってきます。

I have spent 18 days working from JOYN Zurich so think this should be a fairly accurate review of my experience. For context, JOYN is new so may still be working through teething issues, but hopefully this is useful feedback. Pros; - Comfortable, well equipped rooms. I was in one of the largest apartments they offer and it is a good space to spend a lot of time - The kitchenette whilst small is workable and has most of what you'd need - Well located close to the airport and about 25 mins by tram to central Zurich - Nice bathroom and good shower pressure - Gym is good with nice new equipment - Very close to great supermarkets (Coop and Migros next door) - The communal spaces are lovely, including the central courtyard and roof gardens - Strong water pressure from the shower (although the drain didn't seem to be able to cope with the volume of water which meant potential overflowing of the shower unless carefully managed) - The room has a small dishwasher. There were two dishwasher tablets provided and these weren't topped up by the cleaners, meaning you'll need to buy more Unfortunately the cons are pretty significant though, particularly if you want to work from here; Cons - The wifi is atrocious. At best the speeds hover around 1mbps which isn't good enough for stable whatsapp or facetime calls, let alone Teams or Zoom work calls. I thought this may have been my room but is pretty much my experience in all the open spaces including the ground floor communal spaces (see screenshot from Speedtest). This makes it unsuitable for any work. - The cleaning services are a bare minimum. After one week they changed my linen and towels but didn't vacuum, sweep the floor, empty bins or clean the bathroom. After another 7 days they'd hadn't come to clean again and when prompted they said it would be cleaned that day (but it wasn't). On the 8th day I asked and again they promised to have it cleaned. Whilst I wouldn't mind cleaning myself, there is no vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths or anything else in the room to clean with, so unless you want to buy your own, be prepared for it to get pretty dusty and the bathroom to get dirty. Cleaning also didn't include replacing the kitchen towels so you'll have to wash these yourself if you're staying for an extended period. - Other than the supermarkets nearby there is pretty much nothing else around Perhaps they're not used to guests having longer stays, but with cleaning services like this, it will become pretty horrible unless guests buy the cleaning products and do it themselves.

環境：最寄りのバス停から徒歩約5分、300メートル離れたところにミグロがありますが、午後8時に閉まってしまい、向かいにケバブがあります。 設備：比較的古い、部屋はまだ比較的狭い、バスルームのシャワーは半分ガラスで覆われており、完全に閉めることはできません。 衛生面：カップは明らかに洗っていませんし、清掃スタッフも丁寧に洗っていないように感じます。

Great location. Easy to find. Rooms comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful (came to my aid with a sewing kit when I needed make an emergency repair!). Despite branding being associated with chocolate I was surprised not to find a single chocolate in the room - not on the pillow and not on the courtesy tray. The courtesy tray was also stingy. A single teabag and coffee sachet per guest and a couple creamers. It wouldn’t have cost much more to pop a couple more on there. Also the housekeeping staff didn’t clean our cups so they were badly stained from us drinking black tea as that was all we had. If the courtesy tray could be improved I would have given 4*.

We stayed in both the main hotel and in the guesthouse across the alley and were quite satisfied if both facilities knowing they been renovated within the last year. The main hotel is right around the corner from Zürich HB the rooms feature a nice private bath (new, big & clean) and nice modern styling. The guesthouse as new and stylish as hotels go, but the modular bath/shower unit with its semi-transparent blue glass leaves a lot to be desired when everyone in the room knows what your doing on toilet (very little privacy). We luckily are prepared and carry large binder clips and clipped a bath towel across the glass during our stay. The staff are amazing and extremely cordial. Free coffee/tea is offered 24/7 in the main hotel and on each floor. Guest house residents must go back across the alley to the main lobby. Day tour buses are right across the street for easy access. We would stay again definitely.

We arrived a day early for our tour and didn’t think our room would be available yet, but the front staff asked for 15 minutes to check with house keeping. We lucked out and our rooms were available early. 300ish room courtyard side which is only one floor up. Bit of noise from the other side of the hotel due to construction, but not noticeable in our room. Great air con or use the large windows. Shower very hot so you don’t need to set it too high. Bit more modern than my taste, but grows on you and not garish colours. Easy tram ride to the old town for site seeing or take a stroll along the river beside the part. Wonderful gardens. Breakfast is plentiful and can be chaos in the morning when there are three groups in the hotel. Suggestion: Move the centre aisle of tables half a foot to the left so the the aisle on the right when you face the food is a bit larger. Use the first table on the right for the bowls and plates. Helps out those that are shorter. The people flow is better when it is right to left since the coffee machines are on the left. We did this flow the last day in the hotel with our group and it was less congested at the coffee.

旅行はとても楽しかったです！階下のフロントデスクのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、近くのお店の場所を教えてくれました。ホテルの部屋も清潔で整頓されており、私たちを涼しく保つための思慮深いファンがありました。近所全体がとても静かで快適で、近くにはおいしいレストランがありました。階下の数歩のところにタイ料理レストランがあり、とてもおいしいと思いました。

チューリッヒを出る前に一泊しました。Rümlang駅から歩いて約10-15分に位置しています。近くには多くの食べ物のオプションはありません。マクドナルドと地下鉄しか見ませんでした。敷地内のレストランは良かったが、メニューは限られていた。基本的には2つのコネクティングルーム、1つはダブルベッド、1つはツインベッド2つだったファミリールームに宿泊しました。客室はモダンで、素晴らしいシャワー、素晴らしい停電ブラインド/カーテン、非常に快適なベッド、サポート枕がありました。彼らは1人あたり6CHFの空港への予定のシャトルを提供していますが、Uberを呼ぶのに安くて便利でした。

Wir waren für 2 Nächte mit der Familie über die Feiertage hier. Unsere Zimmer ( insgesamt 3 Zimmer) waren sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Es gab sogar Tipps wie und wo man am günstigsten Parken kann. Auch das Frühstück war super. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Die Lage im Wohngebiet ist Top. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am See. Wenn wir wieder nach Zürich kommen werde ich gern wieder hier übernachten.
