Loved, this hotel, friendly staff. Huge property, variety of breakfast. Spacious rooms. The only thing lacking was a safe and a fridge.

My stay began on a disappointing note. I arrived at the lobby on a Sunday afternoon and waited nearly 40 minutes before anyone attended to me. Although I was clearly in line, a couple of other guests approached the desk and were assisted before me. I expected the concierge or front-desk staff to notice the situation and assist guests in the order they arrived, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Once I was finally checked in, I was assigned a room on the fourth floor. The room itself was acceptable. I generally do not have particularly high expectations regarding hotel-room ambience, as I find that it often does not vary significantly across hotels, regardless of their star rating. What I found especially unreasonable was the hotel’s pricing. Items available in the room, such as a Snickers bar priced at ₹155 and a packet of Lay’s priced at ₹55, ***** with peanuts and carbonated drinks, were listed at several times their normal retail prices. The markup was so excessive that it made me wonder whether the hotel actually wanted guests to consume these items or was simply trying to impose an unnecessary and inflated expense. The same applied to transportation. The hotel quoted ₹1,800 plus taxes for a sedan to the airport. I booked an Uber for the exact same journey for ₹699. Charging well over twice the market price—and then adding taxes on top of it—is frankly absurd. Hotel convenience may reasonably come at a premium, but this felt less like a premium service and more like an attempt to take advantage of guests. The complimentary breakfast, however, offered a wide variety of options and was probably the most redeeming part of the stay.

we have been staying in this hotel for a number of years when each time we visit Chenna. The best thing in this hotel is their Breakfast spread. A really wide variety of food and delicious in taste. The rooms are very clean. The location is excellent as it is very near to all the Shops in T-Nagar.

Stayed at The Residency Towers, Rameswaram for 3 nights from May 9th to May 12th. The hotel is conveniently located near the temple and other key attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Some of the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had dinner at the hotel once — the buffet was excellent. The security personnel and hotel driver were very friendly and even helped us arrange local transportation for sightseeing. The rooms were neat and clean, with housekeeping done regularly and efficiently. We also used the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

先月チェンナイの別の評判の良いホテルでひどい経験をしたので、ラディソン・ブルでの滞在には不安を抱えていました。しかし、私の判断が間違っていたと言っても過言ではありません。部屋は最高級で、アメニティも充実していました。食事の選択肢も豊富で、様々な好みに対応してくれました。スタッフはフレンドリーで柔軟に対応してくれ、いつでも喜んで助けてくれました。ゲストの快適で快適な滞在のために、彼らはあらゆる努力を惜しみません。素晴らしいホテルです。これからも頑張ってください。

このホテルはイベントや個人旅行で予約が殺到しているため、会場に向かう車が非常に混雑します。 そのため、ホテルの外で降ろされ、坂道を歩いてホテルまで行くように言われました。 7泊しましたが、朝食メニューは7日間一度も変わりませんでした！通常のフルーツやパン、その他の朝食メニューがあるのは理解できますが、7日間ずっとチキンカレーがなかったのは残念です。シェフならチキンカレー以外の料理も提供できるはずです。 サービスに関しては、申し分なく、これ以上望むことはありません。 ありがとうございました。

空港から50ルピーで、metroのLIC Stationで降りて、徒歩で10分程度です。chennaiの5Star Hotelの中では比較的リーズナブルに宿泊できます。 ウエルカムドリンクとネックレスでもてなしてくれます。また、帰りには像の彫り物をくれました。スタッフはとても親切でした。 ホテル周辺には地元民でにぎわうレストランが数件あり、食事には困らないです。また、歩いて5分程度でexpress avenueというショッピングモール内には、フードコードもありインド料理以外の食事もできます。 ホテル前にはオートリキシャが待機していますが、値段交渉が必要でUberより高めになりますので、素直にUber使うほうが便利です。metroを使えば数か所の観光地はいけますが、それ以外はUberが必要です。
