ホテルは実際、時代遅れになりつつあり、内装は色褪せ、硬い素材は剥がれ落ち、退屈な雰囲気です。窓に糞をする鳥や不快な景観をなくす対策を講じるべきです。外観は明らかに建物全体にひび割れが見られます。フロントのファイアズはチェックイン時に、お客様を迎える際にどう笑顔で対応すればいいのか分かりません。ラグジュアリーコレクションホテルだとおっしゃっていますが、改善の余地があります。さもないと競合他社に取って代わられてしまいます。

Nice hotel but kinda old. i. Very near to all. Customer service need to be improved. Breakfast awesome. Overall is the best choice

we have been staying in this hotel for a number of years when each time we visit Chenna. The best thing in this hotel is their Breakfast spread. A really wide variety of food and delicious in taste. The rooms are very clean. The location is excellent as it is very near to all the Shops in T-Nagar.

Amazing hospitality. The staff were friendly and polite. Ensuring our stay was safe and comfortable.

Kudos to the reception staff Dipa and Pradeep for their kind gesture and hospitality. Excellent place to stay and I’ve been coming back over and over during the last 7 years.

エッセイルリゾートでの滞在を楽しんだ。新しく建設されたエグゼクティブルームにアップグレードしました。それは素晴らしいものでした。アメニティ、ゲームは私と私の子供たちによって楽しまれました。子供たちが滞在して楽しむのに最適な場所です。

Stayed at The Residency Towers, Rameswaram for 3 nights from May 9th to May 12th. The hotel is conveniently located near the temple and other key attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Some of the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had dinner at the hotel once — the buffet was excellent. The security personnel and hotel driver were very friendly and even helped us arrange local transportation for sightseeing. The rooms were neat and clean, with housekeeping done regularly and efficiently. We also used the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

このホテルはイベントや個人旅行で予約が殺到しているため、会場に向かう車が非常に混雑します。 そのため、ホテルの外で降ろされ、坂道を歩いてホテルまで行くように言われました。 7泊しましたが、朝食メニューは7日間一度も変わりませんでした！通常のフルーツやパン、その他の朝食メニューがあるのは理解できますが、7日間ずっとチキンカレーがなかったのは残念です。シェフならチキンカレー以外の料理も提供できるはずです。 サービスに関しては、申し分なく、これ以上望むことはありません。 ありがとうございました。

施設は大きくはないが、必要なものはすべて揃っている 朝食のオプションには、東アジア、南アジア、ヨーロッパ、アメリカが含まれます 蜂蜜は美味しい 朝食に牛乳を飲みたくない場合は、缶詰の豆乳を選ぶことができます マフィンは美味しいです

サービス、部屋は綺麗で過ごしやすいです。空港からも近いので、出張に利用しやすいです。 トイレは日本のウォッシュレットが完備されていたのが嬉しかったです。 ただ、お風呂(シャワー)の排水があまり良くないのが気になりました。 朝食はインド料理がメインではありますが、パンもありゆっくり食事する事ができました。
