We stayed 3 nights at this very comfortable hotel. We even wanted to extend one night and they were fully booked, which shows how popular they are. The decor from reception to lobby to room was a delight with full use of natural materials, giving a zen feel. The breakfast was buffet, but chouce of hot dished was limited. Also, we wanted to go for a swim at sunset, but the pool at this time was used as one big cocktail bar, literally dozens lounging in the,water, so that was disappointing.

My stay at Ithia was very enjoyable. First time in Spain. The hotel is about 25 mins away from El Dorado Airport and check in was very smooth. My spanish is very basic but the staff was very patient and answered all of my questions. It is conveniently located right next to Museo National and within walking 15-20 mins walking

El hotel es limpio, y ordenado. Su personal es muy atento con los huéspedes. Pero deberían ampliar sus horarios de Check-in (es muy tarde) y de Check-out (muy temprano). A pesar de eso se me permitió usar las instalaciones (baño) ya que regresaba de un tour pasado el check-out pero pude usar una ducha.
En resumen, muy bueno pero con ese detalle a mejorar de sus horarios.

ホテルは海岸線沿いの戦略的な場所にあり、世界遺産の旧市街から徒歩15分です。海の見える部屋を予約して、チェックイン時に高床に渡しました。景色は無敵です。ホテルには3つのスイミングプールがあります。夕焼けの景色を楽しみながらワインを飲むのはとても楽しいです。ホテルには豊富な朝食があり、10時以降は多くのゲストが食事をします。寝るのが好きな人は、朝食の時間を逃すことを心配する必要はありません。バスルームはとても広く、シャワーシリーズはコロンビアの地元のオーガニックブランドのもので、心地よい香りがします。 Ctripの価格は非常に有利で、予約よりもはるかに安いです。 ３泊しましたが、とても楽しかったです！強くお勧めします！

全体的にしっかりしているが、少し簡素。
部屋にはスリッパもバスローブも水もありませんでした。テレビのリモコンが 2 つと空のバー冷蔵庫があるだけのように感じました。バスルームの備品も基本的なものでした。
空港や移動には便利なロケーションですが、ホテル自体の周辺にはあまりありません。
朝食は味は良かったのですが、雰囲気が慌ただしかったです。品切れが絶えず、オムレツの列は遅く、テーブルはほとんどが汚れていてカトラリーもありませんでした。
悪く聞こえるかもしれませんが、まあまあ満足できるものでした。

匿匿名ユーザーThe experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

ゲゲストEl hotel es precioso! Las instalaciones son excelente. La habitación algo pequeña para un hotel de esta categoría, pero con lo más esencial para estancias cortas. Lo mejor? El desayuno! Es de otro nivel! Croissant de almendra, huevos perfectos y un sabor muy intenso, recomendable!!! El personal muy servicial y atento. Nota 10 por ellos. Está a las puertas de Getsemaní pero no se escucha nada de la fiesta afuera en la calle, a media manzana. Por resaltar algo negativo: la puerta del baño no se cierra del todo y el aire acondicionado no funciona bien en recepción y salón de desayunos. Volveríamos de ojos cerrados a Osh!!! ❤️

ゲゲスト4 night stay over the Christmas break, warmly greeted by Lordi in reception, our room was 306, first floor balcony with hammock, overlooking the pool and beach beyond, comfy bed and hot showers every day! The food was overall good,tortilla available for breakfast if you request, seafood dishes and chucharron very good. Particular praise for Juan and Kevin at the beach bars, Mike and Victor in the restaurant and Lordi for looking after us and her excellent coffee.

SSamyFunkSo cozy and lovely place🥰. Added one more night to my reservation because loved the harmony and peace that I felt on that hotel. The breakfast was amazing 200/10 🤩. Great variety of fruits,healthy and local food. Thank you so much to Andrey so polite and charming guy who helped me in everything; as well as Jorge who is so professional doing his work, Alfredo and kitchen girls, thank you for so delicious food. The rooftop is a dream but unfortunately don’t have (stable) bartenders to enjoy drinks.Sadly to say the general manager was unprofessional and unkind, must to improve his professional relation to drive a good management of a hotel of this category.
I would love to go back in my next trip to Cartagena 🤍🇨🇴 .
Recommendations: if don’t tolerate noise, don’t book the rooms next to the street.

ゲゲストAll rooms overlook a central courtyard, which is nice but not practical as people are always passing by so you can’t leave the window open as you get no privacy. The curtain is not a curtain but a rolling blind, so either shut or open. My room happens to be on the ground floor, where the restaurant is. It may be better on the other floors. So just artificial light.
There is also no desk in the room. Otherwise the room is decent and clean.
The breakfast is simple but good with coffees, juice some fruit and an omelette.
The place is secure and the reception have to open for you to go in and out. Location wise it’s pretty good as well as it’s within the wall but not where wll tourists hang out. Pretty safe
Check in strictly at 3pm even if the room is available 😅
