Nice safe location if you would a late night walk like I do id recommend paying the extra for the bit bigger room but overall a good option

Very clean room, on the main road for all shopping and restaurants. Parking is a bit of an issue if you have a car.

I recently stayed at Rydges Canberra and, overall, found the experience to be quite average. The hotel didn’t quite live up to my expectations — while it wasn’t bad, it also wasn’t particularly memorable. The room itself was clean but pretty basic and somewhat dated, lacking the comfort or extra touches you'd hope for at this price point. One thing that stood out as a bit off-putting was the parking fee — $25 per night seemed steep, especially considering the overall value of the stay. On a more positive note, the breakfast was definitely the highlight. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and offered a good variety — a great way to start the day. In summary, Rydges Canberra was okay for a short stay, but it didn’t impress. I’d consider other options next time unless the breakfast alone is enough to bring me back.

The hotel is quite good. The parking was in increased to A$28 if not pre-booked but trip.com says only A$15 and no need to book. The hotel ended up waiving the first night parking when we asked and we parked on the street the next day. The hotel room is very big and the beds are quite firm and comfortable. The bathroom is a good size but would appreciate rubbish bags into the bins because it feels like I can't even put in banana peel because I don't want it to go to mush inside the bin and someone has to dig it out and wash the bin. There is an iron and ironing board in the room with safe, extra blanket and pillows. The only complaint for the room is probably the noisy air conditioning. Food at the bistro inside the hotel was pretty good for dinner and the buffet breakfast had a good variety but it is the same everyday.

素晴らしい滞在でした。 すべてが清潔で快適で、旅行者として必要なものについて多くの配慮がなされていました。 朝食も夕食も食事は素晴らしかったです。久しぶりに最高の食事でした。 問題はチェックインが難しかったことです。何も手伝ってくれる「人」がいませんでした。 絶対にまた来ます！

Breakfast value for money  Overall very good value for money, good location. An adequate budget hotel if comfortable staying somewhere  comfortable not wearing top of the range clothing with top of the range accessories. Curtains need new hooks, but facilities in room adequate and clean
